Karen I would love to see controlled studies which incontrovertibly prove this. This notion of the body wanting to hold onto any metal. If you have any links to proven science which demonstrates that emotional releases allow the body to release mercury I would love to read them. Please please please folks Don't just start taking chelation agents. Get an actual work up if you think you have metal toxicity. I have blood work forms in my office I could possibly copy and upload and show them to you, there is a little box to check, mercury, lead, etc. Don't just imagine you are heavy metal toxic because it seems plausible. Get medical scientific proof, and then do it by the book.

In no particular order 1, breathing, beginning, intermediate, advanced 2, precision, effortless biomechanical alignments 3, stretchings, wrappings and twistings of soft tissue 4, hip, knee and elbow coordination 5, circulating energy through energy channels, meridians and reservoirs 6, opening the energy gates of your body, 7, gaining control of the spine and spinal pump power 8 controlling left and right side of the body 9 openings and closings of the body 10, physically moving along the meridian flows 11, dissolving, inner and outer 12, absorbing and projecting energy into the body anywhere, at will 13 working with the energy of the aura 14, working with the lower dan tien 15 working with upper and middle dan tien 16, fusing everything into a single connected energetic whole, the 1 unified Chi that should be more or less accurate without looking in analysis, the 16 parts is Bruce's version of marketing them they are arbitrary. You could break them down and make a 30 part nei gung system or you could absorb and compile some of them and make it an 8 part nei gung system in the meantime, more important than forms, lineage and style, these nei gung components are what I practice, and when I teach, that is what I will teach. to me, its not even worth bothering with nei jia unless you know and work on these principles, otherwise you might as well go golf or play Tekken because your internals are going to be weak without this knowledge and being able to manifest it on the spot on demand is the sign of a serious practitioner, in my opinion.

fa jin.. not sure empty force is a good description at all. If Big K puts his hands on you and pulses, there is nothing empty about it all. your ass will move. Jerry Alan Johnson is about the only other guy I would care to train with other than Bruce. Unfortunately I've never met him. There is a lot of interesting stories about Bruce and his harming students. I am not cutting myself out to be an apologist for him (well maybe I am a little). I think I partially understand Bruce even though I have had no where as much exposure to him as others have. Nor have I ever sat down with a lot of one on one chat time with him either. Bruce witnessed a stabbing as a young teen and his mother apparently was severely mentally ill like mine. Bruce told me personally that his mother once tried to smother him with a pillow and threatened to drop baby Bruce off a manhattan apartment balcony. I grew up with violence and mental illness. I became a very mean person for a long time as a result. All these stories I hear about Bruce fucking people up. His search for the the *real goods* His need to make sure this stuff works. His walking up and challenging or outright assaulting various teachers both here and abroad. I have done some of the same things for the same reasons. I shake my head and smile whenever I hear about Bruce's ego conflicts and his occasional comeuppance. Jerry Alan Johnson was not the only one to handle Bruce. One of the reasons I trained with Peter Ralston was a story floating around about how Kumar challenged Peter in the lobby of a hotel in China after Peter won an all open full contact invitational in the 70s. They got into the classic push hands position and Peter handled him instantly. I've had my ass beat more times than I can count. I have also hurt my share of teachers, students and sparring partners during my 20s. I was always practicing seriously and never playing around. The problem with that approach was that I was the only one who knew I was not playing around and not necessarily my sparring partners. I don't know if the people Kumar injures are just martially incompetent, physically fragile or just not paying attention. His stuff works. It works even better if you train it constantly and do basic power training. I can personally attest that his martial stuff has saved my ass. I don't know how many other Kumarites ever found themselves living in low income areas, homeless, jobless. I was a drug dealer for awhile to make ends meet. I have tested Kumar's fa jin in self defense and it works. I have 3 dog eared, cover-loose, pages falling out copies of the Power Of Internal Martial Arts. The most important information, the entire purpose behind my current training, is to actualize the information on pages 63-64. I have often considered having the 16 part nei gung system tatooed on my arms but its permanently in my memory now, no need for ink. Anyway, I feel a kind of spiritual connection with Bruce and his teachings sometimes. He walked with the dark side of the force in his heart for a long time and so did I.

