I'm behind you Yoda. I just discovered this practice ,thanks to you, and I think/feel/find so far,at this early stage, that it is ideal for doing in the quiet end bit of a KL session. It's beautiful. and it's great to be amplifying the opening and purifying. I did it for the second time today and it had me panting some, and strong tingling in the lower back of the skull. Red light and indigo light and deep emptiness. yeh, okay, I'm describing scenery... ... I'm starting to pick up the AYP language now...

I have worked with Michael Winn a lot and he is great. He is very articulate, fascinating and funny and has deep and wide knowledge, and he has integrity and no issues to run on his students or the world. He is a pleasure to work with, a warm and real human being of experience. He is long time very happily married too. He has a lot to offer and he offers it with warmth and an open sharing.
