Could it be that the buddhas are getting desperate trying to reach beings of samsara? I mean the average joe is so distracted from reality and his true nature that something like this had to be created to first join him in his illusion and then get the message across that way. Sakyamuni's teachings are not getting his attention. Then why not inspire some talented director to create a world mirroring our own and explain the situation. Pandora is that world. The interdependent co-arising is one of the main themes of the movie. One group gets it (the na'vi), the other doesn't (the humans) and one comes to discover it (jake sully) and is completely floored by it. There is also a hint that samsara and nirvana are to be found existing in the same realm. Enlightenment is not to be found in some other realm but right here where we are, in the physical universe. Pandora is part of this universe, nirvana is to be found right here in the mind just like samsara. A real buddhist could explain it much better and in greater detail (anyone?) but this is what I got from the movie. Also the grand daddy of all buddhas, the primordial buddha, is Vajradhara. Google his picture.

Moving away is the best option if you are still extremely affected by the situation but only to learn that it solves really nothing. Yes, as was pointed out you will somehow attract (hate to use the term) people who will trigger the same responses within you. It has to do with approval seeking. Yeah, I know it sucks to hear this. Your mind probably blocks from your awareness all the ways you seek approval from your family. That's why they are able to get their hooks into you and shake you up leaving you feeling drained and hurt. Work on increasing your power. Neigong is the name of the game. You are spending way too much time being distracted by the mind's content. Increasing your power through meditation and alchemy will get you out of your mind and into reality. As you get more connected to reality it will create certain internal changes deep within you. Virtue and compassion will come effortlessly, happening without any conscious thought. When you reach this stage nothing from the outside will disturb your shen. Then you will know and smile.

No magnets are used. He is just sitting on something. When he is finished with the performance a woman first places a construction with curtains on all the 4 sides around him then they take the thing apart. He doesn't just get up and leave. Same when he starts with the trick.

This guy comes from Amsterdam and I've seen him perform this trick many times here. There is a reason for the flowers on the carpet. Beneath the carpet there is a big thick metal plate. If the flowers were not there you would clearly be able to see that there is something thick beneath the carpet. So no real levitation here folks.

If anyone wonders how it looks like when a master runs his qi through another person check out this video. It's like he runs a current of electricity through them.

I think it is important to let go of the idea that 13 years of this or that will lead to immortality. That's just not how things work. Even John Chang who was guided by an actual immortal did not achieve enlightenment or immortality in 13 years. And this guy comes from a lineage that has produced immortals and even two who have achieved enlightenment. Just something to think about. Don't know if it helps but what I've discovered is that we are always where we should be. We are always presented with the next step and it is up to us to take the next step if we recognize it. If we don't recognize what the next step is the first time it is presented that lesson will be presented over and over again until you get it. Also when time comes you will come into contact with people who will guide you further on your path or somehow will make you realize what your next step should be. If this has not yet happened then there are some lessons to be learned which have not been learned. The opportunities that present themselves mirror most of the time in what direction you should look for the next lesson. I know this all sounds very vague but this seems to be the law of how things go whether you are just starting out or you are about to achieve enlightenment. The next step is always there hidden in plain sight.