Peter has an interesting body. The quality of his students varies widely. He has this one student, looks a big irishman, hugely strong that was pretty impressive too. I don't remember his name though. You might be thinking of Dorothy perhaps? I have never assisted BKF or his org in any way. I was pretty anti social back then and tried to be innocuous usually. I was just a paying customer. I have met Mr Look I think once or twice and it was very fascinating. He turned me down as a student actually. Because he had a certain way of teaching things and he knew what Kumar was teaching at the time. He told me just to stick with him. He basically thought I would be seriously disruptive and he was right. Because I was a little anti social at that time You know the older I get and the longer I practice this stuff the more I have come to realize that I chuan is the answer to everything. As much as I love the tai chi and ba gua, I can do that with my mind now and I can do that standing still. I can't entirely put it into words at the moment. They seem like accessories now. I can just make it happen inside and the physicality of it is actually impeding me real time. I don't know if that makes any sense at all. If I were a jellyfish it would be easier to show you what I mean.

No fractures but towards the end when we pushed hands he put on a burst of speed and broke through my defense. I was just fast enough to avoid the brunt of it but I did not get out of my own way and actually cut my lower lip with the edge of my thumb nail. A single drop of blood beaded on my lip as I enthusiastically shook his hand and thanked him for the lesson. It was exciting!

What's up? I must have sent you my phone number and email address mentally a dozen times today and I have yet to hear from you. I think there is a guy out there that might just give you a cool 1 mil if you can conclusively demonstrate to anyone other than yourself that you can do any single one of those claims. Personally I think we can put the healing and hurting energy to an objective controlled test.

sorry I had missed the comment activity on Sunday. Eric: Don't sweat it, I loved the dogs too. Prince: I would not say I know Mo. We met courtesy of and only on, EF. I have read his posts and seen a few of his vids though. Maybe I will walk the circle with my hair totally loose and unbound. You will see some springy spirals manifesting aplenty I just noticed the buzz part on Ef today from my blog software summary Guanping: I have had perhaps dozens of teachers of differing abilities and experience. Some teachers were just students like myself and we exchanged techniques. A lot of teachers I just learned different forms from. Some of them were just locals and not very well known by others. What made the difference in my training was learning how to train and what to train. What made the most effect on my practice was experiencing the teachings of Peter Ralston and his Chen Hsin and Ontology fighting and Taoist Energy Arts with Bruce Frantzis. During my early 20s I basically lived very poorly and I used most of my spare cash for my internal arts habit. I have had the good fortune of doing a little aikido with Steven Seagal's disciple Larry Reynosa. I had the good fortune to train with Shinto priest and 8th dan aikidoka Rev. Koichi Barrish as well as sensei John Smart. I have trained a little with a beginner student of Master Henry Look's I Chuan Also learned some yang tai chi attending Master Bill Chin's outdoor GG Park tai chi class and during that time frame I was lucky enough to encounter Master George Xu practicing solo. I introduced myself and more or less challenged him and he gave me a 15 minute impromptu lesson in getting owned. I had no idea until like weeks later that he was the George Xu. But I learned a lot in that 15 minutes let me tell you. Woops. Most of my teachers were in the greater Bay Area or Sacramento area. Some I can't name because I periodically talk smack about them. Others few would recognize or it would cause uncomfortable moments if it were to come up later. That said I learned the most important things about internals and how to practice from my brief exposure to Peter Ralston and Bruce Frantzis. Sorry I have never heard of Mr Bing or Mr Rubbo Thanks again for the views, for commenting and your questions. Remember that you are more than welcome to shoot me an email if you come to SF. If I can give pointers I will. I am still learning stuff too, you never know I might ask you to teach me something take care for now gang!

