Tell me something. I know that there are a lot of people out there that believe it is a question of what you choose to. And that if you are open to money it will simply come to you, being drwand to you by whichever universal principle... BUT: look. you are a student. You have to get your studies done and pay for your bills. You have to work... the possible jobs out there do not pay more than what is possible in the society at that moment in time... now. Do you say that if I am open enough and choose not to have too little money the lottery will just make me a happy camper, or that an old woman simply know I lack money and will give me hers??? I think in order for the possibility to choose to have more some conditions for having the chance to choose to have to be met first... and this requires some serious work and the proper timing. Money does not come from nowhere and just sitting around. Harry

A serious discussion regarding the Million D point
sunshine replied to sunshine's topic in General Discussion
Hi Matt, I first have to get my enlarged prostate into shape. Chang advises against using the point if you have prostate problems... and sure enough I am interested in everything you are willing to teach... so: go ahead. The reason I brought up the topic is that from simple anatomy the point pressing makes no sense. I know. I am just repeating myself here... but I see no proper way to get close enough to the ejaculatory duct to really squeeze it. So I wonder if a different mechanism is at work here... further I wonder (and actually should try), if concentration on the pineal gland AND the point were the ejaculatory vesicle actually sits (the place one could best reach via the back door)... would do the trick of getting the energy building up there to the top... maybe this is a better working way than concentrating on Huiyin, the scrotum or the sacrum... A serious discussion regarding the Million D point

Yoda. Have you managed to manage it without it yet and how??? Really. I still do not see that one has chance to apply enough pressure through all those tissues in between that this ejaculary duct gets closed... having a look at the anatomy pictures it just seems impossible... Harry -

Yep the picture is not the best one. Try the one below (one has got to scroll down) http://mywebpages.comcast.net/wnor/pelvis.htm or give even a better link if you find one. And honestly: I had a look at my cross section anatomy book (cross section of real dead bodies) and there is absolutely no way to even get close to that little duct... it is tooooooo faaaaaaaaar inside... No. I don't specifically say marriage is crap. I just wonder what marriage is necessary for? What excatly makes people believe that marriage is more than the working partnership they had before? What more is marriage than following some social rules of what we socially were trained to believe is right? I'd be interested what people told you about why marriage can be good... no. Not right. Sure marriage can be good, but I would like to hear one statement that might be able to convince me why marriage is higher than what one has before one gets married. Is there anything that anybody feels that could convince me why I SHOULD get married one day, except probably to save on taxes (as one can in Germany)??? Harry

Excuse me asking. Were you asking for something or...? The problem with marriage is EXACTLY HOW TO HAVE found the proper partner first. "your heart is meant to tell you"... yeah. look just how many people believe that their heart has told them... and in the end... the heart can probably tell you only if it is clean and if it is clean it probably won't even search for anything outside any longer... I think the thing with marriage is that either both have the same aims, or one feels the aim of the other to be soooooo important that it becomes his/her own aim to help him fulfill it. you can not base a marriage on emotion. It won't last. Emotions pass. They flare, they die. How to decide if someone is right for you to marry: well. Marriage has to be based on friendship. Marriage is meant to be partnership. But why marry? It is only a social acitivity. People marry because they believe it has any real meaning. But: there is no meaning at all. Why not have a proper working partnership without marriage??? As soon as people marry they have usually not only achieved what they originally wanted: "catching the partner only for themselves", but they have pretty much build there marriage'S grave as well, because they have now exchanged freedom for the feeling of sitting behind swedish curtains (prison, you know)... Will I ever marry? I don't know. Have to find the proper partner who I simply like staying with because of her personality and first find out how we manage to work together... marriage might be an option but basically I do not see a need for it except social expectance... ranted enough Harry

Was it any better? My father always said: If you deslike something do it better!!! So man. Learn everything you can and offer it for free if you can. I will definitely learn from you then... Harry

That's an interesting question... look: even a relativist can have an opinion, but he does know if it comes down to believes there is really not much arguing about. Good or bad. It's a question of belief in this world, so it's only relative. So. Regarding the bombing I do not argue about if it was a good deed or not. We can argue about if it was necessary and even that can be a question of belief. We can collect data to prove both sides and present them and in the end even the one with much more and maybe even proper data must not have won the comparison, as the other party might still resist "the quantity" cause there believes sure enough are true. Regarding this Japanese guy jumping of a bridge. He could have had a thousand reasons for doing this... There have been enough soldiers for sure on both sides committing suicide in order not to fall into the hands of the enemy. So. What does it prove? Nothing! And the belief that the US goverment bombed the cities only because there were plans of million suiciders invading the US... well. I don't believe it. Much less though I believe they did it out of compassion

save lives as the war was already over? will never get it! the timing was absolutely inappropriate! and it was not compassion but wanting to see what one can do with those little babes... I always wonder if history lessons are different in the major civilized countries of the world!?! If it is we sure do not need to discuss that further as we have learned different truths about it

I'm sorry people. Regarding "good" or "bad" I tend to become more and more a relativist. To me the word "balance" is the key point. you all know the story of that chinese student who managed to pass his state exams (not an easy task in the ages of old): he got so excited running to his teacher, showing off, becoming nearly maniac, that his teacher thought for a way to calm him down by saying: "sorry boy. Your mother has died." This "poor" guy travelled for several days to find his mother healthy cooking at home... asking his teacher why he did that he replied: "to get you back into balance. Your excessive happiness would have damaged your heart." Regarding the nuclear bombs... well. That discussion was there in the past and will continue, but the historic truth is that at that point in time bombing wasn't necessary any longer. The Japanese had lost the war anyway and the USA government knew... So. The question is not so much one of good or evil (with regard to relativity), but one of necessity. It sure was not necessary for the outcome of the war... so far Harry

Well. What intrigues me so much about this unit is that it actually does trigger something Neil Slade www.neilslade.com is talking about. Tickling the amygdala... I feel sure that this technology can speed up the process big time... and if it really allows you to induce states of OBE or whatever than at least you learn how much it has to do with states of the brain, which leads to the question to how much of our meditation training really just is changing the states of the brain... and in the end there is the question: are the "off-paths" that are so often talked about, or the states one achieves that are not yet the real "end" different to the real end... is enlightenment just something in the mind or something "real"... whatever. Induced experiences at least give one the chance to start accepting that they exist... To me any tool on the way is useful and if it speeds up the process: welcome!!! thankx for your thoughts Harry
