Preacher? I'm inclined to disagree with you, homie. The Lerner invited me to clarify what I'd meant when I said ".. purify your intention" ... So I did. Apologies if it didn't jibe with your understanding and experience. Change the syntax if you want---- do you aim for Buddha/God? How do you work towards the cessation of suffering and the end of perception? We might say it differently--- and you're welcome to criticize my approach--- but my sense is we're doing the same thing. Of course folk require different medicine. Guides? That's rad, bro. They can make life so much easier (provided they aren't just astral forms effing with you) Soo... if you want to keep coming at me, you're welcome to. But I'm not really sure what there is to disagree with here. I offered an example of how I simplified my intention. I intend to serve on a path that leads to complete dissolution with God/Buddha. If you don't like this--- then pursue what works for you. all the best. balance.

Max discourages this at just about every possible opportunity. You sell yourself short when you practice to become someone else. all the best. balance.

It's fun to know up front that kunlun has such vast variety. It's also fun to know that persistence and dedication to a single path has certain rewards beyond the more predictable opening/refining/dissolving. Anddd Red Dragon is being taught to the apprentices these days. all the best balance.

I've been romping with kunlun for 3 years. It opened me up to Spirit. Don't worry about haters/doubters. Kunlun is beautiful (as is Max). An unorthodox system to be sure. That's what it seems like most are attracted/repelled by. Since when though does an unorthodox system mean it's energy has been crippled? I've heard stories from Max and Jenny Lamb talking about schools leaking energy. Sometimes change is the best thing. I'm an apprentice--- would be happy to teach you Red Phoenix if you have the inclination, Leon. Red Phoenix is far more than just a 3rd eye practice. Pursued with proper intention, the Red Phoenix suite will systematically activate all dormant potential within the brain and bring about a dissolution of form. Very easy to get side-tracked with it. Too directly stimulates the development of siddhis without realigning yourself with virtue/highest-divine purpose---- this one of the challenges this practice presents. What I understand is that the practices presented in the book can lead (dependent upon intention) to full and perfect awakening (in addition to formless-form. Red Phoenix offers a massive boost in growth and will manifest potentiality differently. Red Dragon is a another practice Max teaches that can be practiced instead of kunlun or red phoenix, or can be practiced in concert with all--- depending on your resonance. The quality of Red Dragon is much different than Red Phoenix. Something for everyone. That said, the beauty of a competent system (like kunlun), is that after a certain point, your own awareness has developed to such a degree that you can receive perfect practices directly from Highest Divine Spirits and Ancestors (or demons, if that's your thing). Kunlun gives you the opportunity to truly follow your own path. If you're concerned about spending some money to learn Red Phoenix (which, even if you discard it, will accelerate your growth) , then just pursue the new book with deep sincerity and patience and allow yourself to open up to One. You'll receive all you need. Pretty incredible actually. I'm not aware of another teacher who encourages this sort of free-spirited departure. Beautiful. feel free to PM me. All the best, balance.

I recognize this, but I'm just trying to say that it can be simplified. Don't all of these schools/tradition share the same aim? Perfect Dissolution into God/Void etc? I'd say, why get hung up on precepts? If you're aim is to become a Bodhisattva/Buddha, all of the divine momentum's that need to enter your life to bring this about will come in regardless of whether or not you are following each precept verbatim. .... So why not just make it easy on yourself instead of complicating things? Hold a single intention throughout all practices, throughout all your waking hours... Spirit will ensure all goes according to this. It cannot be any other way. Of course, if it pleases you to acknowledge each and every precept--- then more power to you. But all the myriad fingers of the 8-fold path all point to the exact same goal and so they can be condensed. Expressing the sincere heart-felt intention to Be (not becoming!) One With All will draw so much beautiful energy into your life and into your work. all the best. balance. **Health? Power? Skillz in the sack? Third-Eye? Knowledge? What is the point of putting in so many hours day after day and year after year if your attainments can't bring about an end to perception and freedom from rebirth? So much time spent chasing baubles and trying to become something instead of recognizing that you lack for nothing.
-
I mean "Be One with God/Buddha/Tao" and nothing else. Consider your many and varied intention----- let go of all of it until that's the only thing that remains. This has proven invaluable for me. Too easy to fritter away energy chasing attainments and the myriad other shallow-profundities that manifest on a/your/the path. Within that singular intention, ALL is contained. Simple. Direct. all the best. balance.

