    My actual name is James to be honest. I just thought Shen sounds cool and I knew the one meaning of "spirit" but I had no idea of the other two, cool. :) Oh and I'll be happy to keep you posted on my progress and yes there is some qigong later in the curriculum, the ones taught are Ba Duan Jin, Xi Sui Jing and Yi Jin Jing. I'm doing this through DVD's by Shifu Yan Lei.
