Hello, I hasve had some great success with practicineg Mantak Chia's heart-kidney lotus flower meditaiton, espeically at balancing my hyperactive mind. More importantly, it has also helped tremendously in managing my over-active sexual energy and nocturnal emissions! However, I find it difficult to integrate this with high-level chi kung that I practice. I am extremely wary of overtraining, buit also not sensitive eneough to tell when I have overtained. Does anyone have some insights to offer with this? Or espeically, experience with integrating this meditaiton into their chi-kung practice daily? (Perhaps it shouldn't even be practiced daily?). Regulate. Try the heart-lotus meditation from Mantak Chia. http://www.slideshare.net/mantakchia/mantak-chia-cosmic-inner-smile , slide 31 -34. Do it 5-8 times, or until you feel you've had enough. (If you are young, 5 should be more than enough). Don't worry too muich about getting it "exact", this is the least important part of the exfercise. Just really enjoy the imagery, enjoy the breathing, whether you feel "a little" or "a lot", it doesn't matter, its primarkily a balancing exercise. You could also start focussing on women on more than one level. Just as you are a potential father, with a lot to teach your kids in the f\uture, see them as potential mothers, the ultimate source, the cosmic womb from whence we all came and will return, treat them with respect first and foremost. Practice self-control. Don't look at a woman below her face! Her true beauty is in her fgace in any case! All asses, boobs, and vaginas ultimately look the same, and nowadays woman are even getting them surgically enhannced! When a women sees that you are doing this, it will also make you stand out from the average Joe, and you will be more attractive. Even though sex is great, unless a woman knows that you will first and foremost treat her with respect, irrespectigve of whether you want a ltr or not, you'll never get it from her. BEing a "bad boy" might get you the girls a little faster, but they are th type of girls who don't respect themselves, or if they did they wouldn't put up with abuse. Hi all, I could really do with some mental clarity for the followinjg problem. I am currently sleeping poorly in the house I am staying. Whether its due to an paint allergy or some other environmental factor I am not sure. So, until the issue is resolved I am staying outside in a tent. The problem is, it gets near zero degrees at night. I sleep with a beanie on and a thick down blanket. Somehow, I have still woken up feeling cold. I"m guessing its the cold air I am breathing in? If so, what is tghe best way to deal with this, i'm guessing a ski mask? Should I eat more food {i'm quite a lean guy} to provide warmth for the cold? And is there a good reliable method to tgest for allergies? Should I just shift all the furniture and carpet out of the room to see if t is indeed a paint allergy? Thanks in advance for your help,. I always sleep well outside when the conditions are good. Update: slept better last night in the tent with a thermal sheet between my mattress and the ground. It was still too cold this morning, not zero but 10Deg Celsius, wll buy a ski mask to go with beanie. Correct me if i'm wrong, but I would rather sleep outside in a cold tent with fresh couhntry air than inside with mucus-causing environment that is slightly warmer.

Also, i've just realised that my thought pattern towards this could do with some work. So, when I think of using a ski mask and beanie to stay warm at night, I am concerned that I wll become too HOT instead of cold, which also contributes to wet dreams. So then I am thinking of cutting holes in the beanie to createa mixture of areas where heat can escape the head ! {Since head hands and feet are the main gthree main areas the body uses to release excess heat}. Is this too neurotic or genius lol. When I am low in energy, I doubt myself. So, I guess its time to find out through trial and error, like the old Taijiquan masters had to hahah

Oops, I should have made thqat clear. I have brought my orthopedic mattress from the house into the sleeping bag, and so the down blanket I was referring to is just a blanket, not sleeping bag. I'm guessing this is enough to create a warmth barrier, buit will try another layer for insulation tonight thanks. Good to hear some quick and clear replies thanks gentlemen. Just moved here recently after living here for awhile previously, I don't think I have ever slept well. Used to have frequent wet dreams that will be in someo of my older more desperate {!} threads. Weight is 65kg {140lbs}. I think its been a while since I last slepyt outdoors at this temp, maybe when I was camping at age 16 {wet dreams occured then but I suspect for anmother reasons}. Thaniks for your insights Dawei. I have always seemed to sleep well elsewhere. The thing is: staying at friends/family is asking alot of them at the moment, and when my health needs improvment it would take at least a week staying at a single residence, which is why I have chosen the current course of action. Interesting that no-one mentioned the ski mask: isn't warm air one of the most important componenets to a good night sleep. Best wishes. gl