Is Jesus legit in Taoist practice or no? Off topic derail from the JAJ Neigong book thread

Is Jesus legit in Taoist practice or no? Off topic derail from the JAJ Neigong book thread
balance. replied to joeblast's topic in Daoist Discussion
How horribly narrow to think that somehow Jesus is different from any number of taoist immortals--- or further, that somehow being a daoist precludes or prevents having a resonance with JC. Has your practice opened you up to nothing? Buddha is God is Allah is Lu Dongbin et al. All of these various individuated presences spring from the exact same source. * There is no difference * Once a practitioner escapes birth and rebirth, all is seen as equal. If you have the awareness to connect with a Highest Divine Source---- ask. Simple. ...... and to say Daoists outnumber all others? Please. (Keeping in mind that I *do* perform aspects of daoist neigung) The path is not so very narrow. The path is narrow only in the mind of a scholar. Any competent set of practices will open you (heart!) to the simple and fundamental truth that all rivers flow into the same ocean. Some rivers meander--- some rivers are fast and direct. Personal resonance determines the rest. Spirit is spirit is spirit---- whether it takes the face of an Ancestor, a Highest Divine Aspect of Nature, some daoist immortal, lower astral forms or even JC--- it makes no difference. Purify your intention. all the best. balance. ps--- I recognize that this was blunt. apologies. -
Interesting just how easy it appears to be for some to start an argument about discrepancy in personal experience.

2 methods: Bagua variation: Sunrise and Sunset for this practice are best. Find a tree that attracts you, begin to walk a circle around this tree----- arms distance away. Dissolve and merge with the tree. This circulation will be performed with the breath. Inhale and gently draw energy in through palms/bubbling wells/huiyin into MDT--- as you reach the top of the inhale, exhale smoothly/seamlessly and allow this energy to rise up central channel to crown. Gently retain your breath here and compassionately give this energy that has refined/compressed throughout the circulation to all beings. Balance clockwise and counter-clockwise rotations. CW will add fire--- CCW will add water---- balancing will create steam. Allow your hands/arms to move as it serves you---- but be wary of being pushed by energy----- you'll disperse what you generate. Non-Circular variation: This should be done in a natural area---- you'll be drawing in energy from all aspects of the place you've chosen. You can meander with this practice--- no need to walk in a circle. Once again, dissolve your form and merge with whats around you. The circulation here will also follow a breath cycle. Inhalation draws energy from bubbling wells (k1 feet) all the way up to the crown. Exhale seamlessly and allow this energy to leave the body and cascade outward and down all the way back to the feet/k1---- where you once again inhale and draw this energy back up. The exhaling energy will follow the shape of your magnetic field (roughly, an downward descending arc with apex about at the level of sacral chakra/xiphoid process, that surrounds the entire body). Dissolve more deeply if the energy threatens to push you around. Perform this for as long as it feels good to do so. ***** both of these practices are performed with the intention to merge perfectly with God/Buddha/Tao etc. Don't perform for health. Don't perform to gain more energy. PURIFY YOUR FUCKING INTENTION. Then, smile, have fun and let go. fin. These practices, as presented, lack specific resonance. But, performed with the proper intention, Spirit will provide what's needed to suit the practitioner perfectly. all the best. balance.

