Hi there, This is something else, They the woman in my family have always had digestion, and stomach, problems going to the bathroom to be frank and straight forward... And this stomach massage has been passed down from my Grandma to me. She was born in 1905. And I'm sure her mother and so on taught it to her. It works... The more I read, the more I see a corallation between somethings I know and need to know. I just came upon this sight, I have only tryed one other site before. It is amazing how well, I understand the practices. I come from a mid-western town in Texas. You would think it would be as way of as it gets. Speaking of my Grandma she never went to the doctor, she always knew how to cure herself, and our family, down to making her own eye drops. By simple things she would mix up. Or she would get some kind of plant that grew in the yard and boil it, and make something out of it. I was to young to understand. She is gone now, I wish I would of ask. She lived a long time, never going to the doctor, never taking any pills. And the minute they got ahold of her, they meaning the doctors. She started to get sick, she was so strong, she had ten children, and gave birth to them by herself mostly... Take care, it will get better, I do that exact message... Melanie

Hey, Thanks for the information Trunk... But I meditate a long time sometimes hour or more, standing for that long might me hard. Also I notice eyes open in meditation... I have been closing mine. I might try a little while of standing, and do other part laying at first... My hands came together one time late yesterday during a meditation. Could be trying to show me something. The came very close just didn't touch, but to where the heat between my hands would heat up... Thank you again... Mel

Hey, Ok I get you... and what you are talking about now. This happens to me to. This comes from not you, but what others are projecting to you. It is hard being a person period. I worry what people think to. Not everyone I met, but other family members and stuff. I used to worry about what everyone thought. Now not so much, and that just came with age...lol I say well they didn't bring me into this world, and they most likely aren't going to take me out of it. So whats there opinion of me matter. But now I need to try and look at it from an entertainer's point of view, you will eventually find people who except you for you, and not what they want you to be. Did you see my signature? Say what you want to say, be who you are. Because the people who matter don't mind, and the people who mind don't matter" ~Dr Suess~ Now this is true, true. You feel the need to say, and do the right things. I get that. "We can't please everyone all the time, but we can please some of the people some of the time" Another good one. These old saying have a lot of good to them. You are a sweet person, I can tell this. Maybe you take into much from people. You are great!... Knowing that is not to much ego. That is being an ass to other people. And I don't see that about you at all. And if someone is going to find fault with everything you say, they always will. Maybe they are jealous or something. Why does it have to be you, maybe it is them... Just a thought. You sound like a sweet person to me... Hi, I understand the difference in my astral body and my own. And this was my own arms. Are you saying my astral arms, where raising my own arms? That would make since. I was also covered up, and I felt that if the covers where not holding me down, I was light enough and almost could feel my body itself lift a little. Now to explain how I know the difference between my astral body and my own. I have had two OBE, and I have looked down upon my body on several occasions. But this is why this was so alarming to me in away, because it was my own arms, not to say my astral arms are not my own. I just meditated again, and it happened again. I think it is amazing. I just wanted to make sure everything is on track. I was told by another PM all normal. I will go with that, for now. Any other thought please let me know... Thank you... Mel

