  1. Mingur Rinpoche before and after

He is completely different! Good for him. And beautiful place he is wandering in
  2. how to stop fighting your subconscious ?

You can try to focus more on the positive aspects of life rather than the negative. Gradually clean your life and habits up. This means !everything!. Focus your energy into activities that make you feel happier/ more fulfilled. Be more forgiving of yourself, everyone starts where they are and works with what they have.
  3. Thanks for posting. I've read that first story before, sounds a bit like Buddhist propaganda to me haha
  4. Cultivation of Inner heart nature

But are animals generally at the Shen -> Tao level? No, so the instruction to let go of all notions - even of merit and virtue - is not relevant for them.
  5. Why Do We Focus On Dan Tian ?

Yep, a complete LDT focus is not for everyone
  6. Why Do We Focus On Dan Tian ?

It can depend on your intention. The Qi of the LDT is like water. The mind is like fire. The focus of the mind can evaporate the water to create "steam" - it purifies the yin energy of the LDT.
  7. Retaining the sexual energy and redirecting it up the central channel - As said by yabyum24, in paired sexual practice. The bodhicitta here refers to the "drops" of subtle energy rather than the intention to awaken for sentient beings - i believe.
  8. Buddhist cynicism

http://youtu.be/dOk0tZHwCs4?t=34m43s This master Yogi talks a bit about his experience, relates to what you asked.
  9. non needy

Good start is investigating your mind 24/7. When you feel attachment to something - look at - Why am i attached to this? What is this thing that i am attached to? Is it worth being attached to? then, who is attached? It sounds so easy, which means its just overlooked and people don't do it. But you want to understand yourself and why you do what you do, so it's essential.
  10. debunking "emptiness"

but there's "nothing" to debunk huehuehue
  11. Best Neigong Teachers

There are nei gong for all sorts of goals, what is it that you want to achieve with neigong fazlerabbi?
  12. Sleeping relatively early and waking up early is great. You can experiment with it and see how you feel
  13. Working on your mind and habits will transmute your energy. If you shift your mind away from sex and onto other activities your energy transmutes. Ignore me if you don't use it anyway, but drop the porn for a while. Your energy will transmute. This is very taoist - aligning to nature - sleeping and rising with the sun. Good diet and water. Simple meditation, not trying to do much. Just slowing down and quieting down. Really relaxing.
  14. I guess it's different for everyone, but I also think sitting is generally more advanced and requires more practice. This is because with moving meditation you can focus the mind on the body moving - sitting doesn't have this crutch. You can also create distractions with sitting - but pure meditation doesn't have any crutch or reference point.
  15. Neidan vs Qigong

If you could actually read their energy, you wouldn't have made the comment "that they are doing it all wrong". There's no debate here - since its based on our own abilities and we can't prove it.
  16. Neidan vs Qigong

    care to explain
  17. Neidan vs Qigong

You have no idea what their internal state is, so why pretend?
  18. SFQ middle column visualization

Agree with infinity. The visualization isn't particularly important in the exercise. You can do it a few times throughout your session but you will go deeper into the energy if you just do the movement and feel the energy with a clear awareness. Also if you ever visualize, don't do it like you are watching a TV, just imagine & feel it is there in your body. So if you just put your awareness on your middle column, feel it. Then just feel there is a pure column of light flowing inside you. That's much better.
  19. What are you listening to?