If you noticed there were several *long moments* to show reallllly slow tai chi. At the risk of boring ADD and younger viewers I tried to keep them to a minimum. I held Pi chuan, paused in brush knee and stood still with my arms in various positions. My version of indulging in the cultivated chi field that results is really a series of processes. I continuously work on 3 bends, openings and closings of the spine and various internal alignments and stretching. For those of you with the eye the spinal pump is in everything I do regardless of the practice or the speed I do it at. For that reason speeding up requires sometimes losing form and grace in order to maintain the internal expression and manifest power. In other words, slow and graceful are not necessarily synonymous with power. I have some fantasies of being able to use this stuff to defend myself and have actually had the necessity to do so in the past. In order to fulfill those fantasies I make it my business to practice at all different varying speeds with the goal being to be able to express power over all else at maximum warp if need be. Practicing slow is a great way to gain listening skill for the energy around you, it's great for that. If you don't actually try to ramp it up you won't know for sure if you can stay connected when it counts. Regardless of whether or not I move super slow or fast the issuance is in some part coming from a complete spinal opening and closing and thus my poor body serves as a fleshy medium to crudely manifest this energy coming up from the ground, combining with my pelvis and dan tien and projecting through my limbs. I did not speed any of it up either. That was pretty sluggish for me. In all modesty the whole video was impromptu and done on the first take without warming up first. I've been sitting around writing a book and getting fat and not training as hard or as much. To really tell for sure whether or not there is any useful jin coming from my limbs at higher speeds you would have to be pushing hands with me

Lozen For about 20 years I heard voices in my head and suffered from delusions, hallucinations. When I was a teen I was sure that it meant I was psychic. So I studied the occult and learned certain meditations that were supposed to make me more psychic. The result was even more voices and delusions in my mind all the time. There are psychiatric terms for the collection of problems I had schizophrenia (hearing voices) mania (racing thoughts, grandiosity, sense of special powers) thought broad casting delusion It only got worse as I got older. Eventually I got command voices telling me to hurt people and had visions of doing disturbing things to people for the slightest provocation. I took up Bruce Frantzis' water method meditation and learned dissolving and after a few years the voices went away and never returned. I have also heard of the Hearing Voice Movement. I am not sure I like it. People saying it's ok and normal and not a disease to hear demons and angels. Frankly I think hearing voices is the result of the undisciplined mind and lots and lots of stress combined with a healthy imagination for some folks. Delusions, ego and the sub conscious mind all play into the kind of voices you hear. I chose not live with my voices. To me it is now natural and normal to not have and hear voices anymore. I owe my sanity and peace of mind entirely to meditation as a result.