Hi, I have made several topics in the past regarding celibacy and nocturnal emissions. I am happy to say I am much much stronger now. This is mainly owing to practicing high-level chi kung and then, having cleared my blockages and allowed more energy to flow, focussing on phsyical aspects and opening my body, particularly through self-massage, gentle squats, and walking. Unfortunatley. the problem of "injaculating" has re-appeared. It wouldn't be such a problem if it occured once, or even a "nocturnal emission", but it seems to occur several times in the night. The worst part is, this leads me to feel exhasuted when I wake up, so, if I have time I go back to sleep fronm around 6.30-7.30am, but then another "injac" occurs! The two other things that compounds the issue are: -it is winter here -I still have a heat feeling on my eyes, e.g., my eyes are beginning to feel sore right now from 15mins of typing. So, even though I am aware of these things, I still can't seem to prevent it. What else? A chinese doctor just recommends a hot towel on the pipes ahnd avoiding sexual thoughts/ seeing pretty girls. But pretty gilrs are everywhere!!! Should I hide in a cave lol. Thanks for reading.

Hi everything, The fact that you read cartoons faster as a kid makes sense since children have a lot more active minds. When you age your mind tends to slow down so its nothing to worry about. The real question is do you want to strengthen your mind or just learn speedreading techniques (or both)? There is a book out there can't remember name of it its pretty small, the basic idea of it is 1. Enter a relaxed state. 2. Use specific eye movements over each page to rapidly scan the data The author claimed to read books at a page every 2secs with full data retention but after practicing it for a few months the best I got was a page every 10 secs with about 80%. You can use it effectively with a learning system described in the book "Superlearning 2000" (Ostrader), which is a must-buy, it will enrich your mind and inspire you to learn. Rock on

Hello everyone, I want to address this issue. Since life is short and you only get one, I REALLY want to sort this out. I currently practice qigong and chinese acupuncture and also do zhan zuang and meditation daily, and eat well (especially gingre/garlic). If you can think of it- i've probably done/am doing it. But unfortunately I indulged in sex, drugs and drinking in the past and some trauma (break up/ car crash), and now started having erotic dreams every night or every second night even though I have no urges whatsoever. I now wake up with a painful empty feeling in my head ans sore legs, which I read is symptomatic of low jing. I also have times during the morning where I just stare off blankly into space. At first when the wet dreams began I felt a strange feelings in the back/top of my head and spine, now even these are gone! Ok so I just want to STOP this asap since I know that jing is hard to restore and I hate feeling this way knowing its getting worse and I am now 110pounds but 5'11" (I've always been skinny but used to be at least 150pounds). So I have 3 main ideas: 1. Do nothing major. Trust that things will work out and continue with the practices I have been doing. My friends have said to Just go with the flow (lol) but I find it hard to function in life in this weakened state. 2. I had practiced, "seal the leaking door" (Mantak Chia) in the past and after researching here it seems some ppl think it is damaging to the pipes but some don't. I had some pain in the past but nothing the dr could find. Is there anyone out there who HAS had damage to the pipes from doing this? I figure why not continue this...I believe in God and even if I get damaged there then God will take care of me... right? Besides, sometimes I have a WD but it stays stuck so I figure its probably already damaged as possible anyway. 3. Operation. Vasectomy. Everything else in my life is in place as far I can see- supportive and nourishing. I also ustand how my worrying and negative thoughts are probably making it worse but its hard to stop until I can resolve. I just really want to stop this one thing and use the information to help others. Votes for the number and reason please! Rock on

Thanks Robmix, I will contact them even though I have not formally learned the practices (only from books) Hagar, fantastic thorough reply which has lifted my spirits! Absolutely, in fact I meditate before sleep. I would love do some hard phsical exercise, and was with a previous job, but unfort owing to leg and hip pain and low weight I find it difficult doing the same type of work, my heart goes berserk even after just raking shovelling some dirt. This statement resonated the most, which probably means it will be the most effective. So...how do you focus on the heart and light of the spine to allow Jing circulation? Isn't that where Mantak Chia and opening the MCO would be effective? Thanks again Hagar
