I should not talk about Zen Buddhism here but it is well known they want people to enlighten by themselves through meditation. Bodhidarma made some interpretations of the Buddhist teachings and that is how Zen came about. My Dharma("Fa" in Falun Dafa) is Zhuan Falun with all other scriptures from Master Li Hongzhi as a complement. Just my two cents, no truth offered whatsoever. PS: THE ZEN monk Bodhidharma asked, "Why explain Sutras?" A teacher, "To end birth and death." Bodhidharma said, "The words are black and the paper is white. How does this teach people to end birth and death?" The other reddened and raged, "You are slandering the Dharma!" struck him across the mouth with an iron rod and knocked loose two teeth.

The heavens have their conditions of life and everything in this universe exists for a reason. How can people judge the "heavens" based on the current life conditions of modern human society? A Master teaches truth, a higher form of truth, whether people can accept it or not is up to them. When one ascends in meditation one will see truth about the heavens and having notions is useless in my opinion. I remember the Hopi indians talked about different tasks in the cosmos for the different races. The conditions of the heavens has nothing to do with current society and Falun Dafa has many practitioners with mixed marriages, tolerance is an important aspect of cultivation. A Master is a Master, he runs his cultivation school and as a disciple you follow him or you exit that school - end of story. @Sethananda: Since you have no benevolence, sources or objectivity whatsoever behind your statements about Master Li I believe you do good promotion for Falun Dafa here. I believe people will start to take notice of Dafa when you go into a frenzy spraying all that negative energy around you about the biggest cultivation school on planet earth. Falun Dafa means being kindhearted in your daily life´s actions, caring about all people no matter how bad they are. __________ Speaking about why people in general(I am not referring to SethAnanda) become bad people is interesting. As I see it people become bad because their minds have been filled up with dirt(thought karma) over time and then they loose control over their main spirit(which is fundamentally good, kindhearted and innocent). Over time after alot of wrongdoing karma finally rolls all over their body coverring up their little amount of virtue(De) that is left. Finally they loose all contact with the universe´s fundamental characteristics(Truth-Compassion-Forbearance). That is a terrible destiny indeed, and one must feel compassion for such a person. She is a young Dafa disciple who just started practicing a year ago. Recently she became very diligent in studying the Fa. She quit watching her favorite TV programs. Master opened her celestial eye. Below are some scenes she saw while sending forth righteous thoughts. When Dafa disciples sit cross-legged (in the lotus position) and enter into a tranquil state while sending righteous thoughts, in another dimension, their bodies appear in a sacred state. The gong column above their head shines brightly. The true body sits cross-legged on a lotus flower, flying upwards on the top of one’s own gong column. Some practitioners' whole body itself is a huge, golden, shining gong column that is shooting into the cosmos, towards the main battlefield between good and evil. For other practitioners, their gong column rises up to a certain extent; then a pair of wings appear behind their backs, and they continue to fly upwards. The main battlefield between good and evil in the universe is magnificent. All the positive and negative beings as well as all elements in the universe gather there, forming two major opposing forces. The positive elements have gained the upper hand. Firstly, in front of my eyes, I saw our Master appearing huge and mighty in the cosmos, wearing dazzling, golden clothes. He is turning the Falun with his huge arm. Below, countless righteous gods are gathered, wearing all kinds of attire and carrying different weapons. Their expressions are serious yet sacred. Yet, even more magnificent are the Dafa disciples who have come to assist Master. Their numbers are even greater, too numerous to count. Some come stepping on clouds, some fly with their wings, most arrived sitting on lotus flowers. The lotus flowers are exceptionally beautiful, in all sorts of colors. The lotus flowers also have different layers. Some have a maximum of 10 layers. Generally, Dafa disciples sit on lotus flowers with four to five layers. These are the ones who are more diligent. Although there are many evil, rotten beings and the evil specter of Communism gathered in the battlefield, they are very weak and have lost the battle. Many of them have been destroyed. Dafa disciples engage in battle with these evil beings, holding in their hands all kinds of extraordinary weapons. Some use bows, swords, whips, flying daggers, arrows, and so on. Working together, they destroy the evil. When these evil elements are destroyed, their remains become grey ash floating in the sky like black fog. When sending righteous thoughts, if disciples states of mind are pure and righteous, their backs and palms are held erect, their minds are alert and focused, and in another dimension, their supernormal abilities are strong and powerful. Consequently, many evil elements will be eliminated, thus effectively assisting Master in Fa rectification. When making the lotus flower hand gesture while sending forth righteous thoughts, in another dimension, something similar to a vessel appears inside the practitioner's hands in the lotus flower hand gesture. The vessel contains a sticky liquid-like