  1. Mo Pai and Immortality

Wow, very interesting! But what I don't understand is why the first one is called "pre-heaven". Any clue? I mean, the "vitality" in your body with that you work, is also post-heaven, is it not? Or is "vitality" the remaining pre-heaven/Yuan Jing in your kidneys? BTW, I just ordered the book from Wang Mu over amazon, thanks for the hint!
  2. Mo Pai and Immortality

Great answer! But I thought the Yin and Yang Chi are simply compressed together into dantian in the end and stay as Taichi = Yin + Yang and they don't mix to Wu/Ling/One Chi (without polarity). Kosta showed John Chang the simple circle (Wu Chi) symbol and John Chang stated that in Mo Pai you always stay at Yin/Yang (Tai Chi). BTW, I wonder if in Mo Pai you suck Chi from the outside into your dantian, because they say no word about that in the books. I mean how can you suck Chi into your system by simply concentrating on dantian? It is more likely that you only lead chi from the rest of your body into dantian by only concentrating there....what could reduce your Wei Chi and make you sick! Or Kosta told only half the story about archieving level 1.
  3. Good Karma + Bad Karma = ?

Don't know, it was maybe 10 years ago when I researched intensively about Buddha and Buddhism. kill asshole/heal good guy/kill asshole/heal good guy/killasshole/heal little kitten/torture asshole to death/heal good guy/.....and so all day long.
  4. VERDESI

I have three things to say: 1) Most strangest comment EVER so far. 2) Hmmm....Lucifer looks like ME. But I have no crown. 3) Yea, I'd defenitely DO the woman on the third pic!
  5. Good Karma + Bad Karma = ?

persona = mask Forgot about that...so I better search another term ! ...maybe the "me"?
  6. It's basically the same exercise. Where? Yeah, it's like he stands next to you in your room, motivates you and trains with you through every exercise of the workout! So you think:"OK, when he can go through it, so can I!" And you don't have to pay attention to the timepiece or order of the exercises. You can fully concentrate on the execution of the exercise.
  7. Sure, it's (basically) the same description of condensing breathing here as on his DVD's! Try condensing breathing, it creates your internal vacuum and is the base for all the other exercises. I guess he has two more exercises from his Chi Kung program explained on one of his three youtube-channels. If you are interested, check them out. You can't hurt you with them. But the other exercises of his "daily practice routine" (DPR) of his Chi Kung program are not explained. He shows the rest of his DPR, but don't explains them on youtube. So I wouldn't try them if I were you so you won't hurt yourself by doing something wrong with your chi. When you like the first three exercises and want more, you can order one of his DVD sets.
  8. OK, I kinda meant that too!
  9. ...you mean the practice gets more and more deeper and therefore more difficult?
  10. OK, what I think he means is that you will inceasingly be able to put more concentration and more effort in it as your training progresses. That will lead to a more and more increase of effectiveness of the exercises. Well said!
  11. Good Karma + Bad Karma = ?

...or your personality simply has different layers or parts with different functions. But it's all one thing. ...and there is no reason to believe that a part or function of it could be "immortal" or "never changing" like the conception of a "soul".
  12. Good Karma + Bad Karma = ?

As I already said elsewhere: I won't use the term "ego" anymore because it's meaning is something different for different people. For me, it's my "I", my personality, my identity, my consciousness, my self. But I prefer the term "conscious personality", everyone seem to understand what I mean with that. And I clearly deny the existence of a "higher self" or something like that. It's only a fairy tale, a belief like believing in Jesus H. Christ! Nobody will ever realize what doesn't exist! Your consciousness, the "witness", is only ONE (but surely the most fundamental) of many functions of your personality like thinking, feeling, sensing and so on. "Pure consciousness" is only blanking all the other functions in favor of "being conscious". I don't get why people don't get that...even every psychologist gets it! "Pure consciousness" is no big deal (besides hard to realize)! Waysun Liao calls your personality your "I" or "Yi". And your brain in cooperation with your chi produces your personality. Damage your brain and you will see it's influence over the existence and form of your "I".
  13. I asked Clyman how long you can train everyday and he answered: "You can NEVER train too much!" Only sucking bull's jing will develop you faster than Clyman's Nei Kung... Hmm...would make me crazy! Where/when did he say so? His Chi Kung is only a VERY small part of the whole Nei Kung system. Something like "Nei Kung digest" if you want so: Minimal effort for perceptible results...when you only want to exercise 30 minutes a day. The Nei Kung is....different. It's for the people who want Maximum effect with the effort necessary. The Chi Kung costs $800, the Nei Kung costs $3,450
  14. Do/did you have contact with Clyman or bought some of his items? If so, how is your personal impression of him? Or is that your conclusion about him after watching the interview?
  15. Good Karma + Bad Karma = ?

    1) your BODY is typing. 2) the intent and order to type come from your PERSONALITY.
  16. Good Karma + Bad Karma = ?

What I did read about Buddha's teachings MATCHES the traditional taoist doctrine...and my common sense about how things work in our world. As Liao says:"The glass of water I just drunk was maybe once part of Queen Victoria; the protein in my muscle was before protein in the muscle of a cow." The same is it with Chi. My Chi was once part of many other people's chi. My chi generates my personality in cooperation with my body (and it's chemicals). When my chi burns out, my personality ceases to exist. No immortal "true self" necessary! There is no self/soul/angel/monade/whatever...that's only fairy tales. Ever thought about the exploding count of people on this planet? Where come all this new souls from?
  17. Good Karma + Bad Karma = ?

What certain widespread branches of "Buddhism" (=religion) teach is not at all necessarily what Buddha teached! Do your research as mindful and unbiased as I did, then you will find it yourself. I was surprised too. "There is no self" and "everything is only temporary" are the 2 most important statements in Buddhism. "Nirvana" is wiping out all interests in this world in your spirits/chi/ingredients. Then your energies will no more go into the "recycle bin". Yes...maybe all day long.
  18. Hi when you want to come far, and by "far" I mean "a master", then you have the tools you need with Clyman's Nei Kung set. But nobody will become a master by practicing only 30-60 minutes a day. That's obvious I guess. Gary has 4 different 1 hour routines in his Nei Kung Set that you do alternately. When you really want to get it on...I would suggest to do more than only one routine per day. It's not about what Clyman "recommends". It's about what your common sense says to you how long you should practice everyday. Remember, Clyman trained 6 to 10 hours everyday and then got his Jing in 5 years.
  19. When you want to be great then you have to pay a great price (and I don't mean money here)! But I prefer it that way. ...others may prefer to be minor slaves but to be injected with bull's jing by their masters so they don't have to work hard.
  20. What I will tell you: It works! downside: You will have to invest most of your free time and energy. Forget your hobbies, sex, getting a family or having an occupation that demands much!
  21. I hope I could clarify my motif. It would be cool if I could at least help one seeker to "discover" Gary.
