  1. NEED ADVICE!

Why have I got the feeling Enouch is as smoking hot as Tao...
  2. Thoughts on Buddhism?

I am beginning to wonder if you've read any Julius Evola or Ortega y Gassett. They didn't have much faith in the masses either. I remember reading a review on Amazon critical of one of these Neo-Tantra texts. He said something that struck me. I 've always remembered it. He said the same thing you did. That real Tantra has little to do with sex. Except there was one thing he knew high level Tantrics occasionally did - sleep with the ugliest person they could. This was to remind (and allow him/her via direct experience) the Tantric that even the ugliest people - people we have zero attraction to - are still an expression of the Divine.
  3. Thoughts on Buddhism?

The people who are saying to ditch reading the books I think are just reminding everyone that the Map is not the Territory. I think as long as one keeps that in mind then reading the Buddha's words or assorted Buddhist commentaries won't be detrimental to one's life.

  5. Female Orgasms and Energy Cultivation

Holy cow! Witch, do you realize what you're saying?! You are the female counterpart to Drew! That's giving "O's at a D". Whether to an entity or just..I dunno..out to the Heavens or any male (living or otherwise) who happens to pass by. I would be so happy if I could surprise my BF with one of these heart chakra orgasms you have - although by default they'd definitely have to be an "O at a D". I am soooo happy I'm on your diet.
  6. Female Orgasms and Energy Cultivation

Interesting. Maybe this explains why Witch doesn't feel any depletion from her orgasmic abilities? Hmm...feeling emotions is the one thing I have the most problems with. Secret Smile is the one KAP exercise I'm the worst at. Mostly it feels identical to Macrocosmic Orbit. Putting 2 and 2 together it sounds like I would not want me as an energy sex partner. My partner does not cultivate at all and I suspect never will due to certain prejudices. He thinks all this stuff is strictly b.s. for weirdos. If he had his way he would have me drop KAP and become a weightlifting Gym Fitness Model Bunny instead. Actually part of the reason I'm trying to do all of this is so I can get over my fatigue (which sleep never really seems to cure) so I can start lifting weights without feeling wiped out from it. If he wants a Gym Bunny then that's what I'd at least attempt to give him. Plus I suppose it would be a healthy lifestyle - especially when paired with KAP and Stillness-Movement. It is my understanding KAP 1 doesn't have any sex cultivation techniques taught. All of that is reserved for KAP 2. I can't afford KAP 2 and in any case if I could I would probably use the money to take YaMu's Stillness-Movement workshop first then go back and take KAP 2. I really want to learn Stillness-Movement bad. It sucks being unemployed. Interesting. I'm not sure what you mean by uncontrolled expansion. Your description of animal power is nothing like what I've manifested in my whole life. It must be yet another thing that's invisible to me. I wonder how to go about unsticking anger, sadness and animal power? How can one unstick what is invisible? Will it still work if only one partner cultivates and is a beginner? I only see my BF once a year - sometimes twice if I'm lucky. But even if we lived together I'm guessing he likely wouldn't do any of this. I made the mistake one time of telling him I thought 'happy thoughts' toward him once during meditation and he thought I was loony. Then again...if I use your book's method maybe it would persuade him. One can always hope.
  7. What's the story with the 5 Tibetan Rites?

Oops! Pardon to Santi. If you can feel chi with your hands you could probably do it right now. Just start trying to feel an inch or two away from your body and see if notice anything different. I found a site that teaches this Kechari Mudra. I've never heard of it before but it sounds interesting. I wonder if it will speed up and/or help some other way with my KAP exercises? I am getting curious about these 5 Tibetan exercises. I think maybe I'll start doing them.
  8. Thoughts on Buddhism?

Perhaps it would be helpful to read the words (at least some of them) of the Buddha himself? That's what I plan to do. I am saving up my pennies to get the following: In the Buddha's Words: An Anthology of Discourses from the Pali Canon (Teachings of the Buddha) and The Dhammapada: A New Translation of the Buddhist Classic with Annotations The Dhammapada (Book and Audio-CD Set): Teachings of the Buddha - same book as the one above but also comes with a supplementary CD.
  9. sex with entities

No, I believe according to Chinese Astrology I was born in the year of the Fire Horse. Which I am told is considered good luck if you're male and very bad if female.
  10. Want to be a moderator of The Tao Bums?