the REAL relationship between ejaculation and energy/kundalini overload
balance. replied to mike 134's topic in General Discussion
**drawing these posts over from "Semen Retention: 100 days..." so that an alternative might be presented.... I do see this as departing specifically from the OP--- but I'm interested in spreading some of this around. ( that said, there are plenty of ways to disperse and balance your energy short of ejaculating with the intention to release.... which can create deeper imbalances. Stand barefoot on the earth. Allow your intention to sink into the core of the planet. Dissolve your form. Allow spirit to provide you with an ideal intention and circulation--- could very well be formless. Give your body the opportunity to adopt what form/mudras serve highest purpose. Hold till you recognize completion. This will allow your energy to balance properly--- will also realign your magnetic field properly. If your field is in proper order, your body/energy-field will be able to maintain itself without effort. Many many many other techniques. What serves highest purpose will depend on the individual and the nature of his/her resonances.) I was quite serious about my retention practices for a number of years..... but all of that eventually fell by the wayside. There exist superior methods of generation/refinement/transformation that don't involve renunciation/repression. Mundane ejaculation, *bolstered by proper awareness and intention*, can yield massive increases in generative energy instead of the more classic depletion. There exists no higher reason to perform a practice except to merge perfectly with Buddha/God/Void/Formlessness etc. Performance with this intention shifts the energy and momentum of the practice. This will also draw high benevolent beings to you that will be interested in offering you assistance and guidance. Expand outward from your heart into Perfected Infinite Formless Space/Buddha/God/Void and merge perfectly. Surrender into this state as you generate and release sexual energy and see what returns to you. It truly is that easy. best. balance. * If you have specific questions regarding either technique or intention--- ask them. That said, don't complicate what is meant to be simple. What I said can be applied to a practice you're already performing, or it can create the state needed to receive a practice from Spirit that has been perfected for you. All that is required is that your intention shift. Don't perform your practices to realize siddhis/health/power/opening the 3rd eye/skills-in-bed etc.... Perform each and every practice with the intention that youve merged with Buddha/God/Void and are Perfected------ Being vs Becoming. This is the highest goal and the highest method. In this single intention, all things are contained. To aim for anything else will waste your time. Applying this to retention/lovemaking/masturbation? Sit in your heart--- expand outward from your heart into the Highest Divine--- merge and surrender. Circulations and bliss may arise spontaneously. If you ejaculated, maintain the same gentle intention while moving from your heart. Don't fight what wants to return to you. Dissolve outward from your heart into infinite formless divine and aggressive sensation will dissipate. It will be clear when everything has begun to settle and the energy you've received is ready to ground and store.... ..... with a lover, through your heart unify and dissolve all that separates. You are unified and without boundary. Allow what wants to arise from this point to arise without interference. Surrender. The rest will take care of itself. Smile and have fun. Keep it simple. No need for complex techniques and many faceted circulations/muscular contractions/conscious control. Certain conscious circulations can certainly be used to enhance momentum, but the basic truth I've tried to present remains the same---- Realign intention. Recognize that you lack for nothing. Let the fuck go! best. balance. I do recognize that this is an unusual approach to take, but direct experience leads to solutions that can't be found in text books. Departure from something established and more widely accepted leads to unexpected rewards. We strain ourselves to fit into the molds presented by various schools of work--- and in the process, prevent ourselves from realizing innate and unique potentiality. Aim for God, and the rest will blossom as it needs to----- not as you think it should. Surrender all your various disparate aspects of intention to the Highest Divine and open yourself up to something surprising and beautiful. Find a solid set of practices and pursue them until you open up to Spirit. Follow your heart to Buddha/God/Tao from there. Fuck following directly in the footsteps of such and such sage/teacher/guru. A waste of time. Acknowledge your guides and follow your heart. All the best. balance. -
Max advocates use of an MCO variation (red dragon circulation) to be done during a specific pakua practice to empower that work. IME, this pakua variation becomes much more powerful when that circulation can be rallied effortlessly. Different strokes for different folks. A lot of interesting things coming out of different approaches and different schools. best. balance.

Is Sifu Jenny Lamb a legit healer?
balance. replied to CrunchyChocolate555's topic in General Discussion
It's disappointing to see how much speculation is coming from folk who have never met her. I don't aim to convince any of you of her sincerity and skill. She certainly is direct and doesn't mince words-- but she also won't make decisions for you. You speak of humility--- can you point to specific sections of text in which she is anything but humble? Any "I'm the best" ? Anywhere? Aversion and attraction have roots in karma and merit--- whom you encounter and what teachings you absorb. Celestial Masters and Grandfathers and Ancestors and other varied higher-level beings play common roles in a great many traditions. And, as is true with the best healers, the energy used in healing is not all their own---- which is why healers without this touch of grace die young. I wish crunchy all the best and hope his situation finds the resolution the benefits him most. best. balance. -
Is Sifu Jenny Lamb a legit healer?
balance. replied to CrunchyChocolate555's topic in General Discussion
Crunchy: This came up some weeks back and I offered to talk with you about my healing with Jenny---- also a 10 day entity removal--- but you never took me up on it. That offer still stands. Send me a PM with any questions you have. In short though--- Jenny is the real deal. If you want things done properly, schedule the session. Don't waste money on "cheaper" alternatives. You get what you pay for. Jenny's approach is comprehensive.... you'll get far far far more out of the treatment--- should you be willing to make a change--- than you ever expected or imagined. best. balance. **And this is information available to anyone willing to read through her posts on the eastern internal arts facebook page and her website---- but her pricing is influenced by her celestial masters who said humans don't respect anything but money. Jenny, initially, was healing for free. -
In terms of the buddhist practices--- I'm fond of Vajrasattva recitation (and Namo Amituofu!).... I've never received an blessing in order to activate or open the Vajrasattva practice.............. and yet I experience heavy releases through it all the same---- so much so that I'm really careful about when I do it and how many times I recite it--- elsewise I'll spend the day crying (for reals) ..... but the next day I feel like a million bucks. If you feel a strong resonance with a practice and have the openness to check with your higher-self to see if said practice is worth pursuing and will actually benefit you and lead you to your goals--- then rock on. No need to always wait for a lamas blessing IMO. best. balance.

