is this serious? how can this be true in the slightest the tribal beat in the second mp3 was badass though. i liked it apparently i'm not a descendent of Jesus or an Ancient One, oh well.
-
what specifically are you talking about, Lin
-
you have a point. i believe gay people to be very much more in touch with the feminine Yin aspect than most straight people.

what's beneficial about creating Chi balls?

i believe in cause and effect. how can you not? robert bruce puts it best in Astral Dynamics "Karma is not reward and punishment, but is the long-term progress of energetic balancing whereby individual consciousness units (spirits) progressively attain balance throughout multiple incarnations within the physical dimension. it's such a mysterious subject, and we will never truly know in this lifetime what truly is going on, but i feel its very important to keep an open mind and understand that we aren't here by accident, there has to be a reason. to me that reason is spiritual progress, to others that reason can be different. you can't force someone to become spiritual, it has to come from within... a conscious choice. shaped through experience we definitely are. reincarnation or collective consciousness, one has to be true..or both. taking responsibility for your life is hard for most people but its very important.

is the kunlun transmission similiar to shaktipat transmission? yogis believe shakti to be the feminine force and i read Max saying that that in kunlun you cultivate feminine energy. is it all the same?
-
i'm curious what you guys have to say about this. specifically what sort of practices do you use to bring the sexual energy up?
-
ah thank you for explaining that... i wasn't aware that there was two routes in the back. i thought that the fire path used the spine itself.. that's how i've been practicing my microcosmic orbit. what would be the advantage of using the outside of the spine instead of the inside?

weapons are instruments of ill omen. when you have no choice but to use them, it's best to remain tranquil and calm. you should never look upon them as things of beauty. if you see them as beautiful things -- this is to delight in the killing of men. and when you delight in the killing of men, you will not realize your goal in the land. i prefer not to think philosophically about such matters. just a waste of energy. if you feel you need a gun for protection, then you have fear. and i believe that fear will attract negativity towards you. i'm not saying that having no fear means you won't die.. but if someone breaks into my house with a gun, then i'll give them what they want and they can leave. if they kill me, then they kill me. having a fear of death is just an attachment to your physical body and just shows lack of spiritual progress. mantis, has someone ever broken into your house? i doubt it. and i doubt it will ever happen. this whole "what if" thinking is what gets countries into wars. just don't think about it, and if it happens so be it. you worry too much my friend i believe that if you kill another person, protection or not, you will end up right back here in the next life to figure out why. life is precious, even the life of a crazed drug addict. i am being overtly idealistic but thats just my style baby

i know that judaism, kabbalah, platonic thought all came out of egyptian mystery schools. i believe in the universality of religions, so i doubt youll learn anything knew from egyptian alchemy but i'd be interested in learning what its all about because who knows.. they had a fascination with snakes.. the Uraeus fully raised kundalini? i believe so.

my name is mikael. i'm a college student studying eastern philosophy. i'm on the path to enlightenment and enjoy talking to fellow travelers on the same road. I got into spirituality seriously when i began reading books by Glenn Morris, path notes of an american ninja master and shadow strategies. books all about kundalini, enlightenment, the void, tantra, and spirituality in general. i recommend them to all. i practice a mix of AYP and some taoist practices. i'm going to be receiving shaktipat soon so thats going to jumpstart my progress tenfold. i'm excited. i hope to learn from everyone here as you all seem like pretty knowledgeable people. namaste

thrusting vessel?? can you explain how water path works further?
-
who cares how he died, how he lived is much more important. i consider him to be my first teacher, sadly i never met him, but his books Path notes and Shadow strategies both really inspired me. they are so riddled with knowledge and practical wisdom that i find myself reading the same page over and over and over again. everytime i read i find something new. does anyone know specifically about what his kundalini awakening system consists of? in the books he stresses microcosmic orbit and the inner smile, and also talks about working on each chakra. this coupled with energy raising and body movement system. but he had lots of time to refine his system after the books so i'm curious what changed, and specifically what he taught.

the tea ceremony sounds quite romantic. i've been interested for a while to learn it, hopefully we can both make it to the meet and you can show me is there tea ceremonies in chinese culture too? i only know of japanese

i'm really liking this board, but i'm new. other boards i frequent are AYPforums and Astral Dynamics. i also sometimes check out the e-sangha buddhist forum

i don't think a catchy slogan is a good idea. i like something artsy, i really like the logo at the top

have you guys ever seen videos? I have. it looks awkward and silly. the energetic validity of it i don't know, but why bother? tai chi is a proven system with much history, just find a good teacher. i don't practice any moving meditation but i may take up tai chi again someday. i took kung fu this summer and my sifu taught me some tai chi, it works no doubt. imo don juan could have very well existed, or maybe he didn't. that doesn't matter. if you read castanedas books and get past some of the silliness you'll find a lot of wisdom, but be careful. western traditions have much more yang (obsession with power) than eastern systems which tend to be more yin, feminine, in nature.

AYP is amazing. i practice pranayama and I AM mantra meditation and suppliment with Robert Bruce's NEW energy system to work on my legs and arms a bit too. i also do microcosmic orbit sometimes to work the front channel but.. i feel AYP is a very complete system. the site has everything you need to know and Yogani is very very knowledable. I met with a teacher of Yogiraj Gurunath's kriya yoga and learned exactly what i already knew through AYP. IMO for full kundalini awakening, AYP has it all, except shaktipat which you can find at your local guru store. (shaktipat is not necessary but saves time, if you're ready)

sounds interesting i'm in NJ so i would really like to come participate and learn. as for where to hold it, i have no idea. i would offer my house (my parents would love the idea) but theres not much space inside, and even though we have a good backyard it will be freezing at that time.

i know what you mean. its so hard to find people who are able to have meaningful and deep conversations....its so frustrating, but have patience. i'm sure you will find likeminded friends soon.

thank you for the information. why are you not a fan of reiki? what do you practice? i personally am interested in it because it seems to clear up the channels and chakras quite well which seems great for kundalini awakening. i also am very interested in healing people. but reiki alone i feel is definetely not enough but in combination with other systems it can prove to be quite valuable

ah yes that Founder page definetely was quite interesting to read, haha. I agree with you, sounds really phony. the International Center for Reiki Training would be legit? http://www.reiki.org/
