  1. What exactly is neidan/internal alchemy?

Oh yeah, you could argue the ultimate level is just complete realization of the mind's oneness with the universal energy. Attaining the "prana mind" so to speak.
  2. How my body decided to kill itself

This was mostly a misunderstanding. I made a statement about the author of an article someone linked to earlier in the thread, and cloud thought I was talking about him.
  3. Rates of Sexless Men under 30 hit all time highs

    Marty schooling George Orangutan school
  4. Taoist Yoga

Nowadays people usually call Taoist exercises daoyin or qigong, it's just that in the past like in the 1970s no one knew what qigong was so they just called it "taoist yoga" cuz a few westerners such as hippies and the like were familiar with yoga.
  5. What exactly is neidan/internal alchemy?

It's simply the development of, gathering of, use of, focusing of, mixing of, purification of, refinement of, etc. Universal life energy within the body.
  6. How my body decided to kill itself

I dont really have a particular motivation, but here are some words of wisdom by Dave Chappelle which reflects how fundamental sex is to everything, from a real world practical material perspective there really is nothing more fundamental If men could fuck in a cardboard box, we wouldn't build houses šŸ˜‚šŸ‘šŸ˜‰ In fact you dont need a house to fuck, you can play on the fantasy of doing it outdoors, where you might get caught, a fantasy location, beach at night, park bushes, etc This was an eye opening news report back in the day Here is a classic 80s song of fundamental truth
  7. How my body decided to kill itself

Huh, you wrote that article? youā€™re apparently also confused, cuz earlier you were elated that article was the only thing youā€™ve read that was similar to what you believed you experienced But the guy that wrote that article is obviously just mentally ill and messed up from anti psychotic drugs I donā€™t pay prostitutes I meet girls from tinder and cold approach
  8. How my body decided to kill itself

That guy seems very confused. He mentions he took powerful anti psychotic drugs which is pretty messed up in itself and probably gonna permanently screw up your energy and body anyways A lot of the things he seems to think are a mysterious ā€œkundaliniā€ force in his body are likely things caused by the drugs he took, or symptoms of mental illness. He seems to think the symptoms started before he took the drugs, but heā€™s likely confused about the timeline.
  9. How my body decided to kill itself

What do you mean? The human body is extremely precious, and likely the highest form of concentrated energy in existence in this material universe. It's also impermanent and everybody has to accept they will give it up sooner or later The guy literally said his dick didnā€™t work. Thatā€™s game over. Thatā€™s not celibacy thatā€™s a defect or indicative of death. Itā€™s counter to life. The opposite of life. You could say death is an illusion, but it still exists on this plane here and now
  10. How my body decided to kill itself

Yeah but they had very specific practices and paths Probably mass amounts of meditation, love and bliss meditations, insane amounts of qigong or yoga, etc. Otherwise that would be very unnatural and break a person's will and motivation, or turn them into a rapist or child molester or things like that.
  11. How my body decided to kill itself

Here's a thread I posted about it a long time ago
  12. How my body decided to kill itself

Lol yeah For all the talk of wacky things like "kundalini syndrome" "Kundalini side effects" "The 49 levels of super duper kundalini awakening " And other stupidity.... It seems like on all the descriptions you ever see out there of what the supposed symptoms or signs of kundalini awakening are, most of them are what are actually called "qi deviations" or what is called "qigong sickness" which is simply caused by improper practice or systems with bad methods or incorrect theory.
  13. I'm just so drawn to the practices like the ones on this video though, like to develop the life energy, especially in the morning to carry through the rest of the day, and whole life. I dont know why but I cant shake my desire to know these practices, I'm inexplicably drawn to this Yoga, like theres a deep desire in me to know this type of practice, cant even really explain why. I think just based on my previous background, like in other non Buddhist meditation and qigong systems, these practices seem to ring as true, authentic, and powerful to me, but it's also strangely coming from deep within me. It's weird.
  14. Still havenā€™t learned any Trul Khor or Tummo yet which is what first caught my attention towards and got me interested in Buddhism in the first place though lol. Only very simple basic Tummo explanations, probably just to appease the interest a bit, like visualizing a flame below the navel, which can be connected I think to tonglen meditation or giving and receiving meditation, and ā€œsubtle breathā€ training.
  15. At this point quite a few, I donā€™t wanna say too much or reveal what I study or give anything away for trolls to search me out, but I especially found the Ganges Mahamudra instructions by Tiliopa to be insightful, lots of finger pointing instructions, seeing through naked awareness by padmasambhava, lamp to dispel darkness, flight of the Garuda by Shabkar Tsodrug Randrol, The Excellent path to enlightenment Jigten Sumgonā€™s 5 fold mahamudra, Manjushri clear wisdom dzogchen, are a few off the top of my head
  16. Actually yeah what youā€™re describing is not so different from what I meant. Itā€™s like I started grasping less to daily life especially interacting with others. Which I absolutely love doing. I didnā€™t mean to suggest I was less engaged or less aware, or that my mind was dulled in any way, no to the contrary meditation always makrs me more alert and clear. It's just that I stopped grasping at things to the point of not really desiring to follow thoughts or desires. Back when I wrote this what I had in mind was that I had recently been to a dispensary and the girl behind the counter was pretty cute and I liked her. But my mind was just not really grasping at anything. I was not really following desires or thoughts, I felt like my desire had sort of lost its root. It was there but itā€™s root was weak so I didnt follow it. normally Iā€™d try to flirt, get a number, hell even try to pull her to go with me in The back room while there arenā€™t any other customers. Not saying thatā€™s realistic, Iā€™ve never actually pulled that off, taking a girl into the back room While sheā€™s working, but the point is, as a man you tried. Thatā€™s what counts. It's one thing to just back away, hesitate, or get nervous, and be disappointed with yourself, but it's a weird thing to not think to or desire to. But I didnā€™t try, I just started finding pleasure in breathing in prana/qi/universal life force and being aware of my channels, or just emptying my mind even while in public. Like even when talking to a cute girl my mind just went to my breath, my channels circulating, and wanted to go in a meditating state. That was bizarre and it was becoming habituated. i feel I have a better balance now, engaging life more, meditating a lot still, gaining bliss, but also engaging life and always going for what I want as a man when I see it. Iā€™m actually very happy and blissful and have sex with endless girls. Like a wish fulfilling jewel of women I wish I had this ability to seduce when I was like 18 I would have had insane amounts of sex
  17. How my body decided to kill itself

