Have you reached samadhi? Why don't you go reach Permanent Samadhi first before teaching others that Samadhi isn't important.

You would be the first buddhist practitioner i know who doesn't achieve liberation through samadhi. The World is only an expression of the Void. Once you become the Void, you can create any World which you want.

There are some cultures and some countries in the world who are extremely obsessed with astrological charts and fortune telling. I have always had this weird feeling that astrological charts are incomplete in one manner or another. Now i finally understand why as if a huge light had been switched on. Astrological charts are only meant to provide you with the current situation at hand. But the current situation can be changed by tapping into the forces of the universe and it is always changing. It is not unlike a time traveller traveling to the past and being presented with a current scenario in the future if nothing changed. However, if that time traveller does something even as simple as sneezing, then the future might be completely different.

Nevertheless, if a man cultivates himself so as to be able to function in a realm of pure spiritual awareness, he can override the material realm in which karma operates. The influences of Heaven and Earth at any given time are fixed and predictable. Therefore they always exist, but an individual who cultivates so as to transcend the material realm -- so that he forgets both his body and mind -- can become free of all these influences and a master of their fate. He can learn how to control them to create whatever he wills. You do not have to do whatever your emotions, volitions, thoughts and the environment impel you to do, for you can resist these forces if you cultivate mental emptiness free from discriminative thought, mental clinging and attachment. Meditation, in short, is the way to change your fortune. That is how to avoid your fate, alter your fate, change your destiny, transform misfortune into fortune, or however else you might wish to phrase the goal. To do so, you must cultivate detachment from the pull of impelling internal responses, and apply your will to act in the manner proper to the situation. Sometimes you may not be able to escape suffering, but with cultivation you can still find peace in its midst. Sometimes you might not be able to avoid a significant issue, but you may be able to avoid an unfavorable response or unfavorable outcome to a sequence of affairs because you can cultivate emptiness and respond wisely to a situation at hand. That’s where free will comes in, which is a matter of exercising choices. There is a lot of misunderstanding about this point, but this ability to be free of the influences of Heaven and Earth through cultivation is really linked to the definition of free will. The emptiness of detachment gives you the leeway you need to be able to apply your will in a favorable manner of your own choosing rather than through anything predetermined, but you still have to apply your will and exercise what we call the “great functioning.”

I am not pushing anything onto anyone. I am merely testing my own understanding of the truths(information) which I have gathered over the years from different people who have earned my trust and see how these different truths (information) tie together.

I always did say that I am still a subnormal human just like 99.9999999999999% of the masses out there. Because I have not achieved permanent samadhi yet.

The absolute mind is above coming and going, high or low, rank or class, cause and effect. So if you want to be beyond fate and destiny, you must cultivate to reach this original nature, our shared “fundamental face.” If you succeed, you succeed in the goal of all the religious strivings and become a “real man” who is in control of their own destiny. To thelerner Michael and other forummers but especially to TheLerner, If there is anything you will ever learn or had learnt in your life, learn this.. the only "real man" or the only "complete human" is one who has cultivated to become one with the original nature permanently and thus gained complete personal control of his or her own destiny humans who had not yet attain permanent synthesis with their original nature due to the indulgence of their senses are subnormal humans

the truths which I possess do not come from myself but from established teachers of past and present history.. if i am wrong, then all the teachers whom i got the truths from are wrong as well.. do you profess to know the truth? do you profess to know more about the truth than the teachers who gave the truth to me? i may not know everything michael but at least i know more than you.. that one thing i am sure of..

samadhi is the state of entering the void one is only focused on entering the void when one is able to see through and gets sick of the great illusion which is our world.

How about those soldiers who strap bombs to their chests, sneak into the enemy camp and blow themselves up, taking a whole lot more enemy troops into the next dimension with them? Is that still suicide?

Of course, the sacrifices required of a human being to reach permanent samadhi are too great. It is not something which the average human can easily accomplish.

I am looking to evolve myself into a higher level of being than the rest of the ignorant masses out there? Am I in a lot of pain? When I see how the masses are unconsciously being tortured by their desires, hardly.

There is a reason why so many masters of all spiritual traditions renunciate. It is because the pollution of the material world cloud their senses. They become masters because they were able to achieve a permanent state of samadhi, something which is not easily done if your senses are clouded by the material world. This is why they are called masters and not because of their other life experiences or because they get along well with people bla bla bla. Searching? I have already found what I need. Samadhi. You on the other hand don't even know what you are searching for. This is why I say your words are both arrogant and ignorant.

if you are not chasing after samadhi, then you would be wasting your time and energy in a daoist forum.

The only complete human is one who has permanent 24-hour access to the void. That is the true meaning of enlightenment. The only complete human is one who has achieved samadhi permanently. People like the following masters who can remain in emptiness for perpetuity are complete humans. You and me, we who have not achieved permanent samadhi, we are incomplete. Our brains have the animal-desire/human-ego nervous system and the higher mind/godly ego rational mind nervous system. The more pleasures you engage in, the more your animal-desire/human-ego nervous system will flare up and the more the higher mind/godly ego rational mind nervous system will shut down and the harder it will be for you to achieve samadhi. The less pleasures you engage in, the more your animal-desire/human-ego nervous system will shut down and the higher the capabilities of the higher mind/godly ego rational mind nervous system and the easier you will achieve samadhi. As expected, you do not have permanent 24-hour access to the void so i do not think anyone should even give any ounce of attention to your words. If anyone doubt my words, just look at the teachings of the accomplished masters of various traditions in my recent threads. Both Taoist and Buddhist masters describe the same method of achieving samadhi. But then michael, i don't think you are interested in achieving samadhi in the first place.

all enjoyments are indulging the senses and should be avoided cos the indulgence of the senses will dull the mind this is why theravada, tibetan and even taoist masters recommend culling the senses to reach the Void you obviously have not encountered the Void yet

A few years ago, I met some really powerful dark spiritual masters. Not Satanists but the real dark power players. They offered me plenty of money, women, power, even spiritual power if I join them. I told them I only want my Godly Ego to rise, take over my body and kill my Human Ego. They ask me what's wrong with the Human Ego. They say they will protect their Human Ego right to the very end. The same thing which you are saying right now, MH.

when one is ready to face death, one would have found the peace needed.. true peace comes when you finally found the courage and the heart to accept death if and when it comes.. am i ready to death? almost ready..

You are partially right. I am lost. I am lost because I once thought this forum had many high-level practitioners and this is why I came here. But obviously, too many people in this forum would prefer sex, good food and fun over samadhi. Even those that engage in sex doesn't even know the true power of sex in helping one attain samadhi. It is very obvious I am in the wrong forum talking with people who lead very different lifestyles than me. Relax, MH, I would be posting very little in this forum from now on.
