I don't really know what's with the fullmoon. But in our practice we regard the FULLMOON as a source of power. We do our trainings when there is a fullmoon and also some exhibition like playing football with a coconut husk that is on fire We actually have a scheduled coconut football on the November full moon.. It seems that the chi energy in our bodies intensifies with the fullmoon. The protection of energy in our bodies is heightened and the sensitivity too. It was not elaborated to us except that we train when the moon is full and let ourselves find out. I have some experience that the surge in my bio-electricity is strong that my friends feel a little bit lightheaded when I'm in their presence and a lot of other subtle things. SY

Hey Kali Yuga I think there are also a lot of people out there who has certain abilities that is obviously camera shy and often they just want to keep a very low profile. I know, since I've met some of them... and because, they don't want to subject themselves to public scrutiny and they have really got nothing to prove or seek validation from the media's doubting eyes. Sometimes fascination with these kinds of feats doesn't really benefit the student that's why maybe they just want to be silent and keep the secret to themselves and their members. SY P.S. This is true. I've read that he started his practice with a very innocent intent. Like most of us he wanted to achieve so called "enlightenment" but then he got drunk of his power and was slowly swayed right onto the dark side and was attached to the physical satisfaction of the senses. Why is this always happens? Someone goes searching for the path then after he acquired power then falls into the other side. A human vicious cycle? SY

This is quite an Alarming case. One of my teacher told me that I should not fear low level ghost or entities they are easily expelled you just have to will it. But the thing that I should look out for are evil spirits(jinns, demons) and also people who could do evil astral work also things like kulam or voodoo and people who could summon spirits to do their bidding and attack someone. Let me share a story. Three weeks ago I came in contact with an old friend who is a healer also a practitioner of the esoteric. He told me about this person who is wreaking havoc in our society right now and I should keep my defenses on. He said that this guy studied the black arts overseas his whole life and came back here with a messiah syndrome claiming that he could help people in their "spiritual path". The bad thing was he was just pretending to be a guru of light. This evil person could summon evil spirits and attack people especially when they are asleep.(They love doing that because, most people don't know how to protect themselves while sleeping.) This evil guy also cast spells into his female student and raping them and already has killed a number of people that opposed him he uses his spirits and together with his "Kulam/Voodoo" he is unstoppable. This person even attacked my friend. My friend told me one night when he tried to heal somebody he felt that the energy is not just an ordinary ailment. He then tried to determine what it is and he traced the astral link back to this evil guy and it gets interesting. That night when he was sleeping he felt "something" was on top of him stabbing him in his heart and he awoke in the middle of the night feeling there was something holding his heart he told me it felt like 8 claws piercing through my heart. Since he was educated in the esoteric he knew instantly that this is no ordinary muscle pain he knew that this "evil" person has something to do with this. And so he tried his psychic mind power to will it away. He tried to will it over and over and over again for weeks. Yes sometimes the hold/pain will fade but its mentally draining he told me. He soon found out that his "psychic" mind power alone could not "will" it away because, this is a higher form of black magic. Simple mind power alone wont do it and he still struggle with the stabbing pain in his heart. My friend was really worried because, he have heard about the stories of those people that this evil guys attacked most of them died and experienced the same sensations that he is having. And so somebody advised him to call for spiritual help and call the name of the higher beings and God. Okay, he told me that he believed in God but not so much to the point that I have to call him, But this time its different he said. This time I can't do it on my own even if I'm already a healer. He said psychic power versus psychic power he can handle but Evil spirits of a higher level versus psychic power is like a fly versus a shotgun. Its very different. So what he did was he meditated for almost 2 hours and kept calling and chanting and asking for help to God and most especially to Archangel Michael the banisher of evil spirits and God's leader against demons. He told me after a while he was meditating he could literally feel the claws loosening and slowly losing its grip until eventually it disappeared. After he told me that story about this evil guy roaming around. I felt obligated to do something. Since I also have some great contacts who could help us. That day I tried