-
By the way: Qi Robotics??? Where on that webpage is there to read about?
-
I'd say: just try it. Hold it longer than you think you can and then release and take in the oxygen... it should feel enormously good. Ya know: its like getting done deep tissue Rolphing... sooooooooo much pain!!! BUT AFTERWARDS: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! thankx for the suggestion Harry

Don't know if I have an open 7th Chakra The vampire thing well: if you look over at the www.healingtaousa.com page you will find that they even thought of the possibility that the recent death of a longtime HT practitioner Ron Diana might have been due to a certain kind of entity that possibly locked to his body... as I was into Falun Gong a little I was told that the shaking is due to my "old stuff" and not meant to happen in the Falun Gong practice. And they said that some "bad" entities tend to atack to you to make use of your cultivation energy... while they rise you are left without anything at all... Then if you read about channelled beings... well. I think you get the picture Harry

Further I am currently working with the 15 Minute Miracle... a way to open up the vast possibilities to life's precious sources... it mainly is a way to restructure yourself to positive language... so that your thoughts aren't clouded by negativity. The author's very much hold the believe that whatever you ask for (consciously or subconsicously) will come into being... and that it is of IMMENSE importance to THINK the proper way. While I do not yet know about the "claims" I very much feel that the first step to calming your mind is having continuously positive thoughts... and this CAN be trained...!!! an IMPORANT exercise Harry

besides. It happens during practice as well. It is hardly possible to do standing meditation for a certain time without those spontaneous circulating movements taking a life on their own! Anybody think some kind of entity has taken power over my body? In case yes: how to get rid of it? Harry

I recently got Donna Eden'S Energy Medicine Kit and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Nice exercises for people on the run and those who take it serious... one can really feel the effects of some of the exercises immediately. And that woman just has an enormous smile and positive energy. www.innersource.net you can get the kit for a good price at amazon from the marketsellers. It belongs to my three-best-dollars-spent items!!! Harry

Damn! you are right. Bitter is asssociated with summer/heart... I am confused...
-
Yep. Liver is spring. Color belonging to it is green and the element is wood. I was once told by a teacher that if you want to learn late into the night consume something bitter... it's peak time is 1-3 AM... Harry

Yes. Death is everywhere. The father of a friend of mine will soon die because of cancer. The father of a friend of hers will die because of prostate cancer... etc. etc. etc. For people that prepare themselves like Ron did that might not be a problem. Their transition might be smooth and death might mean bliss. What with all the others??? These are souls getting circled back (o.k. this is a believe)... and maybe arriving at a darker spot than before. It is a simple human trait to fear what they don't know... who knows what will come after? And some just enjoy this life so much... and then think about the kind of death. In most instances the death itself is only a major problem to those that are left behind... for the one dying it is the way to death that matters... is it full of pain, grief... whatever... from the point of view of the soul I think several teachers out there will telll that a shock-death (like being hit by a car from out of nowhere) might leave the soul wondering around in some in between planes not finding a way home... so... I am interested in which way people do standing meditation. Do you proceed a certain way, like starting with holding hands in front of Dan Tian, then at heart center then at third eye...? how long do you hold each position? Do you visualize anything or concentrate on certain points (like Dan Tian or Third eye) or just hold the position and emptying the mind? any questions I have not asked you might want to answer? thankx in advance Harry

>What's in your Spring Tea< The Spring Tea from the Traditions of Tao is made of: clover flower papaya fruit coclebur fruit china root tritici berry bai zhu root chang zhu root shan yao root siberian ginseng chinese asparagus root costus root sweetflag rhizome licorice root tangerine peel To be honest. I deslike its taste... I combine it with their Ancient Treasures tea, which has a nice flavor to it... regarding staying awake. Currently something's going on. Haven'T felt that tired in years... whatever I seem to do seems to make things worse... hmmmm Harry

>>And the practice I do is largely from that book. They start in "wu wei", just standing quietly with arms to side. Then they do 4 postures in horse stance: 1. arms up at chest height, palms facing in (classic horse) 2. arms down palms facing floor 3. hands up near shoulders with palms out (like a fly on a wall) 4. like position 1 except arms down by the dan tien, palms facing in.<< Thankx for taking the time... will get that book soon I think... regarding the positions above: second postion: do I just turn them down from the position before... do the tipps of the right and left fingers show towards each other... are the arm still in a round position? third position: fingers pointing directly up, elbows directly down??? thankx again Harry

O.k. this subject might be against some moral issues some people might have. So. In any case anybody knows that subjects like this violate there feelings please don't read further. To all others: although I am studying medicine I do not know anatomy in its details... so I picked up several of my anatomy books again to check the possibility of truly having success with applying the Million Dollar point. Although I think that Dr. Stephen T. Chang is a serious medical doctor I just can not figure out how applying this point really can work as is claimed. If I remember correctly he says that if the point is pressed properly most of the semen is used to be picked up by the blood stream instead of leaving the body or entering the bladder... but now to my point: http://www.sex-project.com/male-anatomy.shtml look at the picture above: Wherever you push between anus and testicles, you will not come close to the prostate. You won't even come close to the duct that leads into the urethra... How then can you shut off the semen leaving the seminal vesicle??? Actually, if you take a close look, you will realize that the only way to do so would be from behind... Sorry to say. Now. What I just told you does not explain the claim that if one does it correctly and would urinate into a glass (to test the success) no semen would be found... to my understanding this sounds fishy... any masters out there knowing body mechanics & anatomy better than me? Harry

Yoda man, have you ever read my supplement thing... I know everybody reacts differently and I am really not easy to please, but the AMP & the Spike seem to be some decent energizers working for some... and they do a pretty good job keeping me up during endless days of studying today I got some Spring Tea which is meant to be energizing and good for staying awake during night meditation. will let you know if that is a good cheap energizer... by the way. What about the sungazing. I thought you had endless energy through it and it is pretty cheap (not making fun of you here)... Harry

I wonder what your experiences are about this... do you feel that energy tends to move according to breathing or that it is only intent in the end that does the movement. What I mean is: there are several Qi Gong types out there basically doing the same but using a different breathing OR a different visualization pattern. But I wonder if the breathing itself does "prefer" a certain way... like: breathing in while pushing the belly out. Does this "produce" a "suction" for the energy to enter the abdominal Tan Tien area? (Winn in his ocean breathing visualizes the energy expanding from the abdomen while inhaling, while it is retreating into the abdomen while exhaling... In Spring Forest Qi Gong there is a similar QiGong to Ocean breathing but here the energy is visualized to concentrate in the abdominal Tan Tien area while the arms move to the side & one inhales doing reversal breathing, while it is viewed to exand when the hands come towards each other, one exhales and the abdomen relaxes...) Same with the big draw. I always wondered if the energy prefers a certain way of moving while breathing. So: do you feel it "wants" to rise upwards while inhaling or while exhaling, or doesn't it matter? just curious Harry

I assume that most of us modern people tend towards jing deficiency, so I think managing to master retention is an absolute prerequisite, but I see the danger in it. Getting too focused on sexual energy/sex abilities & maybe the danger of frying ones brain... Harry -

Thankx Matthew for taking the time to share... you state: "1) The reason that I feel that the 3 finger method is better is that you get orgasmic energy and "contain" it versus a 60 or 70 % method." ... is better than what? 3) "The techniques are potentially dangerous and I often felt like it was beyond my ability to work with the energy in the head" can you please explore on your experience in this regard further? thankx again Harry