    Indeed they are.
  11. sex with entities

Is there a website or book that explains these relationships (Liver dominated by Lung, Spleen by who-knows-what, etc)?
  12. Blasto...since no one has answered I figured I'd give it a shot. Only thing is I'm a beginner so perhaps take what I say with a grain of salt. For what it's worth I recognized your description as something similar to what I feel. I noticed that as the weeks and months wear on my ability to feel Chi gets better. I've started to notice things now that I didn't in the beginning. One example: I can now feel dense Chi areas in my own body via a magnetic pull on my hands. That's how I discovered the Chakra approximately 1 foot above my head. I was starting at my crown to do the Chakra diagnosis that Tao taught when my hands suddenly shot up - pulled up by 'magnetic force' of the Chakra nexus up there. I was literally then able to 'feel' it's dimensions - somewhat similar to the way you describe above. When I first began to feel Chi I did not have this ability. It was very weak - so weak for a while I wondered if it was just wishful thinking and pretending that I was feeling chi. It definitely took a while to really feel it. I now think that just like lifting weights - as you keep at it - your ability to feel it and manipulate it gets stronger. Of course I also now think the people who are strongest of all with manipulating Chi cultivate a Dantien Buddha Belly (and now I understand why Santi's public Shaktipats unleash the gale force of a Category 5 hurricane ). So be proud! It sounds like you are making great progress. And this is only the beginning...
  13. Nauli

Here's a demonstrating Nauli. Holy Mother of God is he ever smoking hot.
  14. Who is the KAP voice in here?

Once I finish KAP 1 with Tao I'm tempted to take it all over again with Santi. How much is it to repeat the course?
  15. Mudras

I still wish someone could tell me what the tightly clenched downward fists mean and do.
  16. Mudras

I don't get in the way of mine either. They're happening whether I want them to or not. Unlike most TaoBummers I DO want to understand what's happening. I just thought TaoBums would be the best place to find out about them since the kind of information I was pulling up didn't answer my questions. Knowing a mudra is called All Seeing Eye tells me nothing. I don't know what the hell an All Seeing Eye means or what it's function and purpose is. Same thing with the Buddha Wheel (although thank you VH for finally answering that one. ). Same thing with the other ones I posted about originally. I think now there are other forums that are better for finding out what I want to know about Mudras and Kriyas. Cheers to everyone. It's all good in the woods.

Blasto...check out what I posted here.

