It hasn't inspired you to apply for membership at that other forum yet???

Yes, you keep saying that. Bestest wishes!!!

O. M. G. Literally a brand new word?!? Well, that's completely different. It is inconceivable that someone outside the US could watch TV and learn a brand new word. Slang for something else? Sure. But a brand new word? Inconceivable! Clearly, the only thought which comes to mind is "rational." And "logical" -- OK, two thoughts. Well, maybe three -- "grounded." Quite impressive, really. I applaud the whole group for its truly impressive group-think. Best wishes! Oh! I've been meaning to ask... How much amperage did those scientists and medical doctors record when they tested John Chang? You don't need to answer directly; you can just post a link to the research paper. More best wishes and thanks in advance!

How brilliant! Clearly anyone who picks up slang from a TV show lives in America. Perhaps someday we'll have a global communications network but, until then... Best wishes.

OK, I'm convinced.

I'm convinced. Please stop. Wait... Do you have a master's degree?

No, actually, that has never been tried. That's MPG'S cover story, of course, and it goes hand-in-glove with the persecution complex thing -- you know, the one about how members of the MPG gang always get banned at the first fabricated opportunity? It's a self-fulfilling mythology which, unfortunately, doesn't actually get fulfilled. It's a victimhood personality characteristic, you see -- you have been convinced (or have convinced yourself -- we don't know which acolyte you are so we don't know how long you've been part of Alfalfa's club) that you are a pinata despite having lurked for over a year and then, after going "active," lamenting that you had "wasted" your account here -- and yet you persist in "bear-baiting" in hope of getting banned. I presume this is so MPG will be proud of you but you only look childish and represent the entire gang in that same light. Honestly, it is no wonder that the real MoPai disowned your whole group and specifically asked Matt to stop.

I think you've said that before. Best wishes, ilovecoffee (if that is your real name).

You keep saying that yet you continue to try to keep my attention for some reason. Might wanna explore that little quirk.

The Most Important Button on the Dao Bums
Brian replied to thelerner's topic in Forum and Tech Support
The Rod requires neither belief nor faith. The best button on the forum isn't in the software but I wouldn't go so far as to call it "important" -- merely "fun"... -
Anger and hatred? You are mistaken. No one here is mad at you, we're just laughing at you. We don't even want you to get banned because you provide such an excellent insight into the thought processes of MPG's "MoPai" group.
-
I was gonna ask about data again, and maybe ask about those systems which actually have scientists and medical doctors as practitioners but it look like someone's feelings are getting hurt so I'll wait until later.
-
Not for that individual's benefit but for the forum readers who follow. I think the greatest value in these periodic enrollment drives is the opportunity they provide for character study. I find them quite fascinating. Little to nothing is revealed about MoPai but that doesn't hold true for the disavowed acolytes who come here to proselytize periodically.

Well, potential difference reflects energy involved, flux then depends on impedance. Change in current as a function of time would provide some insight into capacitance and generation, which would be valuable, but I think I would consider those subsequent and ancillary to probing the field itself. Good question, though!

Do you mean amperage instead of amplitude?

Happy Independence Day to my compatriots!

As soon as you are ready to engage in a mature conversation, you come on back now, ya hear?

You're not going to die? Awesome!

You're not going to die? Awesome!

Wait... You were abducted by aliens?!? Awesome.

You know that's from a video game, right? There are plenty of actual photos you could use instead, of course, but it is kinda Al Gore-ish to use a CG image for this. I'd suggest this pie chart, too:

Then yes, I guess. Based on that bas-relief, it looks like they might need a sturgeon to cut them apart.
-
Is that what clown fish do? That thing where they all come spilling out of a car, I guess?

Hard to say -- either eating those people or being worn as hats or engaged in some sort of circus act?
