Dear Terry, when doing the FP I feel as if a energy is turn into a other energy and open space. I feel not tired but I feel very sleepy from it, I also need additional sleeping hours. Is there something to eat or do to replenish energy? Q

Same idea in the book by Charles Luk. Well I think to link it to the comment by exocist_1699 The problem is which I perceive is about is about the prenatal Qi.The upper Dantien has it. Working with normal breath on Lower Dantien alone will not lead to get the prenatal Qi so it seems.
