the plagiarising of work by chia doesn't suprise me in the least. as i have mentioned before i attended one of his workshops in thailand. actually i left halfway through because i really didn't enjoy it and we were staying in a room that every night stank like faeces. they wouldn't even refund any of my money, not even the accomodation or food costs. the vibe of his place is just weird. the people were quite unfriendly. chia didn't make any sense at all in his teachings and was impossible to understand or follow. actually he didn't even really teach anything, let alone all the stuff that was promised to be covered in the course. he was arrogant and strutted around in his ridiculous pink outfit, most of the time talking on his mobile. he was rude to staff. he also energetically attacked me. i wasn't aware of it at the time, but i became aware later that he stole energy from me. it was a place for rich people, not for genuine seekers. spirituality for the wealthy. elitist. i have no doubt he is hoarding money with his swiss bank account...... and his cronies weren't nice people either. i have no doubt that he is also a very powerful practitioner..... but i think he has never dealt with his ego properly and all that energy he has been cultivating has only fueled it to ridiculous proportions. ive been back to the tao gardens since because they do offer incredible health treatments that are cheap in $AU (although very expensive in thai baht) and saw him again.... being so rude to staff.

it will.... but hasn't it already started? i don't like to miss out. plus i'd have to wait about a week to get the book too. living in australia and all..... -
i do intu-flow before meditation. and yoda.... i can't believe you said it wasn't necessary to upgrade from ww to intu-flow.... are you joking? intu-flow is awesome.... from going back to beginner again i have learned so much new stuff about my body in just a few days of practice. i love how it's simpler yet more sophisticated at the same time. my respect for scott sonnon only increases. and i still think that this kind of stretching is the best... makes sense intuitively. normal stretching is not fun. although yoga is ok.... but not as fun as intu-flow.

i use an ayurvedic formulation called "gum care" .... rub on my gums... it generates copious amounts of saliva.... gargle, spit then brush with my own saliva. tooth regeneration huh? do you reckon i could regenerate my pulled out tooth.....? (i have one of my front teeth missing). now THAT would be an achievement! maybe i should sit in the sun for 6 hours a day and eat a jar of tahini every day? hahahaha.

ok i was browsing a commercial bookstore the other day, having received a voucher for christmas. i saw a book there about neural exercises or something like that. i didn't buy it... but i took the point by skimming through it. our brains need regular exercise, needs to be challenged constantly in order to grow new neural connections. anyone who has worked with cst will realise that with it's increasingly complex movements, the entire system functions not only for the body but also for the brain as complex movements challenge the brain and force new connections to occurr. but how about trying to add even more neural challenging exercises into your day? simply put, they are movements or exercises that your brain is not used to. how about we come up with our own games for this? here is a couple of suggestions: putting as many of your clothes on as possible in the morning, using only your feet! brushing your teeth with the opposite hand to normal. eating breakfast with your eyes closed

i think i have to second sean's reccomendations. i was checking out that ayp site today and it's very interesting, simple to follow and very good me thinks. i don't practice it as i have something else i'm working on and i want to just stick to something for a decent length of time for once, so i'm not changing. however i have decided to add the pranayama from the ayp, doing it before my meditations which are pretty similar, but slightly different focus. but you can always try out my ultimate shower instead of the hot baths/cold showers if you like... it's quicker (like 4-5 minutes long total). get a cloth. wet thoroughly with warm water. rub some GOOD (i.e. not supermarket soap - something more natural) soap on it till it's thoroughly lathered, add some bicarb to the cloth and some salt (sea salt, crystal salt, or at the moment i am actually using epsom salts). rub it together so it's all foamy. scrub your body down with it. rinse off with warm water. rinse off with cold water after (especially down the spine and i find cold water on the jade pillow - where the neck meets the head - to be fantastic). then while you are still wet, get some oil (coconut, olive, almond) and rub your body down with it. towel off vigorously. haven't read potatoes not prozac, but many people seem to have found it most helpful. and definately get intu-flow!!! i am waiting on mine, but i have been working with warrior wellness for about 6 months now and it is superb! the benefits to my body have been immense. as for water.... tap water is generally pretty bad. look into the wellness water bottle. they don't sell it in australia yet.... but it looks really good. it's a special water filter in a sports water bottle form. great!

hey sean... what are these chinese acrobatics you do???