All of this could entirely be avoided if you stop building a cult of personality around a guy that does a little showmanship and parlor tricks. No offense folks, all I smell in these exchanges is a fixation on learning super powers and all the ego that goes with it. I can't believe people send messages like this. This magus of java crap is just that, crap forget about learning secret formulas to turn yourself into a minor deity its a false path its not cultivation or meditation its power for power's sake and I am not convinced real power is involved here. John Changs jedi skills would not work on me and I will take that challenge from any student of that school of thought any time. its really feeble power at best, absolute fraud and chicanery at worst real power is the gung fu you gain from doing internal arts and its manifest when you touch someone you guys are led astray by a false magician I would follow a real Professor X or Magneto but not John Chang. Its not worth getting upset over it really is not. That level of *skill* is really pathetic. I am not impressed. It is not power. He is not a Psi Monk, a mutant or a sorcerer. I will echo Buddy on this one. The whole time you are sending messages about this teacher and that secret and getting worked up about how to get in line to learn the magic palm chi projections of ultimate power you could instead be working on something useful and valuable in life. When I was a teen I used to tell my Dad that sooner or later I would achieve or evolve telekinesis because I worked at it all the time. I said sooner or later I would grow a circuit in my brain for it. Then my Dad said, "On that day you will be able to make a million dollars with it" That was years before I ever heard there was actually a million dollar challenge for demonstrations of psi. I used selective thinking and confirmation bias to think I was moving pencils, marbles and influencing the roll of 20 sided dice in role playing games but really I was BSing myself If you can show me a teacher who can set wood on fire from a distance or hurl a car through the air with their mind or cause everyone around them to see illusions in their own mind. Show me a teacher who can read off my thoughts as I think them verbatim without error and I would beg at the feet of I might consider asking for instruction in something like that. But John Chang's tricks are just that, tricks. Feeble displays of power or outright sleight of hand. They rely on your need to believe it is happening to gain much of their awe and belief. At the end of the day, the comments in these messages reveal that most of you don't have what it takes to have real powers. That is the reality. You are not mature enough or grown up enough to have mutant psi powers. That is the reality. If you had real power you would have at it like psychic gorillas and all sense of enlightenment or special achievement would be lost in a duel of ego, pride and power like psychic grappling or push hands If you had real powers from meditation you would use them like DBZ or the duel between Professor X and Jean Grey in Xmen3 or you would use them to rip the golden gate bridge apart. You know how I know? Because that is what I would do. If I had real powers I would psychically stalk John Chang and implant a compulsion in his mind to find me. When he did I would hurl him through a wall with my mind from 30 feet away on camera and show him and everyone on this planet what real mental power is. If you challenged me or threatened me in anyway I would pop a blood vessel in your brain and vibrate your atoms apart. Maybe I must just implant certain thoughts in your mind that leave you waking up every night for the rest of your life screaming. I would telepathically and psychokinetically make James Randi hand me a million dollar check and use it to start an institute for psi development. Then I would end up with more followers than Jesus and more money that Bill Gates. But that would not make me enlightened, realized or a buddha. That is what I consider power. The tricks Chang does are not impressive. I don't understand the appeal I really don't. The very pursuit of mental powers is to have an edge on your fellow human being. It reveals a lust for power and deep insecurity somewhere inside you. How do I know the nature of world? By what is within me. I have been meditating for 20 years and I am still not ready to handle real psychic powers. If I had them I would use them and the results would not be pleasant for you. I would end up living in Saskatchewan or on a small island somewhere to keep myself from hurting people. Or I would end up dead sooner or later as every government in the world sends out special units to capture or kill me. Unless I was able to accelerate my own development into a real body of light and just leave this earth in search of my peers out there in the depths between galaxies. It is not worth it to follow some guy so you can learn to make people feel funky stuff when you wave your hands at them or learn to light a newspaper on fire. The fact that you folks get all hot and bothered about these things amply demonstrates what a futile path that is.

Hey Bums So. I have been meaning to take a break from blogging and vlogging in order to finish up an important project starting this month. Before I did that I wanted to answer a lot of questions I get asked a lot. I decided to post a link to a post on my personal blog. That post is a kind of index and explanation of meditation talks I have made thus far. At least those that are still up or recently uploaded versus some of the older vids that are not up any more. Meditation videos, you asked, I delivered. Of possible interest to some of you folks I cover Can you meditate on drugs? How do you use meditation to determine if you are possessed and how to deal with that and the results. After many requests a Beginners meditation video and perhaps most controversially I answered several meditation related questions all in one video covering what is meditation, really? what is the best kind of meditation? /duck /firewalled do you need a teacher? why? why not? do you need a sangha?why why not? what is the origin of meditation? how did I (Jane) learn meditation? including my opinions on everything from bliss states, psychic powers and guided visualizations to what meditation system the Buddha learned and my thoughts on enlightenment with a capital E Anyhow, like with anything else I expect some folks to agree strongly, disagree strongly and perhaps both at different times. You can comment here, on my blog or on the vids if you want to. I will try to get back to people on specific things as time allows. I probably won't respond to abusive comments. I enjoy video responses and good arguments. If you have major doctrinal disagreements with me, remember persuasive speech and logic, not ad homs and straw men are what create a discussion. Fair warning several of those vids are tl dr about an hour or so.

