“When you teach people in the world to cultivate samadhi, they must first of all sever the mind of lust. This is the first clear and unalterable instruction on purity given by the Thus Come Ones and the Buddhas of the past, World Honored Ones. Commentary: Demon kings advocate love. The difference between that and the teaching of a Bodhisattva is ever so slight – like the flip of a hand. In what way is it different? Bodhisattvas also love people, but their love is a compassionate and protective kind, devoid of sexual desire. But there is a current of lust that runs through everything a demon king says. He openly advocates it, to the point that he says that the heavier one’s sexual desire, the higher the level of enlightenment one can reach. This kind of deviant doctrine harms people. Bodhisattvas have no lust; they do not make distinctions between living beings and themselves. Demons have motives; they are greedy for things. Bodhisattvas have no ulterior motives and are not greedy. In regard to this, the Buddha’s teaching explains the twelve causal conditions. “When you teach people in the world to cultivate samadhi, they must first of all sever the mind of lust. Teach them to cut off their thoughts of sexual desire. This is the first clear and unalterable instruction on purity given by the Thus Come Ones and the Buddhas of the Past, World Honored Ones.” This is the method of teaching used by the Thus Come Ones. It is the resolution of all the Buddhas of the past. This is clear instruction that teaches people how to be pure. One must cut off lust. This is a fixed principle. It is not the least bit flexible. It’s not to say that one can have lust or not have it. One must get rid of it. If you want to be enlightened and also hold on to your thoughts of lust, then you certainly will join the retinue of demons. Shurangama Sutra As you can see, Owl, you have become one of those Demon Kings who openly praise that the more "Love" you have, the higher your enlightenment is.

Thousands and thousands of monks have successfully eliminated their lusts by being brutal on it and they have achieved samadhi in this manner. Do you call them cultivating a complex? Do you call the Dalai Lama or those thousands of tibetan lamas who have conquered sex people with complexes? You should come off your high horse and stop acting like a know it all yet imploring liberated and awakened beings to help you awaken.

Lust is part of man's nature. Because man has both evil and good in him. But in order for enlightenment to be complete, man has to eliminate all evil in him including and especially lust! This is why the Shurangama Sutra says one must cut off Lust before one can achieve progress in his cultivation!

What do you know about shitty attitude when your attitude is as shitty as mine?

When you go about teaching others, you are in effect creating additional karma for yourself which will bind you to samsara longer. No soul who wants to be truly free of samsara would wanna waste his time and energies on further tying himself to samsara. No enlightened master, especially would wanna waste his time and energies taking on the negative karma of fools who refuse to let go of lust. Because this negative karma would hinder the enlightened master's wish to be free of samsara. This is why there is this saying, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Because no teacher will be blind enough or foolish enough to take on the karma of any student who doesn't possess the willpower or inclination to destroy his own negative karma in the first place. For eg, someone like you fox, you obviously have plenty of negative karma concerning lust. If I were an enlightened master, I wouldn't bother teaching you a single thing not until you have completely eliminated your ignorant viewpoints on lust. If an enlightened master were to change a student's karma before that student is ready, that enlightened master is only going to heap shit on himself without helping anyone else in return.

Yes go tell that to any enlightened master and ask him for help to awaken and liberate you and he will tell you to f88k off. Because i said the same shit as you years before and some enlightened masters did ask me to f88k off.

Yoganada is talking out of his ass. If you simply believe every word of every master, then you will never achieve enlightenment. I follow and explore a number of traditions but do I hang on to every word which every master says? The only true master which you must follow is the higher self inside you. What rubbish which says that one must help awaken so many souls before one can reach enlightenment. If this is the case, then no master would ever have the time to cultivate his own self.

Do you think an enlightened master would free give his energies to people who are unworthy?

Enlightenment is a personal road. Enlightenment is the destruction of one's personal animal ego so that one's higher divine ego can take over the body. There is no divine rule which says that an enlightened master must help the masses. You are talking out of your ass.

There are thousands and thousands of spiritual masters who achieved enlightenment but who has not stepped forth to help the world. At the most, they taught a few disciples and some even never taught any disciples as well. Do you call their enlightenment fake? You are one of those who grovel in the mud of maya and I can tell you right now, judging from your stubbornness, no enlightened master will step forth to help you. Even if Buddha is alive today, he might help a lot of people but he will never help and teach a stubborn fool like you.

