    I Live in the states and he lives in the UK so this is definately a distance learning venture.

    Should have the DVD's in a week or two and then I can get started. The curriculum is called Shaolin Warrior, and I am starting with the external portion he labels the Shaolin Workout. The internal is the Way of Qigong series which covers the forms I mentioned.