I make distinctions based on our humanity. Every single example I used was a human being suffering unnecessarily at the hands of another. To rebut your comment is to lapse into philosophy of some kind. The young gazelle eaten by lions is the brutal reality of life. Lion and gazelle have little ability to switch roles or exit those roles and choose something else do to. The possum that dies by tic bits is the same thing. Is there anyone here who has not seen Battle at Kruger Park on youtube? I had no problems with any of that scene. I saw no victims only potential food and life and death meted out by natural selection. The problem with you *choosing to be a victim* bit is that gazelles do not choose to be food any more than a 6 year old girls chooses to be molested by her uncle. The gazelle's experience is the natural order of things. The demise of an animal to disease or predation is simply the Tao in action. Neither good nor bad just simply the way it is. The 6 year old girl's experience is not the natural order of things. Although Chris Hansen's series TCAPedobear actually shows creepily how natural the urge seems to be to molest the vulnerable in men. However unlike gazelles and lions we have codes of laws. Institutions. Philosophy, religion and morality. More important than any of that is the fact that we have such developed frontal lobes. The frontal lobes or at least part of them perform a function most other creatures do not have access to. They inhibit reflexes, impulses and urges. Any animals instinct to smell your crotch is uncontrollably hardwired into their neurology. Giving in to the urge to perform sexual contact with a minor is limbic system impulse that never gets properly aborted by the frontal lobes and the prefrontal cortex which gives us guilt, correlation, common sense, personal boundaries and space. No childfucker is unaware that their action is essentially the quintessence of evil. They choose very deliberately to obey an animal impulse against all restraint and mental will power coming from the frontal lobes. They go against the current laws, social mores and norms, common decency and God to satisfy a sexual urge. In that moment the glorious homo sapiens devolves into an animal. That is when the molested girl becomes a victim. When a female cat in estrus wails as she rolls around on the ground summoning every male cat in the vicinity she may end up impregnated. If so she was not a victim, she was in fact, asking for it. But a child that is molested is never asking for it and does not deserve it and it is not the natural order of acceptable behavior in our society. That child is a victim whether she wants to be or not. She is not a victim when she gets a common cold or chicken pox but she is definitely a victim when mommy starts beating her ass every day for making up stories about Uncle John's nocturnal activities because mommy just does not want to think about it. Do you see the difference? We make our own victims in life before the victim even knows the word *victim*. They have no choice at all ever. However there comes a time when they recognize their issues and at that point, when they gain awareness and a means to overcome it and self therapy. Then and only then can they choose to remain a victim by choice. So if you had horrible shit happen to you as a child and you learn the dissolving method for getting rid of triggers but you do not use it and instead wail on and on about your unfair childhood, that is being a victim voluntarily. Until they understand their victimhood and gain a means to overcome it, they remain victims not by choice.,

I have not read any of his stuff except select pieces. I know several people on the intarwebs that totally adore the guy. Frankly I am hot for bald guys. I thought he looked like Lex Luthor mmmmm. But that said. I found this which unsettled me. That and when I got to reading his little soundbites about meditation I got the impression of a narcissist that did not know what real meditation was. Maybe I am wrong, Deconstructing Ken Wilbur

just thought I would weigh in on this personally the belief that you need lotus or that full lotus represents the height of meditation is the the longest running *urban myth* of yoga and meditation It is a fallacy. The work you are doing is with your mind, your intent, your chi and your consciousness itself, not your ankles. All that matters is that your energy channel be open and your spine and joints as well. That's it. It is just as effective to meditate lying down, kneeling, squatting, moving, running, walking a circle or performing tai chi Meditation is done with the mind, not the legs. In my personal opinion fixating on the perfection of lotus is a waste of your time. For us stiff hipped, back injured, torn hamstrung Westerners that grew up without squatting all the time. Lotus can actually fuck you up. You can use meditation to ignore the pain and let your hips, spine and even your gait get messed up. You also add neurological noise onto the lens of your consciousness that interferes with actually getting your mind quiet. Altogether, believing you need lotus to meditate or attain high states of meditation achievement is kind of like saying you must be on your knees in a pew with rosary in hand to know God. Communing with god, finding your consciousness is not dependent on the shape of your body but on the shape of your mind.