material. When sending righteous thoughts using the lotus flower gesture, the grey ash remains of the evil beings that are destroyed will be collected into the vessel and dissolved into its origin using the liquid-like material, so that they will not create chaos in the human world again. Everyone gathers the remains into their lotus flower gestures and submerge them into the liquid in their own vessel. After some time, the universe appears clean and bright. If the Dafa disciple minds are not alert and focused while sending righteous thoughts, then the vessels in their lotus flower hand gesture will tip over and the liquid will spill out. The remains of the evil beings will not be thoroughly dissolved and will become alive again, continuing to do evil. If the lotus flower gesture is closed like a flower bud, then the evil remains will not be gathered and they will continue to create chaos in the air. The time spent sending forth righteous thoughts can be long or short. Sometimes disciples send righteous thoughts for only 10 minutes. In another dimension, even before the battle has finished, one has left the battlefield. Many Dafa disciples persist in sending righteous thoughts for 30 to 40 minutes until the universe is clean and bright. Whenever Dafa disciples send righteous thoughts, in another dimension, there is a pen and book used to record the details of sending righteous thoughts, such as the time spent, how much effort is put in, etc. The tip of the pen is shaped like a feather, and the color varies. The color of the book is the same as that of the pen. When Dafa disciples send righteous thoughts, their true bodies dash into the universe to take part in the battle between good and evil, and the pen begins to record the details until the end of sending righteous thoughts. It is the same every time. If one neglects to send righteous thoughts, the pen and book will just stay put. The above is what Chen Chen saw in another dimension and described in detail. I agree on your first sentence. Everything I say here is just my opinion and no "truth" whatsoever. One can question anything by oneself during the raising of one´s cultivation level, that is natural. As it stands in Falun Dafa it is a cultivation form where one must enlighten to higher and higher truths and levels by oneself by raising one´s xinxing(mind nature) and body cultivation. If a cultivator openly slanders the Master(or any other people), where is the level of his xinxing? That is a display of self, emotions and jealousy as I see it. As a cultivator you must have compassion for all people("enemies" included). I am not saying Falun Dafa is going to fit all people in the world. But it fits many people and Master Li and his disciples deserve their due respect just like other genuine cultivators do. In fact I reckon Falun Dafa must be experienced, otherwise one knows nothing about it. Nobody can cultivate in Falun Dafa without an iron will and certainly nobody can be forced into it. You are right there too. If one cultivates in Dafa one can not try any other practice as the Gong will be messed up in no time. Just my two cents, no truth offered whatsoever.

In my opinion I believe people have the capacity to figure out truth on their own. Their truth might be very different from yours.

Among practitioners it is wellknown and immediately felt when you get the Falun inside your body for the first time. It keeps spinning all the time and it is felt during the exercises. I have seen many people when it happened for them the first time, they were all surprised and some people got dizzy from the sudden effect. /Just my two cents, no truth offered whatsoever

Again, you slander Li Hongzhi. Any person can do that and such ill manners do not match the respectful manner of a cultivator(or even an ordinary person for that matter) at all. Every action(good or bad) counts, especially for a cultivator. I quote Immortal4life: "When someone talks a lot of smack about others, it tells you more about the person talking than the people they are talking about." Where do you think all that energy comes from during the Falun exercises?.... It never crossed your mind that Li Hongzhi(with his Fashen and Falun), who is the Master, gave you that energy?... Cultivation is about improving oneself, it does not matter which level you start from, it is always about improvement and different people reach different levels. We can agree on that point. About Li Hongzhi, can he do cultivation for you? No he can not and he says everyone must do it on their own. What has he actually done? He has given mankind the most comprehensive cultivation tools in history, a complete system of high-level mind and body cultivation that can lead you to consummation. Why do you question Master Li´s words? I find it a human way of thinking and I see an attachment to suspicion and/or jealousy. As soon as you reach a certain cultivation level you will see it all in other dimensions, it is not like he hides anything from you in those dimensions. So will you not find truth if you cultivate up? You will see it all and he will help you in ways you can not imagine. I find it naive to believe that 100 million practitioners did not see who Master Li is in other dimensions after all these years of hard Dafa cultivation at high levels. Why do you think all these millions of people put in all those practice hours, save people, run Shen Yun, NDTV etc etc? If Falun Dafa was what you try to present it as here, it never would have had the global impact it really has had. In fact, since all these millions of practitioners have seen truth in other dimensions and reached such a high realm, are they not wise people? Why are there Dafa clubs at