Hi there, This is a very good thread for every person... Ego effects every person. And it is of a negative purpose. I can only tell you of my own experience. I was the same as you, and in some ways I still am. We are never free of feelings of not being as good as the next person. When I was young. I was filled with ego. Which to me, it's looking in judement and feeling that you are better than others. I lost my ego along time ago. Now I can honestly say I have minus ego. But self confidence I still need to work on. Now there is different types of confidence as the way I see it... There is confidence in your work, looks, treatment of others, being a good enough mother and wife and friend to man kind, and many other things... "But in the end, glad to be rid of that nasty ego". I am no better than anyone! but I am as good as anyone! And I mean the richest, or prettyest, and so are you my friend. Love all things, and people... Look at them through a pair of glasses that doesn't see a bum, but a man with problems just like anyone. When you see a drug addict, you don't see a person that has holes in there arms, and is some bad person. you see yourself, your friend, your sister... Does this make since? I hope so... This is the way I look at the world now. Not before, through the eyes of ego. Ego hides the beauty of things, that seem to always be ugly. And the things that seem to be beautiful sometimes are ugly... Beauty comes from your inside of your body, and seeps out like a glowing light... Hey there, Yes I would if I could given half the chance. You got me right on the money... so the qigong is what controls things. I heard some people talking they said men have the qi and woman have the chi and thats why we are attracted to one another is this so? Or do we both have it? Wow... Cool Thanks, I was worried there for a minute. I felt very light, had covers over me. So I will stay at my work. Any suggestions for me? Sounds like I need to be doing some other practices, I'm sure. Does this happen to everyone? Flying... I us to dream. I would fly, all over the place. So Tai-chi and qigong... I live in the middle of no where. Just start reading, and getting some CD's and practice this way. I have had no training in this, just started meditating. Does this come to some people quicker than others, or all the same? Thank you for answering this for me. I don't feel to weird now. That was scary admitting that one. I am at that stage in my life that you are talking about. I am 39, eight year old, been married 13 years, perfect person to fit this profile. Now I think that as you get older your longing to know these things become more important. After all this is our gaol not to leave this body not knowing any more than when you got in it, would be a shame. There is so much out there. I have received just a little look at it, just a taste. But enough to say. I know my soul is not old, not very young. But I have so much to learn, before I die. And I'm excited, and so should you be. It is wonderful. Hi there, Wow... Another great thread we are cranking them out today. I am an empath, or sensitive... And I feel all these things you are talking about. Age isn't everything either, it is your enter beauty. I am 40 almost, this year. And I have plenty of this energy. I am a smily happy person. Love to talk to people. And I feel this going on. It was funny, I also know when the other person knows to. I actually found someone, a male. And I just flat out said it. And he knew of it,and that it could be done. Now speaking of harming a person, I am sure there are people that do this, negative bad people. But you are not doing that. If it happens naturally than it as Scotty said. God intends us to share this. Now there is the energy shared over the computer, sitting by someone, hugging and so on. This stuff is strong, if the person is a negative again, as Scotty said. And you are a sensitive. It can lay you up for days, and hurt your health. And I have a feeling you may have this gift. Please be careful and protect yourself. I am ever so trusting and have got myself in bad situations because of my kind heart. People also are drawn to our type because we care so deeply. You just can't take to much in. But now heres on a good note my friend, Make a match up with someone who understands. And use it in the bedroom, in a loving caring way. I believe this is the true purpose of this exchange... Also there was another thread on here awhile back very close to this one, I was reading it. And I have a lot to learn of the Chi and qi. Hey, This is so right on, great thread man... What do you think of the fact that it could be possible the Alchemy, and power they knew. There are many story's in the Bible to back all this up. I am the worst please forgive me for not telling you the scripture. But it is in the beginning Genesis where a lot of the good information is, and the Book of Enosh, which is just not there, don't get me started again on that...lol God got mad and sent just on man, moses to tell him to free his people... Ok you know the story... But back to our point, I always said there was no way they had all that gold, and could melt it down into those amazing mask. I mean we would have some trouble these days. And then we have the pyramids and all those tunnels around them that lead up to different solar system and stars. I mean the list is endless. And yes you touched on alchemy being used in a different way then just changing base metal into Gold. I also had heard of it being used in the bedrooms... You are just the first I heard, to bring it up. But whats you take, on the possibility of this information on all this given to man through the sons of God? Like in the the first of Genesis, I know this would mean the time line would be way ahead, or off, which wouldn't surprise me. But we don't know how long all this went on. Hey, I spend some time with Native American people. I love to go to there reservation and stay at a beautiful casino, they have around here... And I love just to talk to them. They are wonderful people. The Chief always seems to be sitting at the front door when I would come. He gave me a name, this is to be an honor with them. But it was funny. I told him later what he named me, and he said what color of hair did I have? Because he didn't know why he gave me that name...lol I said yes my hair color is more natural now. He had called me blueberry before. He said that wasn't right now... But I'll tell you my Grandma looked just like an indian, they say it is black dutch. But i don't know... Ok...Take care Mel
