Shady... I didn't realize you were this deep Based on your posts here, you raise a fundamental issue... what are we really changing, something in the moment or something lasting? In other words, even if a current practice changes your anxiety, will that anxiety return after you stop the practice? If one needs to focus their mind, then the lost of focus means lost of being anxiety-free? There are too many traditions, teachings, tantras to cover In short, I will say, you must produce an internal shift. What does that mean? It means you won't know it till it has happened...

The big problem I see is several-fold.... 1. The left (and I'm apolitical... if anyone believes that) missed the entire prediction outcome. Well, Micheal Moore predicted it but nobody really listened to him. He has explained it quite thoroughly before and after the elections. 2. Non-poll predictions were more accurate than poll predictions. Several examples that one can go back and find but the left depended on polls. 3. Despite the two above, the left still relies on their same sources to understand future outcomes. 4. There has not yet been any action and outcome in fact. So there is in reality, nothing to judge yet in regards to 'what will happen' as nothing has occurred yet. I've made a few predictions that have come true... Trump is rather easy to understand but maybe it just takes putting aside most personal feelings to just look at his business style. That latter issue is what matters. Let's take one simple example to attempt to discuss: Is Perry a good choice for Sec. of Energy, after he is well known for his gaffe of not remembering the name of the department he claimed he would get rid of? A resounding Yes for at least two reasons for now: 1. Forget election trail rhetoric... that is part of what one has to put aside. If you can't do that, then you'll have a very hard time ever prediction stuff. Look deeper at the issue. He wants it gone for a reason... and what reason? It is mis-managed. 2. As a critic who wants to shut it down, Trump has basically empowered him to FIX IT ... This is so simple that I can't believe folks don't see this basic approach he takes. When you consider a Trump decision, forget anything from the past and ask yourself: What is it he wants to fix ? That simple question seems to be the best guide I've used. Nothing personal.

I have some reservations that the group that seems to gather here that includes the two recently suspended and others who jump into these threads can meaningfully contribute here. Why ? There are many reasons but a few: 1. Seems most all of you have no idea how you create problems while reporting stuff left and right. 2. You come to this site in mass and then try to take control of threads and demand folks to answer you. That is not how most people act as a guest at someone's home, for example. 3. The intentional nature of showing up in mass occurs over and over and shows you are not trying to really contribute but gang up on folks. We have many folks here who argue and disagree but they are not trying to intentionally gang up as a group and push someone off the site. Only time wll tell if you all have enough restraint to be participants and not a group with the intention to just call out folks, including staff. I can tell you in advance the latter will not fly. The group should worry less about the staff actions then your own. Thank you for this consideration.

It was not removed... it was moved. Follow the arrow to the new location. When folks start a thread trying to call out another member, it will likely not get the response nor remain in the location they believe it should be in. You can any question but you cannot demand an answer, order people to go else where nor expect a thread of insults to be well received. We'll have to see how your next one goes.

On my estimation, they are generally good but for reasons why the polls also missed the predicted outcome. the problem is, the issue just can't be discussed reasonably so folks will have to just wait and see and judge later. I hear you and that is an interesting issue he poses as his business interests are all over the world. I think this kind of issue was never foreseen and somewhere there needs to be a reasonable understanding that the original founders would not of owned business interests around the world but that is a reality now.

Then why does it feel that everytime this group comes around, they shove it down one's throat as if it were the only, true method? Some humility would actually go a lot further here than arrogance... It is down-right embarrassing on some level... In general, not talking directly to you In fact, I wouldn't doubt that. I like his ideas and insight and dedication to his practice and art... but it is akin to the baggage that is a problem. The bigger problem in my eyes is the claims of superior practice above all else as true, demanding proof or results from others of their practice, and then saying that it is forbidden to talk about WLP practices or techniques. But if that is what folks like to spend their time doing online, then so be it... the problem is they are left with nothing to discuss and so resort to insults... I was playing with this the other day... just stay with me... The idea of 'pulling up[ward]' is actually very apt and correct, IMO. If you only contract it is more like you are pinching inward... closing stuff off. If one wants to get the feeling of pulling up, then you can try this: Contract as hard as possible and when you get to that end point, 'pull upward'. You will see that it is a different movement. Dr. Yang talks about the perineum being more like a muscle that you can exercise. In this case, I am suggesting that you kind of flex it upward.

I have a very good friend who is a polar opposite of me in every way... and don't even let us talk politics... I've seen him go through so many jobs but he is insistent that all these companies are wrong and he is still the right one on all the issues.
