Hi,
I am getting interested in Tao and everything relating to how we live, eat, breath, etc...
I purchased this book to begin learning:
The Tao of Health, Sex and Longevity. by Daniel Reid.
My question is, given that I am new to this, is Daniel Reid (and his book) a legitimate and valuable source of information regarding Tao?
Are there other authors/books that people would more highly recommend that cover everything from food to exercise...?
