I personally just use baking soda and mouth wash to brush. Then I take Cilantro with chlorella extract and fish oil! If you use Cilantro be sure to take it with Chlorella, you can find it already mixed here: http://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Cilantro-Liquid-Chlorella/dp/B00185OCP0/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1303958148&sr=8-8 It is actually recommended to take chlorella 1st then take cilantro an hour or so later. Cilantro by itself will cause a re-calcification effect, because your body doesn't have away to move the metal from your body, cilantro only breaks it up. The chlorella will carry it out after it is broken up!
