  1. Thanks Mokona for the response!
  2. You said it was fun, would it be good for someone who is new to Qi Gong to get involved?
  3. If I did some meditation in a sauna, would the heat help increase the intensity or the amount of chi absorbed? The gym that I belong to has a sauna with the hot rocks in it. Would love to know if anyone has any experience on this, or opinions on the matter.
  4. Which way is right...

I seen two different methods: 1. While breathing, you want your stomach to fully expand and suck in the energy (and in reverse as well). 2. While breathing, you want to try to limit your stomach from going in and out, more like forcing all of the breath into a very small space through your stomach (this is what Gary Clyman teaches). Which way is correct? Does one work better than the other in order to pull chi in through your dan tien?
  5. Which way is right...

Thanks for all of the replies everyone! Great responses!
  6. Just follow the link below. The book claims that the philosopher's stone is real, and gives detailed instructions on how to make. Tell me what you guys/gals think. The link also has the audio version of the book, and there is even a forum where the anonymous author answers questions. Enjoy! http://bookofaquarius.forgottenbooks.org/
  7. Book of Aquarius - Free Download

Your rudeness is not necessary. I posted a book that is free, please dont tell me to shutup! If you dont like the post, dont read it, let alone respond to it.
  8. Dave and Cody

I love this show! Cody cracks me up, because he doesn't like when the other guy kills an animal for food. But once the animal is killed, he has no problems eating it.
  9. I mention lapis lazuli, as I've heard that it can open/clear/unblock/spin/throb the third eye. Just wanted to see if anyone else used this method, or if they complemented this with meditation.
  10. Thanks for all of the responses everyone.
  11. Five Tibetian Rites

From the book "Eye of Revelation" by Peter Keldar (also known as Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth). There are five rights or exercises that you are suppose to practice, and this is suppose to open up your chakras. Does anyone have any experience with these exercises? If so, how did you feel afterwards?
  12. Tridaya Inner Power

I plan on doing the breathing techniques explained in book one. Does anyone have any advice regarding this? Has anyone used this method... if so, what experience came of it? I do not have any teachers/masters to look to for guidance, and I've heard some people (from other posts) saying that this could be dangerous. What kind of dangers am I risking?
  13. Five Tibetian Rites

Thanks Bamboo and Devoid for your informative posts!
