I think the law in the UK was changed in 1998 that treason max is life imprisonment. So, your position is a bit outside of the countries law but everyone is entitled to their opinion on such matters. I think she should understand that if she is allowed back, she could end up with life imprisonment... and so it is her life and choose to face the consequences of her past actions. In that regard, she should be allowed back in with hands forwards to put on the cuffs. But I don't live in the UK so I don't have a strong feeling to express on this. Does sounds like a DreamBliss I heard a shock jock on the radio today talking about his most memorable V-Day card... he said in 5th (?) grade the girl of his dreams sent him one and since then, he has never received another... and is still single to this day... Culturally speaking, holidays have their own passion or pageantry... what's the longest holiday day off in the US... vs say, China ? 1 day vs weeks So, how can we really enjoy a holiday Anyways, I don't follow any cultural attachments to any holiday or celebrated time... Never really have... So to keep to topic... I celebrated V-Day on Feb. 12 instead That's the first day I meet my current wife and it is still more important than even our wedding day... which was a sleight of hand date change for another story. If you marry in china... you don't really marry on the day you think you marry... so how can you take it so seriously in the end anyways So, as we already celebrated V-Day, I was invited on the 14th by a past, female co-worker who was visiting an area Conference if we were free to meet... my wife was suppose to work and so said I would just go... but my wife then decided she didn't want to work that day... but still told me to just go and spend time with my past co-worker on V-Day There is lots more to the story and background that would help explain all of this... but we now have a story that we will laugh about for many years. Upon my return from my dinner... the first question she asked with a smile was, "How was your V-Day dinner ?" And she told me the past, co-worker called and they called for quite a while as I drove home. They get along very well... I'd say, holidays/celebrations are holidays/celebrations as we are taught when young... and then we realize, holidays/celebrations are not holidays/celebrations [when we detach from them]... and then later we find Holidays/Celebrations are Holidays/Celebrations.

Looks like Sean got the banner up just in time Chinese New Year 2019 is observed Feb. 4-10th. Yesterday, my wife asked me, why are you cleaning the house... I said, no reason. Plug off every border area with wall, security, tech, etc... don't do some security in just one section of Mcallen, TX... and they'll soon be screaming for help. We would love to set it up, but as was told Joe before you, once you get to 15 posts you can request it. I talked to FH about moving the 'DDJ themes' discussion into a new thread so we could focus on that. The general Q&A can be used to bring up any DDJ topic and others are welcome to just start a thread to FH on something very specific as they want. Ok, I read your body. If it is due to over use exercise, stop for 5 days to allow healing. Most athletic folks know to never over stretch before strenuous exercise. You warm up (the body, muscle, ligaments) before you stretch. A sweat drop on the temple is the indication to do a little stretch before strong exercise. Never stretch too much before a lot of exercise. If you want me to check your sciatic nerve I will.

And you will be back here when your metabolism changes to slow and asking how to lose that added weight? Forget adding weight. Listen to your body. If it runs fast, smile at it. I think a few small additions like shakes or avocado or salmon for healthy fat is ok. Otherwise, I would not forcefully try to gain weight.

have someone check your sciatic nerve on both sides... while there are lots of good stretches, a massage and down it's line is best. The problem is, most don't know to follow the line downward but someone who does can follow it down. And stretch... and core...

I don't disagree as I have elsewhere argued that using gender polarity is not the best one to use... but in the end, whatever we use as the polarity is just sides of a spectrum, IMO. So it is a singular pole with two ends: A compass points towards magnetic north for a reason.

I have to apologize for bumping the topic without commenting much. I've got a conference presentation that I'm caught up in preparing. So I appreciate those that kept the topic going as i think it is an important one. I completely agree with the point that 'self' as a word may not show up much in the DDJ but it is the target of of many points. Thank you for that simple point. Dao as undifferentiated vs female: Dao is a kind of black box of emptiness, through which it defines how things unfold naturally; it is not a gender. Now, it seems, once we start talking about Dao's unfolding, we are talking about life itself, the great unfolding. The feminine principle as a dominant one over a male principle arises. One that is able to create (ie: give birth, nurture). I have still not yet gone back through the discussion to review the thread as I want to do... but I found the ongoing discussion to be very interesting!