to connect with the aura of this guy just to sense him. And I felt a lot of hatred and evil intent in his aura and right there and there I stopped sensing him. I then called my friend Ryan who does Astral work and he has a mentor who is a gifted Albularyo/Hermit/Mangkukulam/Healer which later I found out that his real age is already 112 years old! So I told my friend Ryan about the story and asked him if he could contact his mentor to do something about this guy. Since Ryan got nothing to do he went to his mentor the next day after 5 hours in the bus and 2 hour walk he arrived. Funny, his mentor is expecting him. You know this advance guys they seem to know everything haha... (Okay the next part will sound really weird and if you think its not for you then better stop reading here now, I just think I have something valuable to share that's why I'll just be typing away) Moving on, the mentor of Ryan Already know why he is there he even said "I know your friend sent you here to ask for my help." Ryan was as usual surprised how this hermit knew his intentions. Then the hermit sat on his chair asked Ryan for the name drank a glass of water with salt and went down to level... this is where the action happened. As the Hermit was sitting there motionless Ryan was looking at him and it seems like he is doing Astral work. Then this hermit has a cane beside him. After 20minutes or so Ryan started to worry because he is not moving and the hermit looks exhausted and is sweating a lot then all of a sudden his cane flew right across the room and stood in front of him on its own! Ryan's eyes was as big as plates he was surprised to see a cane stand on its own and the hermit touched the cane and he woke up from his trance state then he told Ryan what happened... The Hermit when he was a little boy could already see elementals, ghost, spirits and those stuffs. He was trained by a black dwende or a dwarf into the black arts and then later on he sold his soul to the devil and gained a higher form of black magick. but he only uses his abilities to help other people who needs help (kinda reminds me of the movie Constantine hehe..) And he is quite famous in their place he is their friendly neighborhood Witch doctor that is always dependable. When the hermit snapped out of his trance state he told Ryan what happened. He said that when he got in contact with this "evil person's" aura he was surprised that he was greeted with 8 "things" 2 of those are dark malevolent spirits that are not from the dead and 6 of them are dead people(who had a tragic death) whose souls where summoned and chained to do this evil persons bidding via the 2 evil spirits. (I was actually surprised when I heard about this because the claws that that grabbed the heart of my friend were also 8.) The hermit said that what surprised him the most is its "daytime" but still this evil person's 8 evil disciples are consciously protecting him even though he is wide awake. Which means this person's concentration is of a different level. And this evil person also has a partner together they both are able to summon evil spirits and cast them to helpless people. Next the hermit said that these eight evil disciples tried to attacked him astrally they started grabbing him and then he ran! hehe... he said I could only deal with one at a time. When he ran they followed and when they are about to get him he consciously asked for his cane w/c explains why the cane flew right across the room. He said his cane is a source of energy for him because, he needs it. Because these spirits won't stop until they get me. What he did was I ran to his so called "base" and battle them there because he said he is powerfully unstoppable there and could easily just a flick of a hand could banish those spirits who are running after him which in this case... the hermit ran towards hell. To his amazement the 8 evil disciples were not able to follow him to hell which he says means they are a low level form form of evil spirits but nevertheless dangerous to normal people. He said that if they were able to follow him to hell then its an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth but they are not able to follow. After that the hermit told Ryan to stay away from doing astral travel for the nth time because its dangerous. And he said that he can't do anything for now with regards to the evil person and his spirits. He suggested that if ever this evil person attacked somebody bring it to him and he could capture them while they are inside the body. Because, battling them in the astral realm requires much work and drains him much of his energy w/c is very dangerous. So Ryan asked for advice as to what we can do to protect ourselves. The hermit said You could take a bath with rock salt in the water to dissolve all the negative energies attached to your body an that... you could do is put in a cup 2 tablespoons of rice and 1 tablespoon of salt. The rice is at the bottom of the cup and the salt on top. Place to at the corners of your house so that evil spirits won't be able to enter especially when you are defenseless while sleeping the mixture will help to dispel and protect you. But the only problem when you are outside your house then you are susceptible