Berkeley, Stanford, MIT etc etc? Are all these people stupid too? Their IQ is very high. Are you the exception that confirms the rule of Dafa being a great spiritual practice at high levels? Is it not said in all cultivation schools that you need to sever your emotions and desires to reach a high level? So which school do you follow? Please inform us. Everyone may judge Falun Dafa on his own, with the scriptures and exercises in front of himself, see the quality of its teachings, open third eye and see truth. It seems like you are very upset with Falun Dafa and Li Hongzhi, what is there actually that you are so upset about, to the point that you can not stop yourself from insulting the Master and the practitioners of this great practice? As I see it, looking inwards is the key issue in all forms of genuine cultivation. If I get upset about something I know I need to eliminate an attachment, a bad substance in another dimension that causes me to behave unbalanced in this dimension. I respect all people but I can see that you write unbalanced words about Dafa, Li Hongzhi and all Dafa practitioners. Tolerance is very important to me and all other Dafa practitioners, I hope you can agree on that principle too. I wish you can learn to respect Li Hongzhi and Falun Dafa practitioners. "Never" is an absolute word, I would say that absolutism is always incorrect. Secondly, there is a huge difference between a genuine Falun Dafa cultivator and everyday people. People in general can not relate well to other time-spaces so they either trust the person telling truth or they don´t. That is where enlightenment quality enters the picture. In my opinion no high-level cultivator would never tell a conscious lie since his cultivation level would be wrecked as soon as he told a lie. Anyway, these events will unfold in the next few years as we can see. I suggest we do a follow-up every six months for the next 36 months(provided the web is still up and running by then) and see how it compares with reality. A proof of what? I am just copying and pasting from someone who looked up the probability of a cell being generated by chance in genetics. It is zero(in reality). That probability is a mathematical fact and no proof is needed since there is no logical sequence present. The rest was just for fun. However you look at the probabilities of mutation and cell generation in genetics, there is no chance whatsoever that evolution could come about - mathematically speaking. Anyway, some people will argue against the factual statistics of genetics until their brains ache and maths is a subject poorly understood by most people. PS - some stats sources here: To set a better example, let us take up the evolutionist's burden of evidence to see where it leads. Our first observation is that apparently all functions in a living organism are based largely upon the structures of its proteins. The trail of the first cell therefore leads us to the microbiological geometry of amino acids and a search for the probability of creating a protein by mindless chance as specified by evolution. Hubert Yockey published a monograph on the microbiology, information theory, and mathematics necessary to accomplish that feat. Accordingly, the probability of evolving one molecule of iso-1-cytochrome c, a small protein common in plants and animals, is an astounding one chance in 2.3 times ten billion vigintillion. The magnitude of this impossibility may be appreciated by realizing that ten billion vigintillion is one followed by 75 zeros. Or to put it in evolutionary terms, if a random mutation is provided every second from the alleged birth of the universe, then to date that protein molecule would be only 43% of the way to completion. Yockey concluded, "The origin of life by chance in a primeval soup is impossible in probability in the same way that a perpetual motion machine is impossible in probability."7 Richard Dawkins implicitly agreed with Yockey by stating, "Suppose we want to suggest, for instance, that life began when both DNA and its protein-based replication machinery spontaneously chanced to come into existence. We can allow ourselves the luxury of such an extravagant theory, provided that the odds against this coincidence occurring on a planet do not exceed 100 billion billion to one."8The 100 billion billion is 1020. So Dawkins' own criterion for impossible in probability, one chance in more than 1020, has been exceeded by 50 orders of magnitude for only one molecule of one small protein. Now that Professor Dawkins has joined the ranks of non-believers in evolution, politesse forbids inquiring whether he considers himself "ignorant, stupid, insane, or wicked." Let us proceed to criteria more stringent. For example, Borel stated that phenomena with very small probabilities do not occur. He settled arbitrarily on the probability of one chance in 1050 as that small probability. Again according to this more stringent criterion, we see that evolving one molecule of one protein would not occur by a wide margin, this time 25 orders of magnitude.9 Let us go further. According to Dembski, Borel did not adequately distinguish those highly improbable events properly attributed to chance from those properly attributed to something else and Borel did not clarify what concrete numerical values correspond to small probabilities. So Dembski repaired those deficiencies and formulated a criterion so stringent that it jolts the mind. He estimated 1080 elementary particles in the universe and asked how many times per second an event could occur. He found 1045. He then calculated the number of seconds from the beginning of the universe to the present and for good measure multiplied by one billion for 1025 