  19. What's the story with the 5 Tibetan Rites?

If I understand correctly I think KAP 2 teaches a turbo-charged version of the 5 Tibetans. Hmm...good question. My typical day is like this: The stretches, Chi massages and Secret Smile (hands down the KAP exercise I am the worst at) Belly breathing - I try to do it throughout the day. I'm trying to make it an unconscious habit. (FYI - Tao said one can practice belly breathing and Dantien cultivation in such a way as to eventually get a Buddha Belly if you want. A Buddha Belly can store a HUGE powerhouse of chi !). Dantien Cultivation - I have to split this between Middle and Lower. IIRC, Men only have to work with the lower one. Little Orbit (not in KAP but Tao didn't seem to have a problem with it so I take that as a thumbs up) Microcosmic Orbit Kan & Li Neck rotations to unlock the Neck Gate (I need especially because of messed up back and neck from being hit by a drunk driver) Listening to music Tao has linked to on YouTube that physically rumbles each chakra. Plus focused meditation on each Chakra - especially the first 3 as they're my weak points. I understand within the next few weeks Tao's going to teach us something called 5 Point Breathing and that's supposed to go with listening to the music. Every other day I also try to listen to Jonathan Goldman's Vocal Toning the Chakras. Very cool cd and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a similar problem to mine - chakras that are out of balance. I see it as a Westernized version of all that toning Tibetan monks are so famous for. Except Goldman just has you use simple vowels 'a,e,i,o,u'. to physically rumble each chakra. You then follow up with approximately 20 minutes of quiet meditation. It's non-religious and quite fun. The preceding list I try to do every day no matter what. I'd say it takes maybe a little over 1 hour? Then I add in the other stuff (and good lord there's a TON of other stuff and we haven't finished the course!) throughout the day. Like last week was learning how to see Auras, the winds, plus ways to amplify feeling and seeing them, etc. There are Elemental chi walks, macrocosmic orbit, skeletal shaking, mudras (but none that corresponded with my spontaneous ones. go figure...), Dr. Morris's Spider Stretch which specifically targets the Wind (Heart) chakra, Throat Void meditations, Basic Chi healing of someone else or yourself (I understand KAP 2 gets much more advanced with Chi healing), a Qi Gong exercise where Tao taught us to inhale and exhale Chi through certain points in our head - I think maybe he called it Crown Breathing? I think. I'll have to go check again. There's also another one that had to do with the 3rd Eye and it's a Qi Gong exercise that helps rejuvenate the Pineal and Pituitary Glands. When he can he always tries to teach a way to 'physicalize' or make tactile the exercise. KAP's is the first version of MCO I've ever encountered that starts you off feeling it tactily with your hands and using your legs and feet. Oh...and something one of my spirit guides gave me as a supplement. For lack of a better term I call it the Smokestack Qi exercise and I did it a LOT. I imagine myself breathing in the purity of the universe (in my Inner Image View it always appears like sparkling, brilliant snowflakes of light) and send that to my root chakra. I then imagine breathing out a light grey mist. In my Inner Image View the grey mist eventually (to my surprise) changed colors on it's own. First bits of green and yellow appeared mixed in with the light grey, then finally it changed to a red-earth color - like the color Burnt Sienna if you're familiar with Artist's paints. It must have worked (plus I have a sneaky suspicion Santi has been giving me a few extra Shaktipat 'juice' boosts here and there which I hear he does daily for his students). Last night I did the Chi/Aura diagnostic again and my root chakra has grown significantly. It used to be the size of my pinky fingernail. It's now larger than my water and fire chakras! I was so excited. It really had me on Cloud 9. All that and we still aren't done learning everything. I hear KAP 2 is even more intense. Next week we learn about Damo's Cave. Including extras that Dr. Morris did not include in his book. There's already lots to pick and choose from. But I always tell myself "be the water drop that wears the mountain down". Although KAP 1 is not just a water drop, it's the downpouring rain. I suspect even a few KAP 1 techniques applied a lot throughout the day will produce rapid results. I can only imagine what it will produce in 3 years (the minimum amount of time Dr. Morris said was reasonable to expect permanently Awakened Kundalini and compared to the 10 - 30 years most people take 3 years looks mighty good)!

  21. What's the story with the 5 Tibetan Rites?

It's a class held over Skype. KAP = Kundalini Awakening Process. Santi (aka Vajrasattva ) can tell you more about it than I can. Tao Semko is one of the other teachers. We meet once a week online and use Skype, UStream and Facebook. Lots of how-to lectures, lots of videos and audio posted, etc. From what I can tell Dr. Morris (who I take was the founder of KAP) threw pretty much everything but the kitchen sink into the course with that goal in mind (i.e. awakening kundalini). p.s. Tao Semko has got to be one of the HOTTEST guys I've ever seen! My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I first saw him. *fans self*
  22. women must learn to redirect their orgams too

*whistles* Wow. I hope some day I can do stuff like that too. Way to go Rain!
  23. What's the story with the 5 Tibetan Rites?

Pardon. I'm not understanding your request.
  24. The jhanas

Fascinating. Is this the same or similar to the "Child Light / Mother Light" Bill Bodri talks about in his 25 Doors to Meditation?
  25. Am I on the right path?

Uh... Can someone translate the above post. I am thoroughly lost by it.
