How to Prepare Astragalus Powder Extract
brandondaemon replied to NeiChuan's topic in General Discussion
Hey there, The astragalus extract there is a 10:1 concentrated extract. This means all you need to do to consume it is: 1. make an instant hot tea by adding 1/2-1 tsp of the powder to 12 oz of hot water and stir. Add honey and nutmilk/cream to your taste. 2. Make an elixir, if you arent familiar w. the concept check out this video here: FTI: That astragalus extract tastes great as far as herbs go. Mostly sweet and sour and slightly bitter. -
please post the three sounds per organ, that sounds like something i would like to practice as well. i too was initially turned off by the simplicity of the practice...until i really did it and then experienced the power myself. now i practice morning and evening.

Schizandra, the Chinese herb that does "everything"

schizandra is one of my favorite tonics, right up there with reishi, lycium, cordyceps, and deer antler. ive been doing these tonics pretty heavily for the past few years and i have seen pretty dramatic results. i feel as tho i am getting my jing back. like in taoism they speak of returning to being like a child. i feel like this is happening with my health and vitality. the herbs really work, but the more you work on yourself, the more they work with you. i could go on all day about these herbs - ive made countless youtube videos on these and other tonic herbs like rehamannia, ho shou wu, gynostemma. etc. check it out if you want to learn more and converse more about the tonics. http://youtube.com/herbgardner00 -
