What Results Do People Here Have From Training?
zerostao replied to vonkrankenhaus's topic in Daoist Discussion
rumors often proceed public announcements,, brian, do you describe the new hair as like propecia fuzz style, what is that buckcherry song, Lit Up? i got my rogaine, i love the rogaine....... or is it really like your normal hair? was it a receeding hairline, baldspot near crown, both? other? if you dont mind sharing more since you brought it up. does it arrive in natural original color? i have had to resort to several bottles of loreal' silver to get my hair to go gray, so i can better fit in better with my own age group. it wasnt as easy to go gray as one mighta thought. and if i return to taking fo ti on a daily basis again, it may all well be in vain... edit> had to edit per publisher request. -
floating icebergs are less of an option now due to global warming. i hold a "deed" free and clear, but i have to pay my property taxes each year or else i could lose it i reckon, "ownership" is just another way the state has a way to extract money from us. i can camp in the national forest if i like. but i dont "own" my cottage.it has its own spirit.

Dark web Silk Road illegal marketplace mastermind sentenced

"That they're both Russian roulette?" YES "You think the CIA is currently selling drugs...? YES "Which pharmaceutical company is currently illegally selling oxycontin in appalachia?" multiple companies, not one. of course there is a lot of skirting the laws, playing some shell game hiding the pea, playing in the grey area of what is legal or not, i guess if unleashing this type of poison is legal then, well its ok.and not russian roulette at all but when big money is at stake, greed will find a way. if they do get caught actually breaking the law, a fine is paid and business goes on. maybe a doctor is suspended,(but only after he made his millions) no one goes to jail and folks keep on dying here etc. "If you know please give evidence," it isnt really a secret or anything. there is quite a bit of documentation available already that is being ignored. apparently if a tree falls in the forest and someone in the city didnt hear it, then it doesnt make a sound. "Because there's big money to be made the opportunity for corruption is likewise huge." exactly and the banksters, big pharma, law enforcement, politicians, media, are all in on the joke. -

i didnt bring up bankers or banksters, i did mention religion, i guess that is money for most. anyways i aint looking to take out any loans in either case. i didnt even suggest if i thought the sentence for the silk road guy was just or not, i merely pointed out your point about folks dying from drugs. it either merits a judicial sanction or not imo " And that kind of overdose is not the same thing as medical accidental deaths. " imo death from drugs is actually the same as death from drugs. i dont do drugs from any source, excepting coffee and rarely nicotine, well, i like my herbs. "Thing is.. despite the horror stories, most of the time they work fine, literally 10's (or 100's) of millions of times a year, loans and drugs work the way they're suppose to. " i am not qualified to agree or disagree with that statement. sounds a lot like russian roulette to me.(with the loans and/or drugs) i think the OP nailed it spot on "and only really relevant result of what he did was the enabling of truly free trade?" if he ordered hits/executions that is an entirely different matter,, but i doubt the banksters, big pharma, politicians, and our ever more repressing authorities would allow another silk road even if it was run by someone who did not put out "hits" when the cia or big pharma unleashed crack in oakland or oxycontin in appalachia, they didnt get shut down. so it seems to be the "truly free trade" aspect that hung this dude. he didnt have a license and didnt require licenses from the subscribers. -

you wouldnt add medicine and religion? "Plus there were several people who over dosed after taking drugs bought through his system. Those deaths real and ordered " http://beyondmeds.com/2011/10/08/deathsdrugs/ well then , let's arrest big pharma and give them life sentences, right? -

yep, i am all about great fun. and i do actually "do that completely freely on your own anytime, anywhere, at your own discretion!" well, i like doing it on campus too. it's isn't about need at all. it's about something else, i guess. "But how do you simply propose a trillion dollar program with no means to fund it???" i didn't propose it. i posted a link to Free education, (post #39) if i had proposed it, i reckon i woulda gone for 2-3 trillion, not just one. a trillion ain't what it used to be , ya know. and you already suggested yourself in the above post how a measly trillion could be scrounged up. and there are other ways of course. i would rather be surrounded by educated folks as uneducated folks, if that is ludicrous and irresponsible, oh well, from my pov there has been quite a bit of ludicrous and irresponsible from the folks that would do away with the dept of education altogether. it is those same gentlemen who plunged us deep into debt. i am for trying something different. your position is that a less educated population is better equipped to handle "our current predicament," ? -

in my neck of the woods, one usually has to create their own job. "Or become a bum, which isn't horrible; " not horrible at all, if one is resourceful and creative. i have never felt at the mercy of workers,,, "rather we do the right thing when all other avenues are closed. " often then, and only then "to harmonize with your environment" always a good idea "In most of the world that means get a job" true if one is not creative enuff to invent their own. "if your daily life seems poor, do not blame it: blame yourself, tell yourself that you are not poet enough to call forth its riches; for to the creator there is no poverty and no poor indifferent place." rilke it's true you know

you know the koch brothers are proposing a new tax for Every solar panel, right? http://www.nytimes.com/2014/04/27/opinion/sunday/the-koch-attack-on-solar-energy.html?_r=0 "At long last, the Koch brothers and their conservative allies in state government have found a new tax they can support. Naturally it’s a tax on something the country needs: solar energy panels. For the last few months, the Kochs and other big polluters have been spending heavily to fight incentives for renewable energy, which have been adopted by most states. They particularly dislike state laws that allow homeowners with solar panels to sell power they don’t need back to electric utilities. So they’ve been pushing legislatures to impose a surtax on this increasingly popular practice, hoping to make installing solar panels on houses less attractive."

yesterday the university i reside at began having graduating ceremonies. this year they held the event outdoors instead of inside. on the football field and with the first group with all guests and graduates facing the podium and stage where they would walk across and receive their diploma, guess what chose to make an appearance? behind the podium stage in view of all the graduates and attendees, a double rainbow -