Thatā€™s really rough man. I feel like youā€™re probably right that youā€™re gonna die. The thing is, without being able to have sex there is nothing to live for, and your sexual drive itā€™s the fundamental source of your health, motivation, and drive in life. some people might say oh well just focus on meditation and getting out of samsara, just give up all attachment to everything. The real natural state of your mind is pure effortlessness. but I dunno if thatā€™s attainable, cuz you still have to have vitality, some people talk about ā€œskillful meansā€, putting in effort etc like I believe you can sort of transmute that sexual drive as well as your universal energy, into bliss and seeing your own mind. Without the sexual drive to push that forward Iā€™m skeptical you could even have the energy to abandon samsara. itā€™s like sex drive is really the foundation of all and the purpose of existence, itā€™s what drives your life forward, without it youā€™re likely completely fucked, probably going to lower realms cuz how could you go up without strong sexual drive? You canā€™t, itā€™s everything in this world I bang at least 2 new girls a week, and it really helps me be happier, extremely blissful, motivated, love life. Add in powerful qigong, and deep meditations I have so much bliss and energy and sex I love life i feel awful for you man, thereā€™s no life without powerful sex drive
  18. The Millennials are coming

The Millennials are coming. No one can deny the Millennial presence was strongly felt in the 2008 U.S. election. Here are some good resources explaining their traits. Their conformity, obsession to fit in with everyone else, inability to go against the group, inability to find their own path in life, their proficiency with and reliance on technology, expressiveness, narcissism, their extremely high unemployment rate, their inability to take criticism, their need of constant praise, optimism and belief in themselves regardless of reality, their conventionality, why they have ideas like achieving consensus is more important than your own personal beliefs, how racially diverse they are, how comfortable with and accepting they are of inter-racial and gay marriage, how so many of them love tattoos, their civic mindedness, how unified they are politically, and their Liberalism. Their core traits are that they believe they are special, and they are sheltered, confident, team oriented, conventional, pressured, and achieving. 19. Ok so I have a much better idea now of basic buddhist practices like Sadhana, Mantra accumulation, vajrasattva and meditations including shamatha, vipassana, mahamudra, and dzogchen I met a drikung kagyu teacher and they were accessible and really cool seeming people, very sincere and caring people, but light hearted too. Buddhism can be so crazy sometimes though. It reminds me of a story I heard a long time ago, about like this Island where if sailors landed there, women would feed them lotuses, and then the men would never leave the island and time would pass away like a dream, they'd lose touch with reality That's what buddhism can be, it really takes over your mind, and mind state. Makes you forget reality and mundane activities. Next thing you know months pass and you've disengaged life a bit cuz your mind is always constantly thinking of the dharma, and compassion, and regret, and aversion to samsara, and you read these texts and all you think about is meditating more and getting more into that mind state, or true reality as it is, I won't say I see rigpa, but like the strong aspiration and desire to keep getting at rigpa, letting go into it, getting clearer and more aware every day, takes over your mind and personality. When I started, my worldly activities had strong momentum, and I would also have meditations to energize and engage in my daily life activities. As time goes by though the Buddhist practices keep piling up and taking over Yesterday I couldn't find motivation to engage in life at all. I couldn't find inspiration or interest in doing anything but meditating and reading mahamudra and dzogchen texts, and mantras. All day. Its good, but today I had to force myself to cut out all buddhism, to do tai chi and meditations for health and engaging life, I need to get that balance down again, cuz it got to a point buddhism, and milarepa, and aspirations of love for all beings, and renunciation of samsara was taking over a bit too much. If you meditate on these things and do sadhana's every day, they start habituating even after you are practicing and effecting you all day afterwards.
  20. The buddha's beer is nectar to all sentient beings! No buddha though was ever intoxicated due to drinks not even one bit of intoxication
  21. Kunlun Wild Goose Qigong