seconds in all. He thereby obtained 1080 x 1045 x 1025 = 10150 for his Law of Small Probability.9 I have not been able to find a criterion more stringent than Dembski's one chance in 10150. Anything as rare as that probability had absolutely no possibility of happening by chance at any time by any conceivable specifying agent by any conceivable process throughout all of cosmic history. And if the specified event is not a regularity, as the origin of life is not, and if it is not chance, as Dembski's criterion and Yockey's probability may prove it is not, then it must have happened by design, the only remaining possibility. Now to return to the probability of evolving one molecule of one protein as one chance in 1075, we see that it does not satisfy Dembski's criterion of one chance in 10150. The simultaneous availability of two molecules of one protein may satisfy the criterion, but they would be far from the necessary complement to create a living cell. For a minimal cell, 60,000 proteins of 100 different configurations would be needed.5,10 If these raw materials could be evolved at the same time, and if they were not more complex on average to evolve than the iso-1-cytochrome c molecule, and if these proteins were stacked at the cell's construction site, then we may make a gross underestimation of what the chances would be to evolve that first cell. That probability is one chance in more than 104,478,296, a number that numbs the mind because it has 4,478,296 zeros. If we consider one chance in 10150 as the standard for impossible, then the evolution of the first cell is more than 104,478,146 times more impossible in probability than that standard. Reproduction may be called a regularity because billions of people have witnessed billions of new individuals arising that way, and in no other way, for thousands of years. The origin of life was a unique event and certainly not a regularity. Therefore, according to mathematical logicians, the only possibilities left are that life either was generated by chance or by deliberate design. The standard for impossible events eliminated evolution so the only remaining possibility is that life was designed into existence. The probability of the correctness of this conclusion is the inverse of the probability that eliminated evolution, that is, 104,478,296 chances to one. Although the certainty of design has been demonstrated beyond doubt, science cannot identify the designer. Given a designer with the intelligence to construct a cell and all life forms, it is not logical that he would construct only one cell and leave the rest to chance. The only logical possibility is that the designer would design and build the entire structure, the entire biosphere, to specified perfection. That seems to be as far as science can go. Life was designed. It did not evolve. The certainty of these conclusions is 104,478,296 (1 followed by 4,478,296 zeros) to one. This evidence suggests a Designer who designed and built the entire biosphere and, for it to function, the entire universe. Maths and evolution: The mathematical probability of a SINGLE CELL coming about by chance is 1/10340,000,000, the fraction 1 divided by 1 followed by 340 million zeros! And then this cell must live long enough to reproduce. And then the reproduced cell must live long enough to do the same. And then more "accidents" must happen to cause more complexity. And then more "accidents" must happen to cause more complexity. And long before the first "accident" evolution is nothing but a silly, mystical fairy tale.

First people say that science proves evolution as a "fact"... When evolution is disproved by calculus people say science is not so developed... Of course science is not so developed, you are right, it is extremely flawed in its limited foundation(I investigate only what I can see or touch). How was it, is evolution politics or religion or rather both(Christianity sure is both and most of all politics)? It sure isn´t "science" as science is defined in the school book. Extremely few people analyze why they hold certain beliefs as a human being. Is it just that role they have been assigned by Gods or do people really believe they rule their own thoughts and have opinions on "their own"? Is it not the higher beings who control their thoughts. In the case of a person with massive karma, demons will control him. In the case of a person with great virtue Gods will control him. I mean we have Yin-Yang, Plus-Minus, Gods-Demons, Karma-Virtue. They always come in pairs and each human being must be put in his proper place, mostly depending on his inborn quality. PS: The 700 scientists are the ones that actually musterred the energy and courage to publicly go against it. Do you know how bad it can be for a scientist in a politically controlled environment as a university to go against evolution? He risks loosing his job and will get no promotions whatsoever. You need to multiply that number with thousands or more to get anywhere near the true number of scientists that mock the evolution theory behind closed doors... I never heard of any mathematician ever that actually even tried to do any calculus proof in favor of evolution. As far as I remember we even had calculus examples at university mocking that theory by calculation of probabilities. Darwin and the evolution theory is just a political invention to control people, making them more materialistic and less spiritually inclined so that people become worse and worse. That is partly how two world wars and lots of revolutions came about. I must say that I believe a human body assembles information over the ages so it definitely is not the same as it was 10 000 years ago. But that is another question..
