Just like to add if you are doing FP, and this is the last time I will say this, dont buy from others FP other than Terry Dunn, and if you studying under a Sifu dont go and compare to what others have or buy same stuff from other sources without asking your Sifu, shows a lack of Mo Duk "respect" to your Sifu.

Well to compare you would have to try them, I dont do the FP but I do have much of it. I do know that its a complete system for healing not just with energy but herbs, massaging techniques, gua sha, cupping etc. The hand sets as you seen the 1st long form is very intricate and many spirals, circle and square theories are at play that students will learn. The forms also hold keys to the healing techniques with in to. Im not putting out DVDs to compete with my Si Hing Terry Dunn, he is kung fu brother and friend of mine and I wont degrade his FP or my own to try and spin off my art to say its better or his is better or worse. Red Dragon is a fantastic small powerful group belonging to white eyebrow and that is that system, the golden mantis has a very power small set of nei gung and hei gung which we are currently in the making im only putting out these rare systems so GMDW's Arts dont get lost or destroyed. You are more than welcome to buy and try them if you like BFP healing and fighting ging methods! I do my arts cause they give me something "Health" and makes me feel good and that is most important to me, also our DVDs are to save for our kids for the future. The best thing if you wanna learn is if you want something that will challenge you for life and something progressive which these arts will give you and if you want something that is complete and the teacher will teach you everything. Didnt answer the question regarding the seated posture, the hand positions are there you are just suppose to sit, listen, breath no visualising cause the positions will work all by themselves. Dont expect or think about filling the body the energy also had to run to the finger tips and out not just upwards. regards Sifu Garry

Hi Friend, Thanks for the feedback, yes the music was alittle to loud but I didnt know that until Sifu Christer told me so maybe it was different on my computer, oh well sorry about that?! I thought I did a full demo of the complete set one after another at the end? Maybe I talk to much trying to explain and get the method across, next time I wont talk as much but its fairly straight forward to understand I think? Ive had some really nice emails from some that have bought it and have practiced it, one man he said his back is feeling much better and its fixed his frozen shoulder almost in 1 day. Another helped his neck as he had a car accident years ago! Yes its demanding in ways especially standing in horse stance if you do it the way its explain repeated each section and continuing into the next set. But this is what its about, this will develop the energy inside the body, the stance will be strong and rooted, the spine will be better, joints will be softer as well tendons will be strong. The seated will produce a nice relaxed mind and open up the energy as well cultivate, give it some time and thankyou for your support and feeback. Im still new to doing DVDs and I film and edit all by myself so kind of hard to do all at the same time plus give information and perform all at once. Hi Mate, Well I work in Emergency and there is plenty of sick children, I think this would make them healthier, smarter, and more intuitive but im being bias of course kids can learn swimming and that has been known to cure asthma? The only thing is hard for kids is to sit still and keep focus not all the time my son wants to train but when he does he enjoys it and I wont force him he will have to want to do it. Of course its a bonus if they really love it and your the teacher....hehe Sifu Garry

He also teaches FP and runs seminars on the level that is on his site by the way...So its not about if GMDW is on the footage or not its about the proper instruction and how one truly understands it!!!

This is for Suilum, I know one of Rizzo's long time students that have learnt FP from him and has the GMDW DVD, he has had many health issues before and has been doing FP, taiji, other BFP meditations and still isnt cured it does help him feel better but usually he gets ill and has to stay in bed if he works out to hard. So im not bad mouthing Rizzo or GMDW but he has the DVDs and you say that is all one needs for good health but yet he still hasnt cured himself and he has been doing BFP 20yrs or so???