i think most of us are human experiments. i've tried so many supplements. i constantly switch them around.... all kinds of different stuff. but ultimately i don't want to take any supplements. despite what i said about eating what you like and what makes you feel good.... i am about to try out an interesting cleansing type diet. i am not going to follow it to the letter, but rather follow the guidelines and using my own intuition to make up the rest. a lot of lemons in this diet... it seems to be very alkalanising. also after reading that interview the warrior type diet sounds very interesting. at times i half follow it anyway. i don't often eat breakfast until 10am and sometimes i don't eat it and don't even have a meal until after 3pm. my eating habits are kind of erratic and it actually kind of resonates with me and makes sense to eat only once a day. most of the time i eat because i am skinny and i want to be bigger. i equate that with eating more. but.... to sit down in the evening with a big meal is a great idea. i think i will eventually go that direction.... however i will wait until i leave the city and begin to live in the wilderness somewhere, growing my own food and hopefully keeping aquaculture. with the warrior diet.... is there any mention of eating fruit sparsely throughout the day? i have the feeling that would be virtually ideal way to eat..... fruit scattered throughout the day, perhaps some nuts here and there too...... and then the big meal in the night with the whole gathering of friends and family.
-
how about just eating foods you know are healthy, stick to that and let your body work the rest out? i always find that trying to follow a specific diet is usually counter-productive. so many rules that just beg to be broken.... and then there is the seriousness aspect of it. if you become too serious about it and then don't enjoy your food... what is the point? enjoy what you eat and eat what makes you feel good. as for vitamins. i agree that its much better to get it all in foods. if you don't sprout... try it. alfalfa sprouts have every vitamin in them.

wow... almond bread. that sounds great. candida possibly too? i know my grain cravings are caused by candida.... and for the dense bulky lovely full feeling that carbs give.... what about sweet potatoes, pumpkins, bananas and avocados? pumpkin and sweet potatoes are so satisfying for a dinner meal. they are heavy like eating rice or pasta, but go through the gut much smoother, and have way more nutritional value..... but im sure y'all already know that.

that's kinda what i meant. by being a therapist it's kinda like that.... helping them to realise they are trapped and getting them to give themselves permission to shift. i don't believe we have the right to give them permission.... they (like everyone else) need to realise that it's our own choice and we are stuck in whatever we are in life because we cannot let go, not because we don't have permission. but yeah, we are on the same wavelength here i think.

daddy gave me that calendar for christmas. it's very nice. i like the 'christ' photo.... with UFO's in the background..... hahaha!

yes. the practices i do are to learn to engage and utilise the sixth sense as the sensory able to understand the universe (do you think the universe speaks in words for your ears to hear? that you can see it with your eyes? touch it? taste it? smell it? no.... it's so much more vast than that). periods when you are practicing intensely, your tonal or vibrational level is increasing and as such you will be able to witness much more strange phenomenon or even create them yourself. you are seperating yourself from the pull of the earth vibration, which is what holds this mundane reality together. when i practice intensely i begin to be able to 'feel' the particular energy of a place i go very strongly. occassionally have seen ghosts/spirits/interdimensional entities (i was followed by one on a hike in the mountains one time recently - no bullshit here). have weird telepathic communications with friends. stuff like that. but if my practice slackens, so to do the phenomenon as i get sucked back into the 'doe' or vibrational level of this planet. the tone that causes everyone to run around with their heads up their bums! hahaha. although i must admit, i have never had anyone wish me death in traffic. it's usually good stuff that happens to me when i practice intensely. i don't believe in karma, not the way it's commonly spoken about anyway.

i do it this way. the warm shower is about a minutes length and likewise with the cold shower part. also it is fantastic to run the cold water down the spine. i believe it tones the nervous system. i have a hand-held shower head and let the water spray on my jade pillow, running all the way down my spine. i don't shower daily. but everytime i shower now, i finish with the cold water. no more excuses for me haha. i haven't come down with any illnesses.... but one detox response that i am noticing is that my sweat is smelling much much stronger than ever before, without any poor changes to diet or anything else. i think using the epsom salts is also helping to draw out toxins through the skin.
-
here is a little something i found in a book i bought in a second-hand bookshop. it is by far the best shower i have ever had..... my skin feels incredible and oh so strong. it feels like it wouldn't tear or cut easily. quite incredible actually.... i've only done it two days now but after a month or so i expect to have amazing skin (although it is pretty good already). here it is, it's very simple. get a cloth. wet it. cover it in soap (make sure you got good soap of course, i am currently using some native lemon myrtle oil soap). add some bicarbonate of soda. add some salt (sea salt is probably best, but i have all this left over epsom salts from a liver flush i did a while ago, so i'm using that... i expect it would help draw toxins out of the skin) to it. then wash your body with the cloth. rinse off with warm water. then finish with cold water (especially down the spine). when you get out, while you are still wet.... get some oil (i use coconut oil, but olive oil, sesame oil, almond oil are good too) and rub your body in oil. cos you are wet it shouldn't take much oil to cover your whole body. then rub yourself down with a towel. shouldn't take longer than about 3 or 4 minutes for the whole shower. and it's great. enjoy!
-
cool.... but don't forget the oil while you are still wet! the oil removes a kind of grime from your skin that the soap, salt and soda cannot. from just a week of this shower, pimples that used to coat my thighs have dissapeared along with a skin rash i have been battling with for about 15 years! pretty incredible.