to attack. You then also need to do your mediation or prayers. The Hermit asked Ryan if he know any form of prayer. Ryan said he does my friend(Yuri) taught me some. The Hermit said okay lets test your focused on that prayer, sit on the corner pray and ill try to attack you astrally with my evil energy. Ryan went to the corner and chanted the prayer after 15 repetitions he could see and hear the face of the hermit inside his head chanting a form of evil "latin" chant ryan immediately snapped out of his prayer. Then the hermit instructed Ryan. He said that your prayer is strong especially when you call Archangel Michael. I could feel is BUT the only flaw you have is you lack focus to your god and you fear me w/c made the prayer lose its power. When you pray and call your god for protection first you summon a higher level of energy w/c super-cedes any from of psychic or evil energy. BUT make sure to fear nothing and trust that your God will protect you because if your fear and lack the trust and concentration you will lose the protection. Both of you guys (Ryan and Me) said the hermit, lack the focus because you still somehow fear evil. Your friend yuri could easily repel by his aura evil energies even if he is not consciously repelling it, I don't know what he does it but whatever it is tell him that he should continue it, its good for him.(the hermit doesn't know about my Tenaga Dalam) Unlike you Ryan you still have to do the salt and prayer or if you want I could initiate you into the black arts and help you sell your soul to the devil. At this point Ryan said to the hermit no thanks I 'll just do my prayers sir I'm happy with that. I think that's all. Our Grandmaster even advised us his students to keep our attention to the power of god and let the power of god act inside us repel those evil attackers. He said Stand trust and stay firm and let God repel. If you believe the devil or evil spirits exist. So does GOD and his power. So if you believe in the power of the light and fear no evil it will save you from a lot of negativity around you. It all comes down to where your focus is because where you'r focus is you get more of it be it media, friends, evil etc you attract it. So if your focus in on the positive side of life you too get more of that. SY

I used to worry all the time about life, the future, career, health, relationships, money, family, the past and a lot of things. And I asked one of my spiritual mentor for an advice and he gave me that simple quote below. "Seek first the kingdom(GOD,spirituality,meditation, light, silence, universe, etc.) and everything will be given unto you." I didn't understand the deeper meaning of it at first but as I go along the path I started to realize that all we have to do is let go and let god and "trust" that it will be done. Now, I'm a very business-minded logical person (used to) and for me I want to be in control all the time and telling me "something" is going to do it for me without an assurance is kinda hard to swallow. But then again when we empty our heart and soul and indulge in the great silence of god/spiritual and keep it there, its energy will rush in and take over and everything will be taken cared of without much effort. My goal is to live longer, look and stay young (forever if possible lol), so that I could get to do all the things that I love to do without worrying about my health. Because, in the first place I got into this practice since back then I used to have health problems. And it really sucks when your body is ill, you're restricted to do certain things. And I'm way way over that. Also I want to be able to heal others personally or remotely, especially people who are dear to me. Live like a undercover superhero(seriously haha...) and use the abilities I develop along the way to improve the quality of my life and the lives of people around me. Last but not the least. I know some people who are hermits over here although, base from the way they act towards me I can't seem to sense any loneliness from them or even see in their auras. In my opinion I think the main reason they don't feel lonely is that because, they spend most of their time meditating their awareness has expanded to a certain level that they have total control of their emotions. It's like that feeling you get when you are deep into meditation that your body is so relaxed and your mind is so focused that you seem to get detached to everything almost to the point of having a very good dream and you don't want to wake up, now imagine those hermits twenty four hours a day feeling that feeling only with their eyes open. Even though we all are social creatures. I think when you are into a spiritual practice the control you develop from meditating keeps you anchored to higher consciousness which make one person not to feel that sense of loneliness. I'm not saying that everybody can do it but it is possible to not be able to feel lower human emotions. SY

I have tried EFT and it's really amazing how simple it is but works nonetheless. I have a 2 of my close friends who underwent emotional depression and EFT worked for them. The tapping got something to do with it and the words that are used in recognizing the problem and releasing it.

