I will intdoduce my shelf to all of you again after being absence long time from the martial arts and nei kung forums... I was taught the system of five animals and hard chi kung in the period 1992-2000 by Antonios Iatrakis in Heraklion Crete and I reached a teacher level (In 1997 I was given a black belt and the first Dan). This system is genealogy of Shu Pui Cheung, based in Philadelphia's China Town. The kung fu of this kind includes movements in combination with breath, such as the tiger associated with the bones, the crane associated with the nervous system, the leopard associated with power and speed, the snake associated with controlling the chi-prana (animal power) and finally the dragon, who combines all four previous animals into one and symbolizes spirit-perfection. On the journey of my internal search until 2008 I was taught, I received influences and guidance from several teachers, some of which are: Kostas Vrettos (wu taiji form and sword) Panayiotis Kontaxakis (chi kung of the sun, chi kung of the spine, iron shirt and opening the microcosmic track.) Master Don Ankut (Korean based in New York, from whom I taught iron shirt chi kung twenty-four animals and tai chi chi kung, dan tien chi kung) Wang ting jun (Xing Shen Zhuan) In the last ten years, I have practiced beside master Kenneth Bone (the only personal student of BO MA, a high-grade Buddhist monk and teacher at Jade Buddha Temple in Shanghai), from whom I fully taught the following: 1. Chen taiji chuan 3 frames (new, old, small). The main feature of chen tai chi is the switching of slow and fast spiral movement as well as the explosions at the end of the movements, of course, if we choose it. Some of the benefits of the proper tai chi execution to health are the following: Due to the very slow and constant speed of movement (we can only choose slow motion, if our goal is health) the body muscles are stimulated at the cellular level while the heart pushes the blood even to the smaller capillaries. This makes tai chi an excellent cardiovascular exercise. At the same time, the muscular and neuronal control capacity is gradually increased at a more sophisticated level. During the exercise of tai chi, the soles of the feet as well as a part of our intent, our mind are rooted in the soil with consistency in addition to the external stability to gain emotional balance. In addition, during the execution of the form, alignments of some parts of the body are made, while others are symmetrically arranged in relation to specific axes and points. This makes the contribution of tai chi to the prevention and treatment of orthopedic problems decisive. Because of the spiral movements combined with the intent, chi is driven to the joints and from there to the bone marrow where the blood is produced. This helps to strengthen the bones, to clean the bone marrow and thus to better oxygenate and revitalize the body. It is, therefore, an excellent anti-aging exercise. The constant intention of pulling from the earth and the top of the head from the sky dilates, strengthens the spine and exalts the spirit. Finally, all our moves should be guided by our intention, with the consequence of pushing the chi to the various parts of the body. This is meditation in movement, which strengthens our macrocosmic orbit. White crane (white crane from the lineage of master wee kee jin perfrected in my opinion by the great buddhist monk BO MA). The feature of this system is the combination of breathing exercises, tendon nei kung and bone- chi vibrations. Wild goose if the execution is done by the secret method, it is one of the most effective energy practices that combines stretching exercises and light vibrations to open energy meridians as well as detoxify the body. It includes two forms for opening the microcosmic and macroscopic track, respectively. Each "move" of this form can be used individually as a separate exercise, aiming at specific benefits. Swimming Dragon.. Form with the main aim of exercising the kidneys and opening the third eye. Mara qigong This form deals entirely with the spine and with the opening of all acupuncture points left and right. It looks very much like yoga on the move with the palms of the hands united. Mo pai the proper one not the ritual and demonic one LOST KUNG FU SUSTEM iam also train a system of a series of 12 spiraling forms very old and very very rare !!!! when I asked my sifu to tell me the name of this system, told me that he did not knew the name and that his teacher never mentioned from where come from. I believe that these forms are arcetypes for pakua, taichi xing yi system

One of the most basic and advanced qigong............... for both internal alchemy and martial ability (internal power)is the dantien qigong...............how to cultivate the lower dan......... ok....lets illuminate the dark sides of this trainning....... Our lower dantien is the battery of our system.... in fact the development of dantien is the development of the internal and rooting power and the centering of the body and the mind.... we need to combine 3 things for that: <<dantien conditioning>>: you learn how to increase the capacity of your dantien(you increase the volume of your battery) this can be done through external stimulation(massage, slaping, pounding, beating, striking) with that way you stimulate the fascia from outside to inside..... this way is the basic of the external iron shirt trainning method... ...see the book "QIGONG THE SECRET OF YOUTH" from Yang Jwing Ming Through special dantien breathing(condensing breathing , packet breathing,) with mainly 4 different combination of the duration of inhalation and exhalation with that way the stimulation is from inside to outside..... this way is the basic of the internal iron shirt trainning method... the body is like a fully inflated beach ball so if someone punches you he will bounce back:) .....see the books..."TAN TIEN CHI KUNG" and "IRON SHIRT CHI KUNG I" of Mantak Chia,,, "POWER BREATHING" of Sang H. Kim "SHAOLIN DAN TIAN QIGONG" of Dr. Kevin D. Hufford and from national chi kung institute " CHI KUNG " of tien tao chi kung <<charging dantien>>: in this phase you learn how to charge your battery...mainly by meditation see books "EMBRYONIC BREATHING" and "small circulation" of Yang Jwing Ming...... also the previous books contains info about this level of training (if fact my massaging etc you also charge you dan tien....) <<storing into the real dantien>>: in this level you store energy that cannot be leaked into the du and ren meridians for further development......... see books ... "EMBRYONIC BREATHING" of Yang Jwing Ming and "THE FUSION OF 5 ELEMENTS" of Mantak Chia......... for further reading i recomment the above(my favourite): "NEI GONG" of Damo Mitchel "QIGONG EMPOWERMENT" of Shou-Yu Liang "Taoist Yoga and Sexual Energy" of Eric Steven Yudelove "TAI CHI classics" of Way Sun Liao "THE DAO OF TAIJIQUAN" of Jou, Tsung Hwa PLEASE I will appreciate anyone has something to share in this matter...bibliography, techniques etc...... thanks......... Panos

