Dear Mike, I've been following your site and sometimes browsing your discussion group already, and your sharing of your knowledge clarified my intellectual understanding of spirit, energy and matter in the framework of complete spiritual systems, and especially on shamanism. Shamanism as a complete unbroken authentic tradition in Anatolia is already very dead, or hiding very successfully in the deepest waters but its folkloric traditions and rituals are still very alive, in bits and pieces all scattered and never recognised as shamanic IMO. It is a region where you can find many ethnic groups trying to live together, and in all of their very rich folkloric culture I see people dancing by taking forms of flying birds and predator animals, carrying fire with their hands and water on their shoulders, accompanied by a solo big drum and also with a clarinet, now all got watered down, emptied of their meaning and preserved as a touristic attraction. There are breath-healers and oracles with spirit friends who advise you (illegal of course) and on special days, all folks do certain rituals all of which was once apparently a complete shamanic system like the Teutonic. In short, I don't have a chance to meet with a live teacher around me, but all throughout my life I was provided with what I really needed when its time came, so I know I will be initiated if I am meant to be or when I am ready. Right now, it is internet and people like you through it. I am really grateful. Thank you very much for your time, link and the invitation, will keep in touch, Cihan -

Dear Mike, Than you for your insight, opinions and additional info. I never used any kind of power plant, and am very respectful to the traditional way and the spirit world. When visions started to come , I just wanted to experience this new world of manifestation, like a new born trying to figure out this new wonderful dimension appearing automatically after a certain time of Qigong practice. I am still very blind and probably not worthy/needing extra spiritual help or task. I don't have a strong motive for being a shaman. But it feels wonderful to live through all levels of manifestation available to my current configuration, and I cannot help not living it and feeling joy. Will keep in mind all your very valuable information and opinion and go on exploring with the help of these, trying not to offend any beings, teachings or traditions. Thanks again, Cihan -
Dear Sifu Terry, I have a question about the breath control sequences done before the FPCK meditations : I am doing them very relaxed and with deep breaths, no retaining or pausing. On the inhales, come a natural sucking feeling but I am not contracting any body part, just feeling something compressing in my lower dan tien. I realized that on the exhales, I have the option of radiating the energy out, or just relax and hold it inside. Which option is correct to start the meditations with, or am I on a very wrong track? Thank you very much as usual for your kind support. Cihan

Dear Mike, Thank you very much for the clarification and extra info on Heaven and Earth Qigong. I was raised in a culture where all spiritual rituals other than the religion you are born into were forbidden and considered a very serious sin, so I was not comfortable with the idea of cleansing & opening up by any of the rituals I came across the internet and as well as the one what you are teaching in your Teutonic Shamanism site , and tried a few "journeys" without a prior ritual, and got bitten by a snake in my last journey and my left leg got swollen & looked like a delicious sausage for a week afterwards Well, I got my warning and lesson, and stopped journeying for a while, until -and if- everything returns to normal back again. Will try to do the "journeying "again after I become to be able to do Heaven & Earth for 9 times with comfort and the energy gathering exercise (confirmed now to be a good tool for cleansing and charging up) and acquire my "Javelins" to be used in the journey if necessary. Do you think these two exercises can at least help protect me from a more serious calamity without a "proper" ritual ? I am very blind on this subject and threading the hard and long path with no visuals, figuring out only after an experience Thank you very much again for your support, Cihan -

Dear 5ET, I've been attracted to practicing especially 2 meditations from your Celestial Neigong CDs for about 3 months now, - Energy Gathering form turned out to be a very nice long meditation, I feel a lot of energy and emanating light from my fists when doing it . Visions started to come about a month ago ,I felt a pair of large wings at my upper back and literally saw 2 javelins made of bright blue light in my hands resting against the ground.I was like a giant butterfly guardian of some sort guarding or watching over something in the standing position. No other standing meditation switched my mode of consciousness after a such a short practicing span, this form became a powerful tool for me to step into shamanism. - Is it OK to do the sky & earth meditation in standing pose and then sit and continue to meditate? Although I sit correct, when I do it standing the energy comes and feels much more "clean" and "friendly". I cannot do more than 6 rounds because of the amount of energy, but I feel very good with what comes during this meditation. Just wanted to share my experiences, and thank you for your guidance Kind Regards, Cihan -
Dear Sifu Terry, Thank you very much for your time and the clarification. It's good to know that I have not diverted much, and will proceed exactly like you suggest, with more confidence. Kind Regards, Cihan

Sifu Terry, It's been about 7 months since I come across FPCK and I have been practicing the long form for 5 months, almost twice everyday. It helped me immensely, so I am very grateful and would like to thank you for presenting the system which is very straightforward and easy to start with, and with returns in a very short time. The long form I am doing is evolving and changing day by day as you previously mentioned in this topic and I have no way to tell whether I am going in the right direction other than my instincts, and what I read in this topic. So far I do feel a sweet two dimentional light whitish enegy laterally expanding from my opened hands, not perpendicular, but parallel to my palms, and notice a very cool dark blue only when I come to the front bending parts of the form, but I do not mind the colors as I am feeling the energy, and I am alight throughout the whole form. When I completely let go and do the form, it has some discrepancies with what I read here and I think that I have to intervene my body doing the form: (I do the opening and closing part exactly like you taught. ) 1)When I don't mind the breath, and let it go by itself, almost every movement is associated automatically with a single exhale/ inhale, and it still takes like 20 minutes to finish the form, so I guess my breathing is still slow and relaxed , and I feel better when I do it in this way, it also switches to reverse breathing. 2) Sometimes I feel really very relaxed, and at these times my body parts start doing spontaneous shakings and rotations, like my hips turning clockwise/ counterclockwise, and my palms also rotating according to the move, especially at the "Monk Gazing at Moon"part in the form, my whole body start swaying and my palms try to rotate the space between my palms so much that I tend forget the rest of the form and get stuck in this very good feeling Is it OK to go like this for a while until they evolve into some other thing, or should I intervene and restrict these spontaneous movements as well as "correcting" my breathing pattern. Thank you very much, Cihan