Thought I drop by to share some thoughts. I agree with this. My spiritual mentors/healers from Indonesia and Philippines who were born with a gift (like healing, clairvoyance, astral etc..) told me this too. They both said (from different occasions) that its better to just visualize than do astral work. Base from their experience, they said that you get to attract more negative energy than positive energy. Now, for the untrained eye(3rd eye, clairvoyance) it seems like nothing happens. But with those who are able to see they said that doing astral work is dangerous there are a lot more of negative energies you attract than positive ones, however good the intentions maybe. Not only that, doing astral work depletes you of your vital energy w/c makes people who does astral work age faster than the usual. But still, its up to the person he/she want to do it we all have our freewill right? Another is I had this friend who took the Silva Remote Viewing course and mixed it up with some Franz Bardon (Initiation into hermetics) technique of Astral Travel and he was able to go out from his body from time to time and influence certain events in his life. He also taught me how, I was successful too but didn't focus much on it because I was warned back then. Examples of what Ryan my friend that he was able to do are Ryan, could drop down to theta in 10secs. Influence his grades in school, business deals, and other stuffs. He even attempted to look at the lottery numbers But he told me he only get to see 50% of the numbers there because there are a lot of thoughts froms he needs to battle to maintain the focus in decoding the lottery numbers. He was successful in all of his attempts He is like from the movie Inception, and could get even your pin number if he wants to or let you do things what he want you to do. He also pointed out that people with weak or gullible personalities are very easy to remote influence. Until he met a "guy" from his astral travel and instructed him to meet with him in a certain province here(3hour commute and 2hours walk 2 mountains and 1 river, he was that serious). When he woke up he just had this urge to go to that place and when he did this guy was there. This person is a natural psychic and black magician he got his gift from black spirits when he was a young kid. Although, he has this gift he uses his back magic to help other people. He said to my friend that he didn't had a choice when he was a kid when he was given these black magic powers. He said that he was young and didn't know that I could contact and see negative entities and spirits and thus making friends with them and gave me these abilities. Anyways, according to my friend Ryan what happened was this "Albularyo" (that's how we call them another name for shaman, witch doctor etc.) lives out of other people's negative energies. He is already 94 years old but still looks like somebody who is in his late fifties. That's why he could suck out diseases of other people and other negative stuffs out of their body it sustains his body/powers. He said that its easier to develop negative energy/powers than positive. But positive energy once developed is far way too powerful than negative one only its harder to develop. (Which reminds me of the saying that its easier to do bad things than good things because everybody is doing it.) What happened was my friend has been sick and he doesn't know what is happening to him until, this Albularyo got attracted to his negative energy and contacted him to help him out to eradicate the negative energy out of his body since this Albularyo lives out of negative energies out of people. After he sucked out the all the nagative energies out of my friend he said that the Albularyo told him to stop doing astral travel because, he only gets to attract negative energies and there's nothing of good goes out of it. He told me he was not able to do astral travel for awhile and when he does he sees the Albularyo's face reminding him to stop. God that was long. I remember that most of my friends in our practice tells me that, they never fail to notice that as they go higher the level they seem to become more calm, heal faster, luckier and negative circumstances seem to lessen. And they get to attract a lot of good things in their life. Not only them but I myself has experienced it too. With regard to spirits, I few months ago I tend to feel them holding me or going in my dreams and making their presence felt. I even have a friend who does astral travel and sees me most of the time he even got to a point where he saw my pin number w/c I am the only one who knows. This friend of mine lives at our province and there is no possibility that he could have seen it. Now, with my level and the energy that I've built, with theses spirits I don't feel their advances anymore but I could sense their presence although this time the distance is farther than before. Maybe its because my auric field has also expanded that's why they can't come near me at a close distant. With regards to my friend who does astral travel he said that he always seems to black out and snap out of his concentration whenever he goes to visit me in his astral travel. Also whenever we play around and project energy to each other most high level students don't even get affected with the energy that we throw at them. They seem to just brush it off. Everything makes perfect sense now. Now, I know the reason why. The more we get our energy stronger the more we benefit from it.