What Does Yin Energy Feel Like? How Do You Cultivate it?
SFJane replied to mwight's topic in General Discussion
You are welcome! Mo Pai is not my area of expertise so I really can not comment on it. In Taoist nei gung yin is really natural. In one sense it's part of the primordial Tao. Before the Big Bang the previous universe may have been doing the Big Suck or Big Inhale first. Sheer speculation on my part but as above so below. That is the profundity of 'Man is a small heaven and earth'. If you really get into the cosmology of 'Man is a small ...' then you spiritually investigate that situation. You quickly notice parallels between an electron orbiting a nucleus to a planet orbiting a star. The spiral function of the universe that pulls things together or sends them apart is everywhere. When a flower bud spirals itself shut it shares the same yin energy as a closing sphincter in the body or water going down the drain. When you peer at DNA you see the spiral. When you look at a satellite view of a hurricane you see a spiral shape not dissimilar to the spiraling galaxy around a black hole core. You can sort of reproduce the changing ions of a molecule, the gravity of a planet or the sucking of a tornado inside your body (stirring the soup in the cauldron) You can for instance, begin to rotate your lower dan tien and spiral it smaller and smaller like tightening your anus or sucking a noodle off a fork. When you begin to spin and rotate your dan tien you kind of recreate the spinning of a planet and increase your personal gravity. If you are into martial arts its obvious. The person becomes heavy, hard to move and feels soft and void-like. All your gung fu can come just from rapidly opening and closing your dan tien and letting the spiraling wave exit your palm, forearm, shoulder, whatever and push or pull someone no problemo. That is the energy you use to suck out and absorb stagnant/bad energy from someone when you heal them using your hands. Eventually if you keep with the spiraling tan tien practices you can sit still, reverse breath, absorb chi as you surrender inwards into your central core, spiral your dantien and even the energy outside your body will move around and around and can be felt by all you sensitive aura types. It is bloody obvious if you do ba gua that you are reproducing the energies inherent in a black hole or tornado. I encourage people to try that kind of nei gung. I just don't think most folks are sensitive enough, have enough control over, have enough of an actual knowledge of how chi works inside their mind and body and how it responds to Yi and Hsin to actually make use of it. There is so many more uses to Yin chi than just healing someone or pulling them off their balance. You can become so effortless in your use of yin/rollback that you use Yin/Rollback to open doors and drawers in the house. I once boggled my younger brother by resting my palms on the bumper of his car while in neutral and just casually, without any effort began pulling his car backwards just by relaxing, inhaling slowly and rolling back. Yin energy most resembles the tides, the closing of sphincters and the ability of a tornado to lift a house straight up off the ground. It is gravity and it's what's keeping the galaxy spinning around a black hole as it drifts through outer space. It is literally holding everything together. -
You guys are very welcome! I am glad it helped and or gave you things to think about

