Hey Kate, Thanks your always great, Are you going to moderate? I was wondering, I saw that post on Sean looking for a moderator. You sure would be good at it, as you are not harsh acting... And are always positive... No worries. Just looking here and there. I will get the good from all that I can. Most everyone has been very helpful. And I appreciate it. I have not took up with anything as people say, they do not know me as well as you seem to. I had no idea the word "Gong" was like saying I was going to worship the devil. My goodness. A person just sent me this information on here, I had no idea it would upset everyone so. I have been in touch with some higher thinkers since this because of this though, that have offered me some help with things that would be more in The Tao ideas. I am learning for goodness sacks... Hey Paul, You are a good down to earth guy... You are a great part of this forum in my opinion... I have been so happy to share in all your experiences. You have been through a lot... But you are doing good now. This is hope for us all. I love the way you keep thing uncomplicated. This is good. At first when people don't understand and hear a bunch of words that they don't understand they can get confused, you where one of the many good ones that lead me to understand to look deeper than a word, and then I could look deeper into myself. I am so happy for all the help people and I have received from this forum it is a wonderful blessing to the world.... You are very insightful paul to know that under all my smiles and helpful loving nature does lye some problems. I have had to learn and still am, not to take into much from people. I want to help as i can. But I am as a sponge and can take in and hurt myself. I am almost 40 now so I'm getting better. Also I notice negative people try and bring positive people down, I'm not sure if this is on purpose or just there nature. At last though they hurt there selfs so much more than they ever can me. And this breaks my heart for them... Paul I stay for people like you. Thank you for your kindness and helpful words... Thats what it is all about. Hi everyone, Ok... This is going to sound weird, But I'm hoping not to weird. And maybe someone can give me some insight on this. Now I don't practice any religion, but reading of the Bible, and praying. I like to listen to everyone on heres Idea's so I think everything has something to offer. I would say I am open minded... Ok I had an experience tonight while I meditating, and last night same thing, but the placement of my arms where different. And in the past it had happened before, but only elbow up. This time whole arm all the way up. But just laying on my back listening to relaxing music, relaxing from my toes all the way up. Keeping my mind blank. I also started working on clearing my shakras bottom to top of head... I started moving my energy from my toes, to my head, and back, and forth, slowly. I felt floaty... And little by little my arms start to raise all the way straight up in the air. I just went with it. Keep my breathing going. And it held there awhile, and slowly lowered them gently back down on the bed. I wasn't asleep for sure, if anyone is wondering this. And I'm not crazy, that I know of...lol So has anyone had this experience? and know what causes it? I felt no negative energy around me at all. Very peaceful experience. I would be able to feel negative energy. So reason for this, anyone at all? Self induced? Spiritual? Any idea would be wonderful... Thank You Melanie

The levitation was after starting my meditation after coming to the site... So great adventure ahead of me. Thanks Craig, You are very kind... It is great to learn from each and everything I can. I think almost everything has something to offer... I have had my of my own natural experiences, before looking into Chi, Qi, And Gong... And A person saw that I had went on an OBE and some other things where growing and happening in my life. Just going through a growing phase... You are right, Sometimes things can have a darker side to them... On my OBE thread a person had wrote if I remember correctly" If it wasn't for his Gong, he wouldn't of been able to protect himself on the other plain" I know people that have never experience these things they sound strange to them... Thanks again for your advise, I will follow it. But I'm almost done with this book, a friend on this forum gave me... And I relate to it all the way... But I will look into it, and everything more... Oh... I am in no way saying those are my words. Sorry for not putting quotation marks... That was an oversight on my part... I thought I mad it clear who I was taking from, and about. I guess you miss understood. I would never try and pose as someone else.... But as I said Thank you for being so kind, as to point out my error... I will always try and remember my quotation marks... Lets see my first thread here was about having an OBE twice, Fallen Angels, Levitation... So I wouldn't exactly say I was asking basic everyday question...