And I think I have something valuable to share especially when it comes to healing. In order for me to pass to the next level I have to at least be able to heal 20 different people. Right now, my movements and meditations allows me to absorb energy from the environment/earth and also I'm now more sensitive to the energy around me especially ghost and entities w/c a year ago I was not aware of. I actually called my friend this morning who owns a hospital to find me patients who are open for healing. My energy level at this point is different 2 years ago when I started training where it is dense and too rough. The movements and meditations I was taught right now made my energy lighter than before. I could feel the difference. Also the movements and meditations allow me to command energy at will w/c could be used in healing. My teacher told me that rough energy is useless for healing but good for martial arts(shield, projection, bulb dropping etc.) aspect. Anyways, the techniques I was taught was how to scan the body for any abnormalities in their energy field. Extract the negative energy and replace it with positive healing energy and finally balance it. While doing all these I must maintain my Alpha level meditative state and constantly anchoring my consciousness to god to protect me from the negative energies that I extract and also aids my healing to let my patient to be able to heal faster. In my opinion, It is somewhat like pranic healing. I used to do pranic healing but the only difference right now is that, well because of my training, my energy right now is greater than before and that I'm more sensitive to the energy w/c allows me to be able to detect the abnormalities more accurately and now I know the classification of rough energy into light energy w/c allows me to project the proper energy intended for that certain part. And also the energy field that radiates from my my body right now due to the practice, automatically protects me from negative energies(thoughts,voodoo, entities, ghost etc..) and also automatically, balances the energies of people around me. Well, if they have a certain ailment that's a different story w/c requires healing. In my next level, I will be taught how to incinerate the disease inside the body w/c requires a different form of movements and meditation to be able to produce that kind of energy. Most students ahead of me are able to incinerate kidney stones inside the body with the use of their energy alone. The next level after that I will be taught remote healing( a year from now probably, sucks! lol). And after the remote healing before going to the next level students must be able to do the following transfer and shield a tomato with their energy and it must be preserve at a minimum of 3months. Next, the student must me able to extract the energy out of a tomato and he must be able to ROT the tomato in 3days minimum and maximum of 1 week. (I call it sucking out the life-force out of the tomato. hehe.. This is actually scary stuff for me what if somebody sucks the energy out of someone? will that one die? not cool. But if used for goodness then a lot will benefit) Well, that is a pre-requisite to get to the next level it is a test of how good a healer the student is, he must be able to extract the disease and preserve the organ of his patient. If the student won't be able to do the TOMATO test then he is not allowed to get to the PS level. The Braja levels or higher don't even have to scan they just look directly at you and is able to see your energies and the abnormalities in your body. I won't go there anymore, that is like 5-10 years of practice away from what I do now hahaha... Well, the important thing that was taught to me in my healing studies now is the following. (Warning, please do not try anything unless you really know what you are doing. Energy is really something to be taken seriously. If not, the disease could transfer to you! not cool!) It has 4 parts -Scanning -Extraction -Charging/Strengthening -Balancing Rules: 1. Go down to Alpha level meditative state. 2. Constant chanting (in your mind) the name of GOD. 3. Let your patient pray to GOD. 4. This is for my level only. Only extract from navel because, as a basic student of healing we can't directly extract from a specific part we still don't know and can't feel how much energy we are extracting it could cause dizziness and other things like extracting too much at a certain part and would drain that part of energy. The navel never get drains of energy so we have to command the negative energy to go to the navel and get extracted there. - Don't Inhale when extracting the negative energy. You don't want it going in you or else... 5. Once extracted, exhale, give it to god and let him dissolve it. 6. Charge and strengthen the extracted part, let the energy go through the navel and command it to go to the afflicted part. 7. Balance it. And thank god. Acknowledge that all power comes from god. And that's about it the basics. There are also some other things that needs to be considered like no direct extraction from the heart, throat or crown unless one is certified to do so. When I started my practice most of my fascination is into the martial arts but as I progress our Grandmaster always emphasizes to help other people and heal them with the training we acquire. yeah, I'm curious too.. What are the ways and means of achieving immortality or maybe not physically ageing and living longer like 500 to 1000 years old just like what we read in some books, that there are people who are able to live very long lives.
