a politcal conservative is one who supports 90% of all money going to the top1/10 of the top 1%. we are in a conservative reality now according to this. in the us a politcal conservative supports the miltary industrial complex where basically the us spends as much on the miltary as the rest of the world combined. the money spent on miltary is for the supllying corporations benefits solely. returned soldiers benefits and programs are reduced by consrvatives. supports the medical industrial complex, where there is no incentive to have a healthy population. the ideal is to have every american on chronic medications. supports the religious industrial complex, trying to impose a very narrow specific state religion with its perceived morals imposed on the population. supports wasting all natural resources for the sake of proffit alone. supports the rights of money and corporations over the rights of people. politcal consrvatives in the us only consider the rights of stock holders. even in the case of the news media , the federal stated objective for a newshow since 1987 is for profiit as opposed to reporting the news. for the record i am not a politcal conservative. in the past presidential election cycle 2012, each of the 2 parties. which go by different names but all bow down to corporatism, spent 1 billion for the campaign. this upcoming cycle , 2016, one family alone will spend that much, i wont mention those brothers names, but ralis has had them under his surveillance for some time. that golden age that marblehead refers to in american history, the tax rate on the weathiest of americans under a republican president no less, approached 90%. i dont think we have to repeat that, but the rich have been stealing from the poor for far too long and they are never satisfied, the level of disparity is at an all time high and their greed is still ravenously expanding. funds paid into by working class families such as social security have been raided numerous times to the point of very possible insolvency, this problem was artificially created by conservatives. like apech said tories are plain evil. it's simple. political conservatives support the continued intrusive surveillance of its own citizens. i could go on.

the week i am having on campus right now experience wise is in my estimation worth umm roughly 17.3289 years of paychecks, but i would not trade this week for those paychecks. it is a nice week going on, others i have had were worth more in my estimation, i take the good with the bad. it is the type of stuff that is not shown easily on a color enhanced 2D graph, impressive as it is. this is "dead week" next week finals, then well wow not sure exactly what i will get into, tbh havnt thought that far ahead, meditation, qigong, shen gong, baguazhang is a given a few other practices or playfulness i wont mention, has to be shared in person anyways you may be mildly surprised i reckon some sunrises and sunsets and some moon gazing too, the rare sip of fine moonshine some nights spent watching the nightscape filled with twinkling, shooting, falling stars some swimming in the local lakes and rivers, a little fishing, some hiking in the woods, some cave exploration, will need to mow the lawn, coffee, check on gardens i have planted in the forest seasons past, some campfires, a couple or three bonfires,, some beer, maybe a road trip to the beach, like we havnt already done that countless times heck once more for old times sake wont hurt definitely some outdoor grilling in the company of others with worthless college degrees or lack of entirely, quite a bit of laughter, grins and smiles, dancing altho i never took dance class possibly a summer romance,, likely not a pay check one, dammit anyways, it'll be alright i'll just have to settle with the fact that i dont always choose wisely. these semesters all wind down in a flurry of bittersweet, mostly sweet but with a dab of bitter thrown in for good measure, tea if your only measurement of success is the size of your paycheck or that is how you measure your own self worth a 2D graph should be studied intensely for certain. if however you are less than certain if you are the type that easily confuses worthless with priceless,,,, then you are welcome to come hang out a little this summer, between semesters, we can talk about scholarly stuff or not crickets will join in chorus, frogs croak, trees creek occasionally a fish will jump completely out of the water song birds will overwhelm us with melodies above, clouds will pass by we can sample natural wild waters containing sparkling life force crows will closely monitor everything and report to a raven

when i was a mod, (yibby yubby yibby yibby bum) i brought or helped bring back maybe 4 or 5 exiled banned bums and gave them a second chance i like the idea of second chances, ideally perhaps i thought, they would have in their absence, realized there was a loss--for them and for the community-- practically tho, only one i helped bring back has stayed back with us part of the problem is other members bait the returned bum and they take the bait,, it was frustrating for me to see how some of our members in good standing would resort to such tactics, it was equally frustrating to see the returned ex-banned member go down in flames again. strutting like a peacock, anyways, glad i am not the one who decides to ban or bring back (or not) banned members now. ideally, i do still like the idea of second chances, from experience i understand the practicality.. time away from the board as a banned bum is also imo not an accurate indicator if a return will be successful or not so, to any banned bum out there who is reading this, second chances are rare in life, if you do happen to get the chance, use it wisely. hopefully you have found something better to fill your time with, than hanging out on discussion forums! my advice for any bum who happens to be given a second chance, if you feel you are being baited by members, do not fall for their tactic ,,communicate with the current mods and let them deal with it appropriately

your system is already in place, so, why would you change it? the tesla powerwall is fully integrative with solar or wind systems. (or even with on grid systems, store up while rates are low) and there is a price reduction of $/kwh with this battery ideally prices for these alternative and off grid energy systems will continue to lower. for someone who does not already have their own system in place, and has been considering such a project/investment, then i think tesla is stepping up with their offering

i admit i am not a 12 step expert. from what i have seen in my limited view, is that it works for a small % of the population. a % that had problems or issues to begin with,specific ones, and even then, not everyone who attends these 12 step rooms/circles finds success. in fact it is rare for anyone deep into alcohol or drugs to ever climb back despite what approach is taken or what care is given. and i do acknowledge that even one success story in these types of situations are to be admired and celebrated. the 12 step program is by no means a fix all type of solution to every type of problem. "a hammer looks at all issues as a nail" Jamal's proposition is one of desperation. i am not saying it should not be tried. i just wouldnt get my hopes up with this approach alone. a lot of focus and energy needs addressed to OUR problem. we are all complicit.we have sat idly as law enforcement becomes armed like a military. we all accepted the patriot act without even as much as a whimper. the very first time a cop street executed a civilian of any race, we should have verociously demanded quick justice. each and every time a cop over steps their boundary and murders a citizen they are sworn to protect--we should demand swift execution of that cop. it is the highest crime of all. it is the highest level of betrayal and treason. we all have fallen under the spell cast illusion the authoritarian/paranoid elite have weaved. if you see this as a race problem then you cant see the forest for the trees.

we are discussing about one section being the new op moderated way, right? not the entire forum? i dont see how/why there could be much opposition to one section being thread op controlled. if you do not have any tolerance for the idea, then, simply stay in the other sections. i had a similar idea when i was mod. i wanted to use the article section in a very similar way as being proposed here. the article section was immediately done away with entirely as a response to my idea. i am actually amazed this time, the idea may actually find a place here. everyone knows i am for the free flow of conversation. and having said that, i also see the need for one section, where the flow can be regulated.
