  1. If anyone can help this person please do

As far as I gathered it in the LDT there is a 'valve' and this is normally open. So if too much pressure is exerted the valve will neutralise this. However, after ejaculation that valve is closed, probably for something like three days. Obviously the hours directly after it will be very closed and then gradually open up. If pressure is then applied the LDT can burst. There just seem to be different opinions whether the three day rule applies already to the level 1 exercise or only after level 1 has been passed and level 2 exercise is begun by the practitioner.
  2. Ling Bao Tong Zhi Neng Nei Gong Shu

My two cents regarding a typical LongMenPai practice day with a teacher including beginners would look like this: In the morning (normally around six o'clock): 11. ZiRanHuanQiFa- This means walking in nature and exchanging Qi with nature. The walk and the breathing are in sync as described in Opening the Dragon Gate, for instance three steps- breathing in; three steps- breathing out. Then around ten o'clock: A combination of 7.NeiShiFa- If I remember correctly this is looking inside. and of 15. Moving the 5 Elements (this would be the virtuous cylce so to speak of each element strengthening the next one: beginning at Lower Dantian and then to Water (Bladder) to Wood (Gallblader/Liver) to Fire (Heart) to Earth (Stomach/Spleen) to Metal (Lungs) to Water (Kidneys and Bladder again) back to Lower Dantian. Then in the afternoon it might be a session of 6. ShuiGong- lying down in a number of variaties (different palm positions; concentrating on different dantian) And in the evening once it's dark: 12. PingHengGong- Basically TreeQiGong I don't know about the other exercises.
  3. Hot Tea

Haha, interesting. That reminds me of Indonesian Kopi Luwak (civet coffee). The beans used for this special coffee have been eaten the cat-like civet and passed through its intestines. "The omnivorous, tree-climbing civet cat prowls the coffee plantations at night picking and consuming the finest and best ripe coffee cherries. These pass through the civet and are collected in the droppings. Beans emerge without their fleshy coating, but entire and appear undigested. They are extracted by washing and carefully cleansed before being processed. " http://www.baliorchidgardens.com/coffeeluwak.html
  4. That sounds very interesting. Do you already know the actual cost? And how many people will attend (estimate)?
  5. According to WikiLeaks released cables Saudi Arabia might have overstated its reserves by 40%/300bn barrels. Are we much closer to Peak Oil than we thought? http://www.zerohedge.com/article/did-wikileaks-confirm-peak-oil-saudi-said-have-overstated-crude-oil-reserves-300-billion-bar
  6. The ones on the board are the same as the ones above. It would be great if answers to the other questions could be given.
  7. Hi there

Hi everybody, glad to be here and talk to you about Daoism and related topics.
  8. New Interview With Chang's Top Student Jim

You have to consider the Chinese culture. They have a concept of keeping face. If John had rejected Jim openly like you're suggesting- possibly in front of others- he would have had him lose his face, from his point of view. Even if Jim might have not felt that and might have preferred to be treated that way. So by making an excuse- as phoney as it might seem to Westerners- he did just that, letting him keep face. So, I think, it's good to remember the proverb "Never judge a person until you walk a mile in their shoes.".
