I know there will be stages of getting through losing the duality of it... in thought and practice... But it is not a philosophical construct either... as long as they remain as two... they are two parts of one. And throwing out the two in thought is still not there. In the end, there is simply no separation... not just in thought but with the body/mind too. I think an example from Laozi is the idea to, "Embrace the One" ;

We are aware of a few members doing this. It is disruptive for thread flow... and more so if the topic start.

So lets test this Is Dao in parallel universes, other realms, other dimensions where spirits, aliens and past remembrances are ? Is that Father Dao transcendent over all, or separate Daos for each ? I just this is just to test how big is your Dao

Really interesting thread... basically: What do you calibrate with? My own Way has been: Self, Others, Heaven and Earth. Whatever has Qi I started all my energy work in pairs/group settings... so calibrating was done every time; so comparisons are easy over time. Find something (or a few things), and get a baseline start... compare. Get feedback. Looking back, I would only say that it is easy to feel like this is about you/your experience/your feeling... but it is not.

I sometimes take a shower to remove the accumulated dirt... And I need to wipe off the car head lights so the true, original light shines... Under the dirt, the light encounters interference to its original use

Higher and Lower. Ling keeps going lower to Hun and Po... Hun and Po are the spirit guardians to stage 2-3... Hun retains the rights to ascend; Po keeps going lower to descend... Hun and Po are a interdependent split Spirit. One Yang and One Yin. They do not dissolve into each other. Upon death, Hun arises and Po descends. They will merge with another life. I don't think that is the correct associations... you put Ling with Xing, but what spirit component do you put with Ming? Here is what I see: Ling><Po><Yin Shen><Hun><Yang I don't apply them to Xing / Ming because they are not spirits... Hun and Po are spirits so we can associate Ling and Shen. I would accept this: Xing><Shen><Yin Ming><Jing and Qi><Yang Ming is not spirit per se, so I would not personally attempt to fit it with Ling.

I agree. And to me, TaiYi is prior... I was moving forward a little to describe the next step. I misspoke. I meant that 太乙 is created Unity... what I think Laozi meant by Dao creates One... but I take 太一 as true unity. yes... 太乙 is Taiyi (as in heavenly stem Yi)... applying wrong pronounciation... but I think they were equating 太乙 as 太一 to appeal to the earlier notions of it.