Are you kidding me, fox? In all other threads about how man must give up sex in order to evolve, you have been quoting countless bs about how man must indulge in lust in order to evolve. You are one of those ignorant people who blindly waste his life-force away which will in turn hamper your own cultivation and I have been posting countless references for you to look at from the Shurangama Sutra to show you why Lust must be conquered in order for cultivation to progress. But you simply ignore my arguments. And yet you are here right now quoting bullshit about how the liberated and awakened being must help the blind? What a joker you are. If you can't even accept advice here in this forum, advice which has its roots in famous cultivation texts like the Shurangama Sutra, do you think any liberated and awakened being will help a blind man like you? This is why I say no savior, no messiah will help to liberate and awaken the masses. Because the masses are too blind and too stubborn in their wishes to remain chained to their own desires and ignorance for anyone to help them. Not even the Creator can help awaken the blind and stubborn masses of this world.

But after the world is changed, then man has permanently dropped off his attachments, desires and aversions and became an enlightened immortal buddha for good, then no one will have power over him or her. You know you are talking just like one of those hostages with the Stockholm Syndrome. The good guys wanna free the hostages from the criminals but the hostages have been taken captive for so long they no identify with the criminals rather than with the good guys. And if the good guys wanna free the hostages from the criminals, the hostages are actually saying, " you are changing my choice to want to be a hostage to the criminals. I do not like the control you have to change my choice" Some choices have to be made for humanity because humans are too weak-willed or foolish to make the choice. Of course it is. My desire is free humankind, not to enslave humankind so that they can serve me better. My desires to free humankind is infinitely purer and wiser and better than the desires of petty tyrants who wanna enslave humans so that they have empires to control. If a man is willing to go far enough that he is willing to die in order to change his world, either the Universe would change the world for him or he would not be part of this world anymore. Either way, it is a win-win situation for the man. I happen to think that viewpoints are extremely positive and constructive and your viewpoints are extremely negative, destructive and delusional. And i do embody what I want the world to become. You watched the movie Avengers Assemble? If there is no one to fight Loki, no heroes to fight Loki, how do you think the world is gonna be free from the tyranny of evil. I don't wish for the world to serve me. I only wish for the world to be free. And if the world needs my death in order to be free, i would gladly sacrifice myself for the world. There are plenty of monks and nuns who are not my enemies. Only the agents of Lust and Love are my enemies. If you think that I am still bothered by mundane concepts like success or failure, then you have another think coming. My mind is caged by my body and if i have to destroy my cage in order to free my mind, i would do it.

As long as I am living in this world with all this corruption around me, i wouldn't be very happy and peaceful in this world. The path has already been decided for me by the gods even before i was born.

Whether the world is a better place or not doesn't concern a high level master intent on LEAVING this world PERMANENTLY by cutting himself off from samsara. If high-level masters find that the whole world is full of lustful fools who can't even put down their own lust, why would any high-level master wanna help them?

Where do you find such a divine law, pray tell or are you just quoting out of your ass? Even if a master wanna teach, he wouldn't be teaching fools who insist that Lust is part of nature and Lust should be healthily expressed.

Only a fool give up eternity to help others first attain it. That is not called compassion. That is called foolishness. A wise man would first achieve eternity and then help others attain it if he still has the capacity or opportunity to do so.

Again I say having sympathy for the animal-like nature of Man on earth doesn't mean we have to help them if we lack the ability to help them.

I do feel sympathy for many ignorant people in here who are deluded into thinking Lust is good for them. Does it mean I have to go chiding them every single second to remove their Lust?

And you like Twinner are already fixated on Lust as "Healthy" (Wasteful) Expressions of your Life-force. Life-Force which should be held in check and reserve for one's own cultivation.

When ignorance is extinguished, activity is extinguished; when activity is extinguished, consciousness is extinguished; when consciousness is extinguished, name and form are extinguished; when name and form are extinguished, the six sense-organs are extinguished; when the six sense-organs are extinguished, contact is extinguished; when contact is extinguished, feeling is extinguished; when feeling is extinguished, craving is extinguished; when craving is extinguished, grasping is extinguished; when grasping is extinguished, becoming is extinguished; when becoming is extinguished, birth is extinguished; when birth is extinguished, old age and death are extinguished.

Lust and other Sins and Negative Forces are instilled in Man so Man can learn to eliminate and transcend Lust and other Sins and Negative Forces inherent in Man.
