  1. Ching Chi questions

    1. I see you have not prepared yourself for the initial intent. I believe the prerequisite was to practice the MCO first, in order, to accomplish your initial intent. It takes quite some time before you can get to that stage. Your body should able to control your muscles internally via Chi Kung practice. 2. Since you have no Chi Kung experience, your physical body is not capable of doing what Matak Chia's Book and the articles was called for.
  2. Yin Yang

Ref link: Yin-Yang Symbol No, I am not 100% Yang. If one understand the Yin-Yang symbol, one will know that there are some Yin in the Yang and some Yang in the Yin by the indication of the black and white fish eyes. In the given symbol, the black fish is Yin and the white one is Yang. The white eye in the black fish is indicating that there are some Yang in the Yin. The black eye in the white fish is, also, indicting that there are some Yin in the Yang.
  3. Yin Yang

Here is the original question. Here is the multiple choice answer: 1. Yin-Yin : Female-Female 2. Yang-Yang : Male-Male 3. Yin-Yang : Female-Male Conditions 1 and 2 are my logical answer to the question. It was pure logic.
  4. The point of no return comes back !

hm.... The pituitary gland is inside the head. How can you put the right hand on it...???
  5. Ejaculation frequency

Oh... In that case, Please exclude the weekends and holidays in your calculation...
  6. Ejaculation frequency

oh...Scotty I think you have a long way to go yet. Anyway, good luck to you.
  7. people

First, you have to find out why people are doing that to you.
  8. Ejaculation frequency

    1. If you understand how the Taoist define Microcosmic Orbit, then you will know what I meant. 2. You are right, the question was about ejaculation, it has nothing to do Tao. I was answering the former not the latter. 3. I was only referring to a strong healthy person or the practitioners in a state of high level of Chi Kung . 4. That was suggested for an ordinary person. 5. Yes, testosterone levels spike 7 days after ejaculation, but the sperms takes three days to reach maturity. 6. That is an open issue.
  9. Yin Yang

The lines 5 and 6 of Chapter 42 regarding the Yin-Yang. 5. 萬物負陰而抱陽, 6. 沖氣以為和。 5. All things are having the Yin on the back and Yang in the front. 6. The two Chis were blended together and considered to be homogeneous. This implies that anything comes together or formed initially must be having the Yin and Yang elements back to back, so to speak.
  10. 7 stages of MCO + draw

"how do you know when the MCO is wide open...???" Finally, I got your answer. You didn't know yet... I'll let you know if you answer the following questions: Can you hold up your hands straight in the air and take a deep breath....??? Did you feel like that your breath sink to the bottom of your abdomen...???
  11. Ejaculation frequency

    1. If you are very healthy, three times in a day, the most, is acceptable. The least should be one or two times a day. Other than that, it will hurt your body if you do it more than two days in the roll. The next cycle should be three days after the last. Without three to five years of Chi Kung(MCO-1) practice, ejaculate too often will not help you to keep up the performance. 2. Do you understand why the Microcosmic orbit is not yet open properly...??? It cannot be accomplished in three months and especially without doing any breathing method.
  12. The point of no return comes back !

You said you were "letting the energy down through the energy centers of throat, heart, solar plexus and finally Lower dan tien." I don't see any indication that you were doing any special breathing technique in your practice. How do you know the energy was actually doing like what you said it was doing...???
  13. [TTC Study] Chapter 64 of the Tao Teh Ching

Thank you. "A small matter is easy to deal with." Line 4 did not say that. Perhaps... 4. 其 微 易 散。 4. Little things are easily to be disintegrated.
  14. Yin Yang

"Please explain as I don't understand what you are talking about." Based on your statement, it seems to be an indication that I'm against homosexuality. Anyway, I did not say that I was disapprove nor approve about homosexuality. I was only trying to point out that it wasn't called for in the Tao Te Ching and the Yi Jing.
  15. Yin Yang

I thought you had left and not interested anymore. I will go into the Yin-Yang concept since you had asked again. May I ask you not to be adding or removing stuff from my inputs without a consideration. Otherwise, it might be invalidating my thoughts.
  16. [TTC Study] Chapter 64 of the Tao Teh Ching

Chapter 64 - How to handle matters(revised). 1. In a peaceful situation, all matters would be easier to be handled. 2. Without knowing the future outcome, it would be easier to be planned ahead. 3. Finding the weakness of a matter, it would be an easy way to a solution. 4. A microscopic matter is easy to be diminished. 5. Take care of all matters before the trouble begins. 6. Make the proper preparation before a disaster occurs. 7. A tree that can be embraced by people with their hands held together, 8. Was grown from a germinated sprout. 9. A nine story tower, 10. Was built from a heap of soil. 11. A thousand mile journey, 12. Begins with the sole of the foot. 13. It seems to be that the people always fail, at the point, where their affairs almost succeed. 14. If people use caution at the end as they were at the beginning, 15. Then, there will be no failure.
  17. Yin Yang

Again... You two were not reading into the Tao Te Ching.
  18. The point of no return comes back !

May I ask...??? Do you know what is "bringing the energy to the dan tien" meant...??? How do you do that...???
  19. Immortals (Xian Shi)

Yes, OTP, you are right. Sun Wu Kong was not a deity of the Chinese. He was only a character in a fiction story which created by the author.

  21. Real Taichi

minkus.... When I say "Fast Tai Ji", in general, that is next level to go into after the practice of the basic slow movements. I didn't mean the person in the video is at the intermediate level. He is in the highest level as one can see he was doing Fa Jin....
  22. how would one explain tao to a methodist?

Here is what I have been telling the Mormons and Christians and others when they come to my door. Tao is natural, it let the Nature take its course without interference or interruption. If one forcing someone to believe something and going from door to door was interfering somebody's life. It was considered to be unnatural.
  23. Ching Chi questions

Noobrzor... Do you have any Chi Kung experiences.....??? How is your breathing..??? Here is your test: Can you hold up your hands straight in the air and take a deep breath....??? Did you feel like that your breath sink to the bottom of your abdomen...???
  24. Yin Yang

LaoTze did not specify what was being unnatural. However, he did vigorously pointed out what was being normal. Thus he gives an indication that anything was not normal as defined will be considered unnatural.
  25. Yin Yang

Ouch...!!! Here again, you cannot unlearn your Western thinking. I grant you "if it can happen it is natural." However, nature does and can make errors. If, and only if, you want to consider those errors caused by Nature are natural, then it is natural. Edited to add... LaoTze did not specify what was being abnormal. However, he did vigorously pointed out what was being normal. Thus he gives an indication that anything was not normal as defined will be abnormal.