ok... well when/if i have some spare cash i will consider upgrading 'for fun'. here is a little gentle stretch you can do for your hamstrings. sit down with one leg extended in front of you (we'll say the right leg for the purposes of where to put everything else) and then the left leg folded so the foot is behind you and the knee in front (but if this is real uncomfortable then put the left leg in front with the foot near the groin so it's bent.... but try have the leg behind). at this point you can lean on your right hand for stability. take your left arm and begin to massage the outside of your extended right leg. stroking up and down.... first keep the leg straight and just reach as far as you can... but then let the strokes get longer and longer down to your foot.... allow your knee to bend naturally if it wants to so you can reach your foot. rock up and back, really extending from the shoulder. then after you have done this for a while, switch arms and massage the inside of your extended right leg with your right arm.... same process. rock up and down and let the knee bend when it wants to. lie down on your back and rest for a minute or two. feel the differences now between the two legs and the entire body. then repeat with the other leg. lie down again and rest for a minute or two. letting it all sink in. then you can go a little further by sitting up with your knees bent so your feet are on the floor. grab a hold of your right foot or ankle with your right hand. glue your forehead to your right knee and extend your foot out keeping your forehead stuck to your knee. go as far as you can without losing the connection with forehead and knee. go up and down like this. switch the part of your face stuck to your knee. try with your chin. your eye. your cheek. whatever. up and down. feel what is stopping you from going all the way down. is it your lower back? is it your hamstring? try a couple of times letting your face come unstuck. experiment. lie down on your back and rest again before repeating on the other side. then after both legs are done come back up to sitting. this time grab a hold of both feet/ankles. stick your head in between your knees and repeat with both legs extending. enjoy!!!

actually as part of the soy campaign.... growers and manufacturers of soy are required to make a small contribution to the marketing of soy as a health food. it's absolutely incredible. soy is destroying the amazon, not to mention other forests worldwide. it is now the largest cash crop in the world..... and you would be extremely lucky to find any processed food without some form of soy ingredient now, either as oil or emulsifier. even most bread has soy these days! so to recap... only fermented soy is ok. that is tempeh (the fresh kind is best), miso, soy sauce, natto.... and thats about it in terms of stuff we have access too. in thailand i was with some shan (burmese refugees) people and they make a lot of fermented soy products for themselves. in ancient china soy was considered one of the 5 sacred crops.... however it was not used as food until fermenting technologies were uncovered. rather it was used in crop rotation for it's nitrogen fixing properties. tofu is not fermented, rather it is precipitated with some kind of calcium extract, i think.

im broke but really interested in intu-flow. just waiting for someone to post a full review and make clear how it compares to warrior wellness. i would really like to get it, but want to make sure that it expands upon ww to make it worthwhile. shipping cost is huge to aus with the clubbells as part of the package. i have just moved to the advanced program in ww and am really enjoying how supple my body has become over the 6 months or so i have been doing ww. the only thing that is taking a long time is hamstring tightness, so the 4-corner balance drill in advanced is very challenging for me as i cannot lock my knee down while holding onto my foot. but.... learnt a feldenkrais stretch for the hamstrings which is real gentle and will get in the habit of doing this every night.

here is another gem from the same book as the bath i posted earlier... a morning liver flush. basically it's a mini version of the dr hulda clarke one. gentle, so it can be done daily to clean the liver (and eliminate constipation if you have trouble with that). 1-3 tablespoons of olive oil or almond oil (extra virgin, cold pressed of course... and organic if you can too) mixed with double the amount of oil you used of fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice. drink it down. followed straight after by two cups of hot water with fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice inside. enjoy!
-
its actually a lot milder than it sounds..... the oil + juice is not unpleasant and goes down easily. just drink the water while you are doing your morning practices. yes it's on an empty stomach and wait an hour until eating.... i spend about 1.5 hours doing practices in the morning before breakfast anyway. so i do the flush first thing and by the time i'm done, i'm ready to eat!

do everything possible to win my ex-girlfriend back..... so that is.... - be more joyful - be more fun - be more happy - laugh more - smile more - be less obsessive - be less controlling - be less serious - be less intense - stop trying too hard with all this spiritual stuff (just let it happen) - put on weight - write more rap songs - learn to breakdance - learn thai .... and most importantly.... make some $$ so i can get my ass back over to thailand to win her back! edit. forget about all of that, and just go with the flow.

you sound like you are becoming a vegan.... to live you must die. this physical dimension is not freedom, it's a prison..... cultivate, relinquish the physical body, and live forever as a part of god. used to think i'd like to live forever, or at least for a long long time... now it's of little concern. what's so great about this dimension anyway?