What Does Yin Energy Feel Like? How Do You Cultivate it?
SFJane replied to mwight's topic in General Discussion
for my 100th post I will give you a free secret that I paid almost one thousands dollars to learn. Well, I paid that money to learn nei gung for my spine but I ended up learning this along with everything else. Yin energy cultivation. Why you would want it. You want Yin energy because you have convinced yourself for whatever reason, that you do not have enough. or you just want to learn everything there possibly is know about chi and to do that, you need a concrete knowledge of yin chi, what it is, how to get it, how to feel it etc in other words curiosity there have been said a few things that could help breathing into your palms and soles while extending the inhale, yea that will do something if you want real yin energy and you want control of it than you have to work really hard yang energy is vastly easier to cultivate until...until you know the trick to yin energy to understand yin energy look really carefully at image of black holes and galaxies. look carefully at the spiral in a flower as it opens and closes itself look carefully at the small whirlpools that come and go in a swiftly running river look carefully at the coil of a snail shell or a snake now ask your self how do you swallow? how do you eat? how do you hold your bladder? how do you hold back flatulence? what is the nature of a sphincter? look at the mechanism of your own anus with a mirror ask yourself, how do I blink? how does the blood flow at all? how do you inhale? how do you pucker your lips or suck fluid through a straw? all of that is yin manifest suddenly it will become amazingly clear like in the movie Pi the spiral is everywhere and runs everything look at a tornado as it lifts a house (footage on youtube) how? there are several practices I know that will cultivate yin reverse breathing with long inhales closing the body cavities with intent sucking water through a tube into your bowel or colon deliberately the roll back posture of tai chi the sinking of the elbows in hsin yi clockwise circle walking yin is gravity it is a sinking pulling withdrawing softening sucking sensation in the body it can be cool to feel it it is absorbing chi the bone breathing process, on the inhale and inward spiral is a yin practice breathing inward into your skin from every direction is yin cultivation last winter, end of 07 beginning of 08 or something there was a thread about sexual practices or something where I talked about tantra, energy vampirism, anal sex and a bunch of other weird shit I said that in order to be penetrated pleasantly you must surrender your body inward into yourself and literally allow it to happen at an energetic level, with practice you can facilitate it and even draw a phallus into yourself just by sucking it into your body you can drain a male of his yang energy easily if you keep him like that its like a black hole eating a sun if you do it right you can make a lover weak in the entire body for a time. you can cultivate yin in sex, sitting, breathing, chi gung, nei gung, tai chi and ba gua you can pull someone off their root in push hands with it very gently or strongly you can feel it in the tide when you are knee deep in the ocean and it pulls you almost off your feet as it goes out the yin phases of tai chi are perhaps the best way to get it from an all in one point of view that is what yin is, how you get it and what you can do with it ok 3:58 am in SF.. time to go do some standing outside in the park..bbl to chat more bums -
I loved that penn and teller video! Ms Colonic "it's a fact" lol protips drink tons of water, pass on the meat, eat veges and fruits, exercise, your colon will be just fine being the experimental type that I am I ran the gamut of diets, enemas, colonics and the works back in the late 90s while I was trying to better myself mentally, physically and spiritually. colonics are bullshit Oh and that pain that the guy felt for a minute after the tubes were inserted? That was his pride fucking with him

