  2. Hey Songs,

Ya I've been reading it, its GREAT! It really is like a guide book for dummies manual to enlightenment lol. The practices he describes sound really interesting and good and I may try some of them, but I think the real meat of the book lies in his advice and commentary on enlightenment and the human condition. If I was stuck on a desert island, this would be the boo...

  5. Great, I found a good place to consider having the workshop. That'd be great if we all pitch in to make this a reality. Feel free to email me, we can start getting this organized, I'll email you everything Ya Mu said we would need to do to get this planned. 7. Hi Zanshin,

I saw that you have practiced wild goose qigong or Dayan. I am thinking about starting to practice it. What do you think of it? Have you gotten any profound results from it? Do you think Dayan is as good as any other taoist system? Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks =)

  8. With that said, I am really looking foward to checking out the local qigong class in town, the class seems very well organized and the teacher seems very nice and happy to teach. I think tai chi if done properly can be a very effective art, however personally I think in general tai chi has become almost the fast food of internal martial arts and I think most classes strip its true values away.

  9. Hi Russell

I'm checked out my college tai chi class and decided, at least that class was not for me. The teacher talked in riddles and his method was to perform the sets and just let the students figure out how to follow on their own without any guidance on his part. Oh well thats what you get for a free college tai ti course.

  10. Hi Russel, I really enjoyed your article on tai chi. My name is Ben and i am currently a student at UC Santa Cruz. I am very interested in spirituality and energy development. I am unsure though what to do, having been told that tai chi not as effective in energy development as qigong, what is your opinion. Can tai chi be just as powerful as qigong, what are the differences between them