A lot of people like to throw around words like "Kunlun", "Buddhist", "Taoist", "Lama", etc. But one of the only Kunlun mountain Qigong systems that has been verified to be true and real, is the system of Dayan Wild Goose Qigong. Here are videos of the entire first and second sets of the Kunlun mountain tradition of Dayan Wild Goose Qigong. This is one of the greatest qigong systems in China, first made public by the 27th generation lineage holder Grandmaster Yang Meijun. The first 64 movements, developing the post-natal Qi- or another version http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRM1SQczf_I The second 64 movements, developing the original pre-natal Qi- or another version Meridian patting Walking the circle in Bagua steps- Information about the system- http://sevenstarswildgooseqigong.webs.com/thewildgoosesystem.htm http://www.norwichwildgooseqigong.co.uk/qigong.html http://www.qimagazine.com/dayanqigong.html So there may be some poeple who say, so what? I don't get it? It's some guy waving his hands around and moving like a Goose? What this is, is movements of developing energy, and cultivating the bodies functions and systems, based on the movements of the Bar Headed Goose. The Bar Headed goose is a very special bird. To the ancients it was the symbol of longevity. It can fly higher than any other bird I know of, and travel over 1000 miles in a day. The Bar Headed goose has been seen flying over Mt. Everest. The ancient Taoists of Kunlun Shan knew the special significance of these birds, and mimicked the methods of energy development that the birds performed naturally and instictively. Some people may not be aware that animals naturally and instinctively are practicing Qigong all the time. It is only humans that need to learn, or re-learn, how to do it. Animals are already in tune with nature in their proper way. They can posses fierceness and strength to do things humans just can't. This is primarily due to their use of universal life energy from the universe. They know what to do and when, and they are aware of many things. They naturally open, close, and connect their acupuncture points in the way they move and the positions they sleep in for example. 22. The Most Dangerous Game

Many people enjoy the subject of spirituality, and find great benefit in the study of spirit and spirituality. However, what is talked about less is the other side of the coin, evil religion and evil systems. The MK Ultra and Project Paper clip projects involved the United States recruiting Nazi scientists to the United States in an attempt to prevent other countries from getting them. One of the areas they were used in was developing the sciences of the mind and brain, mind control and brainwashing, and the so called "Psychological Warfare". Project Monarch- The Most Dangerous Game Part 1. Mind control, "mental health" therapy....it was created by the Nazi's and the MK Ultra program that recruited Nazi scientists into the US after WW2- Cathy O'Brien, a survivor of the MK Ultra mind control experimentation. The effects of torture and ancient Egyptian genital mutilation ceremonies on the the mind and it's susceptibility to brainwashing were studied on her. She had an image of the face of Satan carved into her genitals by the US government. She served as a sex slave for many high level politicians in Washington D.C. Actual images here, in a professional and medical setting, not for the faint of heart, but reality none the less, and to have true compassion we must be able to face reality and the suffering of others - Very interesting info on Dick Cheney and the Bushes, The Most Dangerous Game
  23. Since the Covid-19 lockdowns began, Master Stephen Co has been doing live meditations every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, twice a day at 10:00am PST and 6:00pm PST on his website, Facebook, Instagram and other social media. I normally wouldn't have been interested but my gf is really into it so I gave it a try and it is actually really cool. I feel really blissful afterwards, with a strong flowing of energy through me, and widened energy pathways. It's so simple you just go to his Facebook. I'd just follow him on Facebook, that's easiest. He guides Meditation on Twin Hearts which is the foundation of what he practices, as well as The Great Invocation, and even little bits here and there of higher level practices of Arhatic Yoga. He's been being quite generous about opening up bits and pieces of the practices not usually taught openly. Fridays are deep emotional cleansing day. Follow him on Facebook, his meditations he leads for his followers are powerful, and he has his own "special sauce", or a powerful energy technique he uses to add more spiritual energy to the energy you are developing and make it a lot stronger. https://www.facebook.com/MasterStephenCo/ Tuesday Oct.13th at 6:00pm PDT he is giving a free class on Pranic Feng Shui and Pranic Healing called "Aligning Your Inner and Outer Worlds" https://pranichealing.mykajabi.com/align-pfs-psh-registration
  24. The Most Dangerous Game

Whoa this thread was ahead of it's time. In light of today it may be more relevant than ever. Basically fits right in with the mainstream headlines now Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, etc. https://amp-theguardian-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/amp.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/jul/31/ghislaine-maxwell-underage-girls-sex-jeffrey-epstein?amp_js_v=a3&amp_gsa=1&usqp=mq331AQFKAGwASA%3D#aoh=15962416868527&csi=1&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&amp_tf=From %1%24s&ampshare=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.theguardian.com%2Fus-news%2F2020%2Fjul%2F31%2Fghislaine-maxwell-underage-girls-sex-jeffrey-epstein