When I was in my very early 20s I was sitting in my living room with Yang Jwing Ming's books on chi gung, tendon changing and marrow washing. I was trying to figure out all how the heck I was supposed to get a young boy and young girl to come give me abdominal massages with jade or metal spheres at the right times of day in order to follow all the training secrets and the 100 day cultivation and the dos and do nots of cultivating. I really wanted to develop the golden bell cover, turn back my inner clock and live to be 400 so I took that stuff seriously. I had an opportunity to ask Bruce Frantzis about it at a retreat. I asked him what the relationship was between tendon changing and bone marrow washing and chi/nei gung He said this. "Chi gung is Yi jin jing" and he ambled off. I instantly understood that it was not necessary to formulate herbal pills and to have yin and yang massages at certain times during the day to gain iron shirt benefits or change my body's tissues. I forget all about Jimmy Yang's book on the subject and instead I learned the bone breathing/body breathing methods, I learned reverse breathing and the yi chi dzuo method of moving my chi. I learned various chi/nei gung routines. I gained a certain amount of all those benefits listed in the Shi soei ching and Yi jin ching you see when you do tai chi or hsin i or ba gua, you are doing chi gung and nei gung so when you are doing tai chi or walking the circle, if you are not just on autopilot but consciously engaged in processes underneath the skin then your tai chi and ba gua is bone marrow washing and tendon changing. my muscles went from hard to soft my body went from tensed to relaxed I reclaimed energy that was bound up in my stressed out tensed up karate body at the time. I found myself rarely if at all sick not even with the common cold I was not stuffing a cubicle for a living but working in warehousing and factories. I had ample opportunities to test my developing iron shirt and ascertain if I was truly tougher and stronger from my practice without actually appearing to be stronger and tougher I might bang my hand on something and find a mere red spot when I was sure it was a cut. Cuts I did get healed very fast. Even in sparring I was able to take more damage before crying uncle. I did not suffer as much from the punishment the next day. Chi gung is yi jin jing, my chi gung practice, my tai chi and ba gua did turn back my clock, I did get stronger, healthier, more energetic and more ailment resistant as well as blow and impact resistant. All those chi gung vids purporting to show The Yi Jin Ching Chi Gung Set maybe legit may not be legit. But you can't just wave your arms in a certain manner and expect your tendons to change. What makes any chi gung exercise 'yi jin ching' is certain attributes and processes done inside your body while performing any given chi gung movement. If those processes are lacking you can learn The One True Supreme Lineage Yi Jin Ching Chi Gung set and your body. health and tendons won't change very much, if at all. Edit. yea I've seen some of these videos as well as some exercises in books. It is all well and good to try to imitate a move seen in a video or reconstruct if from the pages of a book but without the *internals* you are doing an *external* move that might as well be meaningless. The fact is even performing a movement and calling it *yi jin ching* is problematic. The only way to really be sure they were doing the Yi Jin part or the Shi soei part would to stand very close to them, touch their body and observe exceedlingly small micromovements which might betray certain principles being actualized such as whole body opening and closings for example. If your tai chi or ba gua is high quality then you are doing the yi jin and the shi soei the moment you begin commencement.

Not true. It was hearing people speaking in tongues that turned me into a fanatical Catholic. In fact I became part of that group of people, The Third Order of Franciscans. I wanted the Holy Spirit to move into me too so I opened myself up to Him and....nothing. I figured the final suicide attempt when I was staring at my body as it was being loaded in the ambulance that encountering God was next.....nothing 3 full reiki attunements to the Divine energy and yet my healing power was not one iota stronger than I had already made it by doing Ba Gua and standing chi gung. I never felt anything Divine during any of my hands on work. I felt my chi and the clients chi but nothing *divine* I had sat vigil on several personal retreats over the years where I brought my mind to a complete stand still while my awareness kept expanding outwards and inwards in all directions...nothing I have had wiccan witches, catholic bishops, lay people, reiki practitioners all lay hands on me and....nothing I think I have spent most of the better part of the first 25 years of my life in constant search for God and the Divine. After awhile I just moved on. I dissolved my need or attraction to the quest. The energy I found inside myself was sufficient for my purposes. I guess if God could not appear to a genuine seeker then God had little chance of appearing to casual believers so I have been a tad suspect of claims to knowledge of the divine. I hope you can understand my skepticism when I say I learned to believe what I could concretely sense with my own being than to simply have faith in the existence of that which I could not detect. I guess I am just not worthy. But I do alright without it. Either way, like I said your achievement and hence your understandings are far beyond mine.

You have me at a great disadvantage good sir. I know nothing of spiritual parapsychology. After a half dozen religious conversions, 10,000 hours of meditation, 6 near death experiences, 3 reiki initiations, the laying of hands and being literally surrounded by a group of people speaking in tongues when I was about 8 or so, 2 dozen acid trips and a brief coma after an OD and not once have I ever encountered the God or the Divine We seem to be more or less on the same page about biopsychiatry. It's a waste of time and just leads to major medical problems that you did not have before. My method entails awareness, presence, concentration, intent and consciousness and your method channels Divine energy. You seem to be operating at a much higher level than me so I am probably missing part of the big picture. Best wishes unraveling your stuff!
