IMO, the Tao leave room for Buddhism and Christianity, whereas many religions, teachings and philosophies do not return that favor.

Let me rephrase it better. How is the Tao philosophy, that you hold so dear to live by, different from another religion. What distinguishes it?

Does that cause life to be without stress? Have you ever considered the philosophy to be pointing at something more than the words can convey? Sorry for the thousand questions. I like to learn of others perspective. Mine is that most religion, rather it be tao or christian, are all pointing to the heart center, which must be experienced as it is beyond descriptions to do it proper justice.

Sorry to hear that bubbles, as all attachments, death of one close will cause pain when that attachment becomes severed. Same happens when you attach things to love and honor and courage. None of those things are inherently with attachment, we decide for them to be that. Do you think it is possible to prepare in advance of a loved ones death to be without pain? Only if your love for one is no greater than your love for all.

Awakening is opening of the governor channel and microcosmic orbit is utilizing the functional channel. There is a perfect picture around here somewhere that explains these channels and points.

Sure, Micro is the work that comes after the 1st awakening. It is shifting of awareness to all the centers and utilizing them, experience them, then you begin to realize that these things aren't you but you are a culmination of them, then work to make it so. Macro cosmic orbit is harder to explain so simply, without 1st having experience of what the micro is. I am not sure I can even completely articulate it except to say that is is that which is beyond you. You create a sort of link towards non-duality and channel the heavenly chi. Maybe it is combining yin and yang, I really don't know, do you know?
