Hooray! hello Jack! I'm so pleased you are here. The funny thing is- I've been listening to your voice every day for the past week... I bought a CD from you about releasing allergies a week or so ago. It has been deeply helpful to me. Thankyou. and Welcome. love, cat.

thanks Smile, I will. I just found a new way of taking ACV daily: a tbsp in 500 ml of water, twice a day. that way it's dilute, drinking from a bottle has less tooth - contact than sipping from a cup - plus it keeps one's fluid intake up.

  8. Interesting Book

sean that's a nice story. vivid and clear. I enjoyed it and felt I was there that early morning with you. Not innapropriate. he sounds like a good person to be around. everyone loves Ken Cohen, I think. About the Mantak Chia opinion thing. What is it about him that makes so many other people diss him? Do you have clear idea on this?

I think Buddy is right. I got the impression I was getting undigested material in his books,or at least material that was transcribed unrevised - as it was handed down. It was what I wanted to know. It is interesting. But I wouldnt turn to him for reference or practical techniques. But his voice is part of the wider picture.

I bought his books years ago, they were the first ones I read , after Ken Cohen. I was glad to have so much explained, having worked with a chinese teacher who worked via transmission and gave no explanations. I'm not entirely sure that Ken Cohen agrees with him about breathing methods - I think he says he has them mixed up. I trust Ken more, and M. Chia, but I found Ywang useful as reading.
  13. Good introductory book on herbalism?

what kind of thing are you looking to learn, Ian? Practical useful immediate stuff - The Green Witch by Barbara Griggs type thing.. for looking up a remedy for a cold or a sprain or such.. or to grasp the wider theory and have reference about individual herbs - The Essential Book of Herbal Medicine by Simon Y Mills is very reliable.

I am a 9. and an INFJ. I feel pretty fine about this since I feel exactly the same as I did before I found out. Which means I'm missing something, right?
