Girls & guys, this is some kind of a final statement on that topic and I have taken many things in the past. A lot of the vitamin formulas out there are synthetic stuff; further they are combinations ripped of the often necessary secondary content you find in natural stuff. Throw away vitamin formulas and get some nice herbs. In order not to spam you: you can PM me. I have now decided to go for some "wild" Amazon herbs and have my own shop set up... but there are a lot of good chinese herbal combinations out there to use. Just have a look at what the Ni family has out. They even produce a rice-ginseng mix said to be good for diabetics... and they offer a 5 element line of herbs... often vitamin formulas look cheap compared to the herbal stuff, but if one calculates everything they are pretty expensive in many many ways... Here is a drink I am now taking: have a mixer available: 3 raw eggs raw organic coconut butter (nice fats, 8 essential aminos etc.) raw milk butter if you like or instead of the raw coconut amazonherbs maybe some banane or avocado or whatever... throw in some algae if you like and voila: proper fat proper protein a lot of minerals and vitamins in their natural state, in natural combination etc. etc. etc. we can argue if it is natural to at the same time eat egg white and egg yolk, but I leave that for others to decide. As it is it is said that "Biotin" in the egg yolk gets bound to a substance in the egg white and thereby maybe depleted from your body in the long run. You can easily replace that either through forgetting about the white for some time (or taking it at separate times, as so far I have not heard that it bounds Biotin that is already prsent in the bidy...)... or you might, in this one case, get some Biotin from the store...- don't think that is necessary though... and do yourself a favor and forget the counting of RDA!!! with smiles Harry

Several possible reasons for death of the driver/and codriver: - they get under the BMW - they meet my front window or the downside of my car - they somehow manage to fall into the way of a car that wants to bypass me etc. etc. etc. Outcome: my car got split in the middle driver: little shoulder wound codriver: fully okay me: a little standing beside myself driver did not approach a law suit. I payed 250 Euros in the end for reasons not mentioned... but not to the driver... his BMW got repaired by insurance for 5000 Euro my car got trashed... how much of that was in any way predictable? so: better not to worry. Modern TCM is not Classiacal Chinese insight and sure not very daoist in content... the question one might want to ask is if the "jing" we lose as a usual person is the "jing" we lose as a practitioner... indicating the difference in its actual state of being...

Yen Hui I do not know your background so take what I say with a grain of salt: I assume in order to use the I Ching properly one already has to be a kind of accomplished practitioner... otherwise ones lower-level-thoughts very likely interfere with the process and do not give one the answer to ones question... and I honestly doubt that the I Ching gives one a true answer to such a question anyway... if it could it would probably tell you: "drink some tea"... hmmmmmmm... with smiles Harry

Funny sort of experience yesterday. My mail-account got shut down (including about 8000 mails and my recently booked electronic plane tickets)... At first I thought it was a major overhaul of their system, that sometimes blocks ones entry... but nevertheless I called the customer service. SHE: "Your account was blocked. You haven't payed this year's fees for the webpage" Me: "Mam. I spoke to a colleague of yours 7 days ago because I got a warning and she checked the system on my hint to find that my bank numbers have been around with you all along for you to just GET the money from my bank AND she was telling me something about the missing payment for Club-Fees and not webpage fees. Why in heaven didn't she tell me about the other open fees as well???" SHE: "Did you ask her?" ME: "Look Mam. Can you please check your system so that we can compare my bank-numbers with what your system shows? There must be a problem with your system..." SHE: "Sir. you yourself got to know which number you gave us!" Is that enough for weirdness? Oh and yes. They really charge 9,35 Euro admonition payment for a warning I didn't get and an amount of 11,88 Euro

I am with neither of you guys... let me give my thoughts on the subject: There are many out there doing trips to China and they all charge their fair amount of money... if I want to meet a special person I have to consider to have to pay a price. Either it is a teacher for piano class or for singing... even low level teacher charge one amounts that easily lead one to a similar price range if all gets broken down to price per hour... for all I gathered the Denmark costs are a kind of entry cost (for first training ever) and it can well be that the training costs in subsequent years will be far less... regarding the question of superpowers and this special case. I have no clue if it is fake or not, but to the point that even the master was said that it is a fake there could be a very different reason than to be serious about this...: I always wonder why anyone really having these powers would really want to know everybody about it... [anybody ever saw Superman? He always had a reason to not tell and it was a good one...!] I think that the investment in the Denmark training should give one enough insight if the practices promises what it promises as it is said that clear signs can be seen even with this practice... (though no superpowers if I remember correctly)... the amount of money weighs heavy for all that have to invest into travelling as welll and for those who do not have it, but this includes the trouble with every kind of training one wants to get, whatever it is in... let me just tell you something: a doctor recently offered me to get a hospitation day in his private practice to learn how he set it up in a special way for it to work efficiently: he usually asks for 300 Euros for only one day... it is the same everywhere... with smiles Harry