dont get stuck in this method....in fact every tiny part of your body must be regarded as the dantien.....with special method you can change your body so it can be very soft and very hart at the same time.....every time that you unlock some part of your body(in some level) you gonna experience a breakthrou in everything else in your trainning.............change your body so a new secret will reveled...as the condensing proccess, the real deal is to condense the chi into the bone marrow....this can be done (believe me this is a feelling and cannot be taugth... only the way to change your body and the right intention can be) as example in proper taiji forms every time that you close you condense ,you contract and every time that you open you expand and if you want you can reliese the energy as you like with fa jin or without.......The truth if that none of the taichi teachers that you can see in internet are real experts......why??? because they dont know or (they are lazy) for proper trainning and this is very time consuming!!!!........be good and dont stop searching

MY ODYSSEY IN EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL MARIAL ARTS
skywalker replied to skywalker's topic in Newcomer Corner
i said that from what i know Bo Ma was a high grade buddhist monk and teacher in jade buddha temple 40 years ago...now is dead....from what i have experience from his only student and my teacher, Bo Ma was a unique martial artist and nei kung practitioner........ i believe that only Mara qigong comes from Tibet....it is very strange and hard to execute qigong..has very strong intention and it is very strenuous -
I met master Wang 2 years ago in a xing shen zhuan seminar in Greece..... during the hours that we have together he reveal to me(after my question if there is direct lineage of lao tse till today) that these last years is a student of Wang Liping of the dragon gate sect...... today i learn that this man is dead ....... My QUESTION is: if anybody of you know something more about it...his death is very strange to me because this guy was very healthy and well trained.....he wanted to become a monk and to devote the rest of his life in internal alchemy....anyway i wonder if his death has something to do with the trainning in dragon gate sect.......maybe some of the meditations they have are not so safe.....

hi....there are several volumes of books named "Pa Kua Chang Chi Kung : Niveau 1 -6" from Jerry alan Johnson but are in France language.........anybody knows some english version of these books? thanks
-
thanks you my friend...but i don't think that these books exist in English version....any way i want to believe that the material of these 10 manuals you said it is similar to the 2 volumes of "the essence of internal martial arts" plus the medical qigong of Jerry Alan Johnson and similar to the iron shirt 1,2,3 of Mantak Chia ... Do you have the last seven volumes in pdf format?(in French of course)....i will start to use a translator...thanks again for your reply!

From my experience if you don't balance this training with siting meditation, taichi and pure mind(the last for me is very difficult because i like the women and general the night life, but i don't drink and i don't smoke...never ).....you became a little nervous, very energized, you became angry easy and you have very strong sexual desire ......general you became too much yang.... these are the effects of this training to me.......on the other side my microcosmic orbit meditation become stronger and stronger....and i can easily stand a strike with a hammer to my stomach(even to my diaphragm)......iam doing this training almost 2 years.....i dont know in ten years if i continue what will happen to my body
-
look....i learn the iron body training from a student of Mantak chia.....maybe the oldest....but also i learn iron body from 3 different lineage under different teachers....and after a very diligent studying almost every book in this matter..... as i said before the principles and cannons are the same....... i do 16 years martial arts training and only the last 3 years revealed to me the "secrets" of internal power...almost all the teachers even they know or they don't..the wont share the real secrets with the student because they want money......so they teach moves....a serial of moves....they sell fishes to the student but not how to fish your own because after that you will be implementable
-
i believe that the book "tan tien chi kung" of Mantak Chia is the most basic.... also the same for the tien tao institute qigong program for iron body training... in fact in both chia's book, institute program, power breathing book of the corean master have one principle: you learn to compress, to packet, to condense, the energy in every point of your body using body(diaphragm control) and mind intension
-
yes i do....i have also his dvd...... if you are experienced with Mantak Chia's packet breathing is not very difficult to understand and train the power breathing......power breathing is more strenius but both have the same principles:)
