Do you feel/think that religion helps one break from the simulation? or keeps one in the simulation? or has no affect one way or the other?

You could ask Chunyi Lin for clarification. Over the years, I think I've only had one of these well known teachers not respond to my inquiries. And I'm probably better off that one didn't respond. Doing the exercises will remove much of the confusion.
