There is a good thread on this idea... And others referenced in there... Qi interaction is a part of Unity's local mind connection on the duality existence of the manifest world... I can make anyone feel Qi... most anyone... even at a distance. But I cannot make most feel Light energy because at that point, it is up to their realized state of being beyond Qi energy connections. This will make no sense until one is beyond Qi energy connections. Without the experience, what I say is essentially meaningless and I accept that.

IMO, Qi doesn't heal, Unity does. It is about integrating a person back to the whole where there is pure resonance with Unity. What is the most pure resonance? JMO, It is not Qi... I chased Qigong for a long time... Light energy seems clearly more divine than Qi. Deities seems to interact more with Light than Qi, in my experience. The problem with demonstrations is, if someone demonstrates something you cannot feel, does that mean the demo was not effective or the person participating is at too low a level to sense and feel it... the proof would be to show that others can feel it and then we realize that folks are simply at their own level of perception, feeling, and resonance with Unity. Maybe it is time for a new #channel at chat on energy_sharing... there are many layers to energy but at some point, the layers don't exist.

My simple thought is that non-dual is simply, not seeing or perceiving reality as dual. The understanding and experience is One/Unity. One can perceive duality, yet experience Unity. The understanding of Duality is Unity. The understanding of Unity is Duality.

And another point... you are articulating your point and passion in a very fair and non-attacking way. I like the topic and if we can keep it from being personal, this is exactly why this area was created. To discuss challenging topics with a level head... but we'll butt heads at times. Great topic.

It's good... I served too... in Marine Reserves and Air Force... Passion is good. I wanted to know the push behind the cause a little bit. Get past the thread rhetoric to know the background. This is a time of year, or since a new presidency, where feelings and opinions are expressed more strongly... It is all good.

Not to derail this but your passion for the topic can't be ignored... where does it come from, at its root? An early life experience or just an adult look at the issue? I am very curious why this issue is so important to you... and i think this topic is important to discuss.

I think these are natural counter-questions... but I agree with the line of comment from Brian. there is a real problem when we start to consider how to judge thoughts or truth and who is able to speak openly as they want. Academia may of lost their historical position of teaching this. The good news is.. the current events has ripened the discussion about such things.

I wished you had used comma's to better quickly understand the number So, a reduction of 2 billion of an existing 7.5 billion... a 27% decrease in humans. If there were no humans and only animals, would the animal kingdom eventual get to the point of needing a 'reduction' ? As such reductions are likely off the table (unless your advocating the crazy kings to step up), what else to do ? And I'm not sure what is so wrong about a cycle of extinction... just my thoughts.

Good thread for lively discussion I think I get your point... that the statue issue is really just an excuse for the inevitable rally of their own cause to push forward... which maybe you see being done in such a way that we should draw a line about it being done. If we remove labels of groups (which Trump did with his 'all', and I agree with), then we should equally want to condemn any group that uses an excuse (front) to push their own [violent] rhetoric... think of the rally's against Trump; the celebrities claiming they will blow up the white house, etc. Some people should of just been put in jail. Here is the problem: Eventually, every group is going to find a time and a place and a reason to use a current issue as a front for their own agenda and ideologue to be put 'in your face'. Look at Milo being shut down from talking at USC and the violence that ensued. Frankly, the students should of been gassed, pepper sprayed, hauled off the jail, and kicked out of school. Getting back to the point, yes? Is there limits? I think a few have agreed there are and one has to rely on the legalese of the courts to decide such things, whether we might agree or not. I think we have to allow the rally's, gathers, protests... and regardless of how sound or rational it is... if it is not motivated to incite violence and hate crimes. The problem is, some of these are doing just that and it may be an enforcement issue at stake: How to allow it and then control it and then step in at the right time... timing is everything.

That is a very interesting point I might similarly say, it depends on the 'layer' of Oneness that one is progressing through and next on to. As long as it seems [perceived] layers, a leader (teacher, master, guru, etc) helps provide the path in a way we may not be able to work through as easily. While we are a part of Unity, it is like our soul seeks Unity due to feelings of disunity. I mentioned this in another recent thread but I also see it like someone who is more on the surface of Oneness where there is like a gravitational pull to Duality; The innermost core is the highest region/layer of Oneness and a master is closer to that core and thus can help one with that layer. I talk in layers only because it seems a picture that is easier to understand but there are no layers really.

I generally agree with your position, it is not just about going from A to B... it is both more complex and simple. Complex in that breaking up the whole makes it complex when the simple thing is Oneness. And I liked your point about it moving from less potential to more realized states. I think that those who are more energetically connected to Oneness simply are able to be like a conduit to that Oneness; they are able to share a portion of the potential and that allows another to feel something more 'realized' in an energetic sense. Some might call that A to B but if I were drawing overlapping sets, A & B would be inside the Oneness already. If it were 3-D, then maybe A is simply closer to the center where the full effect can be felt; B is like on the surface and thus affected more by the separation of duality. Duality has a way of dulling our connection till even that gives way.

There are recommendations on Dr. Yang's books here: Yi leads Qi Dr. Yang Best Books Let go to let go... there are various levels, not limited to: Physical, Emotional, Psychological, Energetic, Spiritual. You can let go of one but not be letting go of another. Realize these are all connected as One. As long as you are treating them discretely then they are separate items to let go of.

The Celestial Masters is an intriguing issue to me, given their attempts to provide a commentary on the LZ writings.
