Changing your perspective if even ever so slightly that you might see through anothers eyes. Feel anothers feelings. Relate on some level, if not many. Not through coincidence, that you happen to have had the same experiences necessarily, but through the love of and for life. You are no longer individualistically wanting only for you. I think females have more of an innate ability for this then do men. As nurturing and caring for a child is generally instinctual for them. Simply by expanding that aspect beyond a personal caring for thier child, the compassion expands. Just imo of course.

It's sad how your brain is tangled xabir. You don't realize what has happened. I am going to lay it out bare for you that you might understand. The original ponderance when you went to that site was about the "self" not "you" . There is a difference between the self and you, what happened is that after you pondered what is the self, they subtly switched it to you not existing. Of course the weather doesn't have a self, does that mean that weather doesn't exist? You initial reaction after reading this is going to be to formulate a rebuttal, I am going to ask you to hold off on that for only 1 minute and think about why you are formulating a rebuttal.

Thanks for this post Stig, I don't know if you are directing it towards anyone, but I feel it relates to many things for me. Act of virtue can bring evil, so one does need pay more attention. How do you suggest to stabalize?

depends, are you referring to the ego? or the awareness in which everything arises? Which anything that arises within awareness can't possibly be the self. Yes you will find all sorts of things that makes a tree a tree. It's a compilation of things No any single thing. So, do you exist?
