I agree from the understanding of Oneness vs duality.

I think that is part of it... and why I raised (but nobody bit) on what is Oneness. Oneness can be a unification concept (connected to everything), but then why does LZ say, we can 'lose Dao' ?

Now, that is an open gate to walk into the contradicting ideas about Dao ZZ said Dao is everywhere, even in Shit... and yet, LZ (and others) talk of 'losing Dao'. I would take the position that both have meaning

Dao is just the process of emergence from nothing, unfolding to something, flourishing as one, and returning to the source (live and death). Dao does not partake in any of it. It is a kind of cosmic explanation for how life arises from nothing and returns to nothing. Being "One with Dao" is sensing and feeling and knowing this, while you live. This explanation may appear as somewhat mental but the core aspect is the heart sense of it. Here is another conundrum: What exactly is One[ness] ?

I will admit, I really don't like 'form of the Xin'. There is no intuitive sense to it. 形 - [Xing] - to appear / to look / form / shape I found some other translations for the Xin Shu II by Guanzi where it runs more like: The mind (Xin) and things (Xing) The mind (Xin) leads to appearances (Xing) Saying 'heart of the body' seems a bit redundant because there are ample places in ancient writings where only heart (xin) is used. But it could be simply a very early use and word construction. For example, LZ tends to just say: 人之心 人心 民心 But 心之形 as the heart of the body tends to make it much more personal and individual [to practice]. IMO, it either refers to a type of wholeness/completeness [of having gathered the necessary parts; Jing, Qi, Shen, Dao, De] (Reid calls it unification) or a generalized nod to Dao [as Oneness].