Empowerment's are gifts... from teachers or from beings and elements of nature interested in your welfare and development. Sometimes it's just to boost energy, sometimes wisdom and teaching are contained within that direct growth and are unlocked through practice.

Head pressure reduction techniques suddenly not working?
balance. replied to Flolfolil's topic in General Discussion
From which kunlun book are you learning? Are you doing any of the standing poses? If you're not, you really should consider integrating them--- they are part of the system for a reason. I-jong is particularly good at pulling energy down from the head. Cat's suggestions are solid (and I can't speak for BK Frantzis).... and I'd add massaging the scalp, as well as massaging the ears (places palms over ears-- apply gentle pressure--- massage in circles). You can also try inhaling from crown to ldt and then exhaling from ldt to the kidney-1 points on the soles of the feet. You can also try laying on your back doing one-breath with right palm/over left on ldt with awareness in ldt. You can also try sitting or standing comfortably while doing one-breath and visualizing yourself standing underneath a waterfall. If all else fails......... get some exercise, stretch and take a break. best. balance. -
For what it's worth, neither Max Christensen nor Jenny Lamb advocate vegan/vegetarian/raw eating.... which bears consideration (IMO) given the individuals involved. Even Max, who *is* largely raw (or was last october) has red fish every few weeks to maintain balance. just sayin. balance.

Benefits of Cultivating Loving Kindness/Compassion

I do--- but I'm careful with how often I do the practice..... I'll be deeply sad/depressed for 36 some hrs following it (But I'm told such a fall-out/sickness is how you know you've done it properly--- that a slice of your karma is being dissolved). best. balance. *if you're serious about a bringing a comprehensive approach of this work to bear on your life..... look no further than this text (which was recommended to me by Jenny Lamb) -

Can Kundalini "burn up" entities?
balance. replied to CrunchyChocolate555's topic in General Discussion
Cat: You're right and I apologize, so I'll say this: At one point during the healing, I asked if I would have ever reached a level of wisdom/power in my own practice where I could have removed the entity myself. She said that short of becoming a Buddha that this was impossible. "How can you remove yourself from yourself?" They are in your body and they are in your brain.... They're part of you. And, depending on the power/variety/intent of the entity, they can wholly channel the benefits of energy work away from you and towards themselves. Outside help is necessary. They aren't to be removed via a phone call and they aren't to be removed when you ask them kindly to leave. Actively drawing attention to the entity can rile them up-- and seeing one quack-exorcist after another only pisses them off and makes them want to fight more and more. My entity had no ill-will towards me (it saw it's twin in me-- found me climbing trees when I was quite young-- and it still wreaked havoc on my system) and even there, simply telling it to leave is not enough. What chance do you suppose there is in that approach when you're dealing with an entity whose in you to steal your lifeforce or to harm other people through you? At some point, you need to seek outside help from someone who has the wisdom and power to do the job wholly and completely. Half-measures and shortcuts don't bring about satisfying shifts in spiritual work, so why should that be true with entity removal? Big sacrifices, big rewards. best. balance -
Can Kundalini "burn up" entities?
balance. replied to CrunchyChocolate555's topic in General Discussion
Crunchy: For what it's worth, I quite literally just got back from Jenny Lamb about 7 days back. I was being treated for an entity that I've had since I was six years old (which is gone now--- I'm alone in this body for the first time in 20 years ) Yes. She is expensive, but Jenny is the real deal and I'd have spent far more if I'd known the extent to which healing would've been brought about, change/transformation facilitated and focus brought into my life. She goes the distance and does far far more than she agrees to initially. She helps those that are willing to help themselves. The mantra is far more than just words---- it's heavy heavy heavy business. Be careful diminishing how powerful it is just because it is easy and accessible.... the na mo ami tuo fu's have become a lifetime practice for me. Be wary of wasting money trying to save money. Feel free to PM and I'll talk to you freely--- but there is a lot of well-intended bogusness being cast about on this particular post and I'd rather not get involved. best. balance.
