"When the one spark had not yet agitated, my own body and the breaths of heaven and earth mutually were the inside and outside. The one is yang and the one is pure. At the beginning, the one yang is most enduring and sound. there is nothing mixed up with it. The one yang is thrusted into the center. When the human being comes into life for the first time, the one yang had first agitated. When the father and mother wed there essences, then it is that heaven and the one give birth to water, and so it is that [the element] fire is born within water. the fire is yang. When the yang agitates, then it is that the very being streams forth that manifest their being. they definitely come to life due to heaven and the one. Water is goodness(jen). Goodness means, "to be ripe " (shih). The inside of a fruit produces a kernel, and what is stored inside the kernel, this is the goodness . Goodness is the perfect water (chen shui), and water was brought to life by heaven and the one."

The yaun chi is the orignal power of heaven and this original chi in the ldt controls all of the other energy in our body. In our lives we lose awareness of this. When awareness is restored then our connection to this yuan chi is restored. You see our chiflow keeps us connected to it and when there is a significant blockage in our chi flow we cant not longer hold on to the original power from heaven and it leaves us and we die.

Well im not sure if im the one that your referring too but ill explain my case of what i know and believe. Jing means the essence inherited from parents. In the ima circles it is also known as internal power. Yuan chi is not the essence inherited from the parents it is the original heaven chi that was the first to come into the embryo that came before the spark of life. Restoring the yuan chi in the ima circles is also known as restoring the TE or restoring the original power.

Jascha, Let me explain a bit more. In about 2007 i had an experience when i was practicing the temple style. i was sitting on a bench in the park and i was running my mco and something in the energy switched it literally felt like i was being electrocuted. This wasnt mild i was about to call 911 but after a while is subsided. Years later i was doing seated meditation. Then all of a sudden everything went black then bright white and it switch back and forth really fast for a while. Then i i felt this explosion in the ldt and then i felt really powerful jolts start to come from my ldt and then then this vibration went thru my whole body. it felt like there was a little pill in my ldt. When i body up to do moving meditation i felt sparks of energy come off of my forearm and from that time when i focus on my ldt its goes brrrm. i could bust a nut and it would still be there..this new attainment was thing else and competely different then what i experienced in the past. .

Jascha, Ill try to explain a bit more. Its one thing to read about the TE its another to speak to someone who has attained it. When i spoke to master hoffman about he said it feels like a completely different type of vibration in the body and not the normal buzzing you feel from when you practice. That when your TE awakens that it is definitely a holy shit unforgettable experience. Now this TE once awakened can be used. When you focus on your ldt from that point it charges you up. After having this eye opening conversation with master hoffman and understanding that this TE was internal attained at the ldt i had to do more research to check the correlation between that and another type of internal power being generated from the ldt. So this was in 2009 or 2010. So from that point i had to do more research. So this isnt something that i discovered or learned last nite. I head the talk of te but until Master Hoffman explained to me what it was like i really didnt know. So then i went searching for other internal schools called this power at the ldt. It was a wudang school that i came across that called this power yuan chi. Anther school i came across called this power the original chi. Once i understood the terms i started researching this more. What my research lead to was the fact that even though some schools can take you to this level only some take deeper and deeper and really develop the power. For a while i was at stand still. Until a buddy asked me to research something for him. So i did and came across the internal thunder magic texts and upon reading them i realized that they were talking about the same thing it literally read like something out of a charles luk book. So then i had to hunt and speak to practitioners of internal thunder magic and get this confirmed. So i spoke to a few masters of and learned a little bit of it. This wasnt easy i read a lot of texts and spoke to a lot of masters to come to this conclusion. It was only internal thunder magic that developed the nei lei and developed it further to a significant degree.

Id say it took my my whole tenure in internal martial arts to come to the understanding that it is descended from internal thunder magic.

Then it was talking to practitioners of thunder magic and a few taichi masters and some more research that confirmed everything.

Yes i read that and all of Master Liao's books it was the correlation between that and internal thunder magic that made me take notice.

Heaven chi was the first essence to come into the body and stillness of this heaven chi gave rise to the first spark this spark gave birth to yin and yang in the body.

Heaven chi is a yang chi.

The Te controls the yin and yang in the body. Once you obtain this you can control yin and yang within yourself. The Te regulates all of the energy in the body it is the smart chip or dna of your energy.

I wanted to make a side note on body heat and heaven chi. First id like to say that this comes down to the nature of the chi that you are dealing with. heaven chi is more subtle. In this i mean that one day i was practicing like usual and all of a sudden i got like atomic hot. So i can confirm that with a heaven chi method that you can and will produce alot of heat.
