Kongming, Do you have anything to do with this? http://www.sunnyway.com/runes/stav.html

I've been reading some of William Bodri's books (e.g. "How To Clean Your Arteries", and "Look Younger, Live Longer"), and he goes into detail about what supplements can be used for nutrition, and to detox. He makes the point that for proper digestion of nutrients, the gut has to be healthy and with no leakage, and he advocates supplementation with glutamine to do this. I was wondering if the people on this group had tried this or had any opinions on it? Another thing I'd like to know is this - if you're taking probiotics, does taking garlic and e.g. oil of oregano - in order to get rid of potential candida overgrowth - cause a die-off to occur in the gut's healthy bacteria?

SirYuri, what sort of breath control do you use? Do you use bone broth at all? https://drbrighten.com/bone-broth-autoimmune-disease/ https://blog.kettleandfire.com/bone-broth/

Bill Bodri's just released his book on detox. It should be interesting, I'm sure he'll cover the use of glutamine in it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0998076449/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=meditationexp-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=0998076449&linkId=08309048ac44e2a88445af0b406915d9

Hello, abdahorn, I recall reading The Way of Qigong by Ken Cohen, and he mentions a person whose hair turns back to black from grey. There's a reference here, unfortunately it doesn't mention any specific practices, just that he practiced qigong intensively: http://qidragon.com/2016/05/grandmaster-yu-anren/

Here's some history from 11 years ago. Jim makes his first post on page 14. The response from a Mo Pai member appears on page 17: https://www.wongkiewkit.com/forum/showthread.php?289-The-Magus-of-Java/page17

Wells, Have you read the book Qigong Empowerment by Shou Yu Liang? There is a section in it about Buddhist qigong which addresses such training.

The Stoics weren't the only school of thought in Roman times - the Epicureans were also important: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epicureanism

I'm interested in hearing more about Celestial Qi Gong - has anybody else practiced it?

Does it have anything to do with the subject of this book? I haven't read it, but it does mention 49 exercises: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Chin-Ching-Exercises-Strength-Flexibility/dp/0991435508/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1477506008&sr=8-1&keywords=i+chin+ching -

I read something today that Brexit will lead to the disintegration of the United Kingdom. It's more likely that remaining will lead to the break-up (and loss of identity) of the United Kingdom, as we lose more and more of our self-determination and head towards being a mere province administered by Brussels.

Whatever happened in Cologne never never happened
TomBrad replied to shanlung's topic in The Rabbit Hole
Merkel invites migrants in as a means of assuaging guilt for the actions of the Nazis, but then tries to impose a quota on the other European nations, most of which were on the right side, and were invaded by the Nazis. -

Also, why does migration to Europe seem only to involve Muslims? Why not offer a Green Card system so as to vary the nationalities and religions of migrants? There would be more integration then, and less of the parallel societies that 'multiculturalism' has created. -

The argument that Europe is in demographic decline and needs an influx of migrants doesn't accord with predictions that a high percentage of jobs will be automated in the coming decades. If they're not needed as workers they'll merely impose costs on the country they take up residence in. -
I don't know enough about Uruguay to comment. As a Cymru-Cymraeg (i.e. Welsh-speaking Welsh person), I can see why the Yes campaign got so emotive about independence. But geopolitical history isn't over yet, so for the time being I think it's better to be part of the UK rather than a small independent country.
-
I think the Yes campaign lost the referendum partly due to the fact that they couldn't make a strong case that the economy would thrive. If there is ever another referendum, it will be after all the North Sea oil has gone - which will further undermine any economy-based case. Maybe when the post-scarcity future has arrived...

The fake social workers were discussed at a UFO convention I went to. Apparently, their motivation was that they were looking for the Antichrist.

He doesn't end up on the "nuts and bolts" side of the fence, which is why I like that chapter. In that respect I agree, and I think Trevor James Constable, Jacques Vallée and John Keel also regard the phenomena as more elusive. If UFOs are a billion years more advanced than our technology, why would the pilots be so crap at flying them, e.g. Roswell? Also, the Scribe is quite entertaining. Who knows what would have happened if Whitley Strieber had kept a shotgun loaded with armour-piercing ammunition by his bedside?

Scribe 27 in his book "Arcane Lore" puts it across really well. If this link works ok, the relevant section starts from page 58: http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=StgnKzgH83UC&pg=PA66&lpg=PA66&dq=scribe+27+ufos&source=bl&ots=4qgMBNO2Ag&sig=JcuNZYedTZ1QAFwyTrUL3nwmfSE&hl=en&sa=X&ei=7tYUVMikKMfkarKigKgL&ved=0CCEQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=scribe%2027%20ufos&f=false
