  1. The MCO is Taoist fundamentalism

Good post! Thank you very much :-) _/|\_
  2. The MCO is Taoist fundamentalism

Could it be that -generally speaking- moving the energy with the mind may be the "real" mistake been spotted here?
  3. Should women practice non-orgasming sex?

I trust the theory presented here: http://orgasmgirl.blogspot.it/
  4. Should women practice non-orgasming sex?

I think that the principle is quite straightforward: to cultivate love and avoid orgasms is path which leads to the opening of the hearth. Sure, it's possible to do even without avoiding orgasms, but it takes much longer. I do believe that some women never experienced a full orgasm and think that some pre-orgasmic state is the real thing.
  5. The secret of the golden flower.

I'm aware of three of them: 1)the Cleary translation which is zen-oriented plus the alchemical mystery words. My favourite. 2)The Wilhelm version which includes a commentary and points more to the taoist energetics; 3) another excellent translation of a beautiful version of this treatise which is published in the Ling Bao Tong Zhi Neng Nei Gong Shu of Wang Li Ping. This is really the best one, imho. To tell the truth, since those are basically three different versions of the treatise (not the same chinese text), they deserve good reading and study.
  6. Sirsasana

I'm sure that full lotus is much easier :-D
  7. What has been your most humbling experience?

    Looking at the sky...
  8. Filling up the lower Dan Tien- How and Why

My experience with the MDT was a painful gastritis which lasted a few days. I stopped the practice. My experience with the LDT was an unbearable excess of sexual energy which tried to leak out continuously. I understand the reasons behind the mopai rule of three days rest after sex and why it's so important.
  9. Is it possible to combine selves into one?

According to the oldest shamanic cultures, everyone has a plurality of souls, not just one. In this sense, it's not that difficult to think about universal unification...
  10. Filling up the lower Dan Tien- How and Why

What about the sexual rules concerning dantien cultivation?
  11. Is it possible to combine selves into one?

    What's exactly an individual soul?
  12. Remains of vajrayana buddhism in Tibet

Then, the comparison is a bit unfair imho. If you look at the theravadin monks of thailand who dwell in the forest, I'm sure you'll find the same happiness, contentment and joy as in the Lachi retreat on the Himalayas.
  13. Remains of vajrayana buddhism in Tibet

Did you learn from westerner theravadins? I would stay away from the new kadampa because they fight against H. H. the Dalai Lama.
  14. Filling up the lower Dan Tien- How and Why

Once the dan tien is filled with Qi, the energy automatically goes to the middle dan tien... and finally fill the head. This is the basic theory of neikung. But, in practice it happens that the energy goes downward because there are less resistances and a natural opening. Results? Leakage ...
  15. Remains of vajrayana buddhism in Tibet

    Astonishingly beautiful :-)
  16. Intercourse without harm

The qigong practices aimed at avoiding ejaculation obviously don't work. To avoid jing loss, one must sublimate it. And the only way to sublimate it, is to cultivate deep love. The method for those who are really dedicated involve celibacy, but good results can be achieved also with a partner. imho.

  18. cat attack caught on video. yes, cat.

    Good fight bro
  19. The "cultivation aspect" of a relationship should be to cultivate love: in neikung language should be something like "open the heart center/chakra". The point is that with love, one shares many things on all levels: men of the past (in our culture) usually opted for a virgin/young partner for this very reason.... a lesser impact on the emotional, intellectual and spiritual levels from an individual with no business outside of the family.
