  2. is it possible to see chi?

I agree with you, I Am, the techniques should be developed by observing real people and other real objects. Video is not the best tool but it can be a tool.
  3. is it possible to see chi?

    That was cool. Thanks Cat.
  4. is it possible to see chi?

We are all energy. Some say the chi is in air and others say air is chi. I am a purist. I don't attach any labels to seeing energy. It is what it is. I am not holy, pure, gifted nor clairvoyant or psychic. Through my qi gung practice, I have learned that is a tool - but not the only tool - for diagnosing health, disease and illness. Sometimes cameras and camcorders can record the energy fields around a person. Its pretty cool if you can see the colors and others see it too. Did any of you see the guy's aura in the first clip where he shares his techniques for acquiring the ability to see auras?
  5. is it possible to see chi?

I believe the first clip I posted is the best for some techniques. The mind will try to rationale what you see according to our western standards. The truth is you see something whether it is in a still photo or in motion. When we slow done our thoughts and observe and not judge we can see more.
  6. is it possible to see chi?

This guy has a very strong energy field. I don't know him but I can say he has attained a highly cultivated chi energy.
  7. is it possible to see chi?

    Here is another way.

  9. is it possible to see chi?

Yes, a person can see the chi energy if he or she is studying a system of chi gung that cultivates that ability.

Yes this was a beautiful thread. They are some who disagree with your opinion. Everyone deserves the best in their cultivation. The Doo family Arts are awesome. I wish everyone the utmost success. Seek the truth, it is out here. Nothing is better than the source! You will never go wrong following the exact teaching of GM Doo Wai. Please do not insult me, this may compelled me to respond. God bless all of you and God bless the United States of America.

I think you need another beer or some scotch!

Jiju, Maybe you are of low intelligency. Knowledge is power and whenever you finish I know what I am talking about. Your sifu has limited knowledge and can't explain basic shit questions. He disrespects my grandmaster who gave him the small amount of information that he is teaching you. Read my post slowly and learn. I speak with authority.

No I never said Terry did not have real stuff. I will say that it is very basic and elementary. Compared to some of the other crap out here basic FP qigong is supreme. The more chi gung you learn and master the stronger your chi will become. You will only reach a basic level of cultivation with Terry's meditations. The average FP meditation takes about 4 months to mature. After you reach maturation you are just spinning your wills. Your chi will not get any stronger. The more real stuff you learn the better. Anything taught and produced by GM Doo Wai is superior to any of these guys. But thats only if you want the supreme knowledge. Why do you think these guy's don't want you to learn from GM Doo Wai's DVDs? Why do you think GM Doo Wai made those DVDs? I have not financial interest and I am not looking for fame or students. I do know the Doo family chi gung is great and simple to learn. Think about it if I was seeking fame and money I would identify myself. Being anonymous shows my love for these arts. I have not asked anyone for anything. I am not promoting myself. I know you hunger for this knowledge and it is available to you. That is why I say beware of anyone who tells you not to get it. Especially when they have learned from the very same source (GM Doo Wai). I know gung fu and I will never back done from a fight. It is not my nature. I respect those who respect me.

A knowledgable teacher (shifu) would know the answer. Especially one who studied under GM Doo Wai and claims superior knowledge and understanding. But maybe you are just a practitioner.
  15. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

This comment does not make any sense. I am not a part of any group. I only want to share the truth. Here is a good question for you and Terry. How long does it take for a Flying Phoenix Meditation or 72 level qigung meditations to mature?
  16. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Fu Dog, I highlighted what you said. Maybe you did not mean what you said.
  17. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

LOL... You contradict your earlier posts.

Yes positive exchange is good. Insults are irresponsible. I am Sillum a name given to me by Grandmaster Doo Wai. I am a closed-door disciple of Grandmaster Doo Wai. I see no need to identify myself by any other name. We who study the arts of chi gung and gung fu should consider it our responsibility and duty to continue to improve our character and assist the weak and uninformed and show respect for all. We train our minds and our bodies to have an unshakable spirit. We should seek to cultivate in truth so that in time our senses will be keen and alert. We should seek to cultivate aspirit of self-discipline. We should be courtesy and respectful of our Grandmaster and refrain from viciousness. We should never forget the true virtue of humbleness. We should seek wisdom and effectiveness and no other desires. This ancient knowledge speaks for itself.

Why are you trying to change the subject? The thread is about flying phoenix qigung and not dit dar and herbal remedies. Eat prezels with your beer!

The Flying Phoenix Chi Gung is a very safe system with tangible results. All of the chi gung taught by GM Doo Wai is great and a student will achieve great results (better health and other great things). You will feel the chi flow through your body. You will feel the chi tingling in your fingers, your hands, your body and your head etc. Some of our chi gung meditations must be done in sequences (one after another) and others do not. Very healthy people who do these meditations may not shake or vibrate but should feel the energy surge through their body. People who are in poor health will shake and vibrate. The shaking is a sign that the meditations are working to unblock the energy (chi) channels and make us healthier. So if you are shaking violently after two years of doing this kind of chi cultivation and doing the same meditations you are still in poor health. I was taught by GM Doo Wai to relax and never strain, while in meditation and to never try to control the shaking or vibrations etc. For example while doing a posture like monk viewing the moon. I was taught it is okay to allow the arms to rest after the breath control if my arms became too heavy during the meditation. One thing that I have noticed if I get a cold it only lasts one day. Another thing I have noticed over the years is the chi gung meditations will let me know when I am catching a cold before I have the symptoms of a cold. I will shake a little during meditation. In the beginning of my chi gung practice many years ago, I would shake my whole house and my windows would rattle while I was in meditation. At this point in my chi cultivation it is very rare for me to shake. Remember, the stronger your chi cultivation, the stronger your sensitivity becomes. The more of this kind of chi gung you learn and cultivate the stronger your chi will become. The positive energy will flow through your body and just by a wave of your hand you will be able to heal others. And if anyone tells you otherwise beware. I have learned hundreds of meditations directly from GM Doo Wai and I still have a quite a few left to learn. GM Doo Wai is a great teacher. Peace love and respect!

Pure juices like fresh melon juices made from a juicer and pure apple juice not from concentrate are good to help the body heal itself. But if all you have is juice made from concentrate drink it. Pure is better. The cool energy from these fruits helps the body to heal. It is not good to do qigong during a thunderstorm or when you are ill. We maintain a high level of positive healing energy within us from doing this form of chi gung. Peace love and respect!
  22. Capoiera

Capoiera is a beautiful martial art. It is very deceptive. It looks like a dance which makes it deceptive. Plus I can see there are no hand stikes or blocks. There are some very good ground techniques hidden within Capoiera. Awesome!
  23. Auras and what do they mean?

I agree with last few posts. Based upon my experience with auras the color black in one's aura is a bad health sign especially if it is close to the body. You should get to the doctor or emergency room as soon as possible. Brown is not a healthy color and you should see a doctor real soon. Green is a sign of illness and is not a healthy color. Yellow is a sign of emotion. White and blue are signs of good health. I have found red to be related to emotion usually anger. Now I have found that highly cultivated people and highly spiritual people (who pray or meditate a lot) will have a kind of rainbow aura with whites, yellows and blues or various combinations of those colors being closer to the body than the other colors. Red and green colors are further out and away from the body. Our emotions, mental health and physical health play a part in our energy field. As say earlier seeing is just a tool in the healing process. Peace love and respect!
