Thanks for the heads up! I had heard of it before but never read it. I just downloaded it yesterday and read it and its great. I highlighted and took notes too. It really clarified some things such as the mind/life = Living Mind type stuff that I need to really think about to totally ingest. I am sure at least one of the authors was a Mason but this is definately a Masonic inspired text so that if your a Freemason you'll get the "inside jokes". THANKS!

I used it and it works. I am still using it and it is still working. It works so good for money, love, health in fact that I have begun to wonder if it's the Law of Attraction that makes even Taoist Alchemy work. Why does the bone breathing work for some and not all? Why does meditation work for some and not all? I think it might be the Law of Attraction. It's just so simple and easy that nobody can believe it's true and of course it's not true if you don't believe in it. Unfortunately it's a circular logic thing with only anecdotal evidence. All I can say is that it has been slowly becoming the center of how I live my life.

He looks really good! Thanks for the videos, but the first one made me sad. It reminded me of the lack of history in Amerika. Here we see something a couple hundred years old and we ooooooo and aaaaaaaah but in other parts of the world like China you can walk through structures that are over a thousand years old. In Michigan where I live its a big deal to live in a house thats 100 years old.... but thanks for the videos, he looks really good and your lucky to have him for a sifu.

I've got two sisters and not only are they both beautiful but they were really nice to me. My oldest one has been like a second mother to me all these years and the one 18 months older than me has been my best friend for my entire life. I love my sisters! My brothers on the other hand......

The PUA stuff works but only on slightly dysfunctional women. Women who are good catches see through it or just aren't attracted to the aloof vibe. David Deangelo has the best material on PUA in my opinion but has recently gone from PUA to something much, much healthier. I cant wait to review the new stuff since it seems geared to long-term relationships and finding great women by becoming a great man. His earlier stuff was more geared to dating/sleeping with as many women as possible. The Law of Attraction does work on women but not like it works on cars. Women are people too and are rocking the Law of Attraction just like you are. "Like attracts Like" so when I hear about guys complaining about attracting dysfunctional women that is just saying they are screwed up too. Worse are the guys not attracting women because that just means those dudes are missing something fundamental. Ick! Remember, there are far more smart, beautiful women than there are men with their lives together! If your an average looking guy but have a decent job, 401k, a hobby, do some volunteer work, go to Church/temple, and just basically have a life then women will flock to you. You are rare!

First off I always fart freely! Farting is fun!!! As to the second I am learning this from my sister who doesnt want to go back to the guy who showed her and ask questions. Just so you know.... I am much better at the form when I am outside. I have 21 years of empty hand taijiquan behind me and what the heck is Xia Pan jibenggong. Do people do standing meditation with the sword?

I made this artsy, fartsy video as an experiment to learn how to mix music and pictures. It uses the illustrations from an ancient Taoist alchemical book called THE SECRET OF THE GOLDEN FLOWER and the music is by Evanessence only because I like the song. The physical body made of dirt lasts 120 years. The yin body made of qi lasts a few hundred years. The yang body made of shen lasts thousands of years and perhaps until the physical universe itself ends but the last body is the void body and it cannot end. How? You know the way we start out as nothing but then sperm and egg get together and form one cell then 2, 4, 16, 32 and we just get bigger and bigger. Well, in order to return to the source of our life force we need to reverse the journey. We start with our yin body which is the same size as our physical one and refine it down to a much smaller baby shen size and then it returns to void but still conscious like we are normally. If you have an OBE your consciousness is in your yin body. That consciousness transfers down to the yang body and then to the void body which isnt a body at all but nothingness/emptiness or true nature I guess, but still conscious. I dont know how it works, but it does. Perhaps the entire process is illusionary and were just shedding karmic crap until we are strong enough to exist as pure consciousness? I dont know but I know it seems like you go through a succession of bodies. I've reread that twice and my sunburn is distracting me from seeing if I made any sense. Sorry if I am not too clear.

I've always thought that, You cant put your master up on a pedestal, you can only put youself in a hole". I actually quit teaching taijiquan after my students started calling me "master". That made my skin crawl! I was trying to make taiji masters and all I got were students and wannabe disciples..... So I quit and went back to the drawing board. P.S. Goldisheavy.... while I agree with most of what you say, your preaching and crudeness is really beginning to put people off.

I think true humility is a mix of awe and fear, like looking up in the night sky and realizing how insignificant and vulnerable we